I moved into my new home 4 weeks ago and so far I’m very pleased. I was told to make a list of any issues that need attention. Currently my list is blank. No issues. So the rating above on “responsiveness to issues” has 4 stars because I’m assuming this company would address any issues quickly.

It’s been good knowing the people that works in your office, helpful and welcoming, supportive in any way they can.

Very good and quick at replying to issues.

We are very happy with our purchase! No part of the process was mysterious and the communication was clear and effective.

Once we got into our home and had the inside painted the texturing on the walls is Very uneven. The dishwasher was leaking because it was installed wrong.

This is the fifth house I have built and second with KHov. The first time the builder was a little more accommodating on a few little things like landscape and tree choices and location of them. Here we had no choice and the plants are not great quality and we will be replacing half of them. I am also concerned that one tree might be dead but will wait until spring to see how it comes back after the winter. We also bought our own kitchen pendant lights and the first builder installed them. On this home they wouldn’t. Overall these are minor things but it does affect the overall experience. Great team to work with both sales and construction management. Issues were addressed and resolved quickly.

Our home is beautiful but there has been a lack of quality re-work on concern areas.

We didn't have a smooth move in due to delays but the crew was absolutely fantastic. Huge shout out to Yazeed & Jack for being fantastic in helping address issues. Thanks to them, we were able to settle in quickly.

Builder was very helpful and responsive. Need to get option prices up front during the sales process.

Shelby did a good job after having to replace a previous salesperson who initially handled my home purchase. She listened to my requests and executed what needed to be done.

Its not a custom home, so one should keep that in mind. They are very restrictive as to changes they allow to the basic plans. Keith, their onsite builder, was excellent. Extremely responsive to everything we brought up during the building process. I do think they charge way too much for upgrades and their design center options were at times limited (eg light fixtures) and always overpriced. Its cheaper at times to take their included option and then go get what you want and replace it after you close. I do like that they do not skimp on some of the of the major issues. For example there are not areas on the outside that are not bricked. And they seem to keep a close eye on their subs and make sure things get done correctly. ... More

This is probably not a fair review as I have only lived in this home for one month. I'd like to give another one in one year. As of now I would do it all over again. Besides dealing with Lois the office manager or design center.

For the most part, all was well until closing. As I was very clear to my salesperson that I would like a clear understanding of the process for closing. I was not clear about the process leading up to a day or two before closing. I was receiving multiple calls by multiple individuals about the closing date however closing dates had been changed by the builder on several occasions. When I needed an extended amount of time I was given no alternative but to pay an additional $3,700.00 upfront for days that I did not use. When I wrote a check, I was asked to give a cashier's check which was not stated in my contract and I had given a check for the earnest money. After closing my salesperson did not conclude our business with as much as a thank you card or a welcome to my new home package. Finally, the person at the closing (title company representative) gave me the Family and Friends Plan certificate with no explanation. I love ❤️ my new home!

Took quite awhile to get started, however we only closed 1 month later than originally predicted.

Jeremy, Meredith and Nia were awesome and were always doing their best to find out the answers to our questions. They made us feel comfortable and talked us through the whole process as best as they could.

Great home

We purchased a Spec Home so we were not involved in the design process! We obviously liked the design of the house and the amenities that were offered. One note that I state as the materials is that because it was a spec home I was a little disappointed in the framing materials that were used and observed during the process. The houses I have witnessed that have been purchased to be built appear to have a better quality framing materials from my observation. All other materials seem to be of equal quality and we have enjoyed the design and amenities.

Tricia, Art and Kristen have been excellent! We have found some of the workmanship to be a bit shoddy. We feel certain that the issues will be corrected.

The sales team was outstanding to work with. If you use them as a lender, sometimes their are issues with communication with loan officers during the different stages of the loan process especially during the end of the company fiscal year (October). Overall, good experience.

The Villages at Red Mill Pond is a great community!

some of the work is just thrown together. It a production not done with care.

Helped a lot with the purchase. Made it simple and easy.
