K. Hovnanian® Homes Reviews

Everything was accomplished on time and the staff was very helpful

We'd buy another KHov home in a second. The process was easy and the outcome is fabulous.

Outstanding work from the sales team to the building team. Throughout the whole process everyone was very pleasant to work with , and they help smooth everything up to my move in day ! I would definitely recommend K.Hovnanian to anyone who is looking to buy the home of their dreams.

From start to finish K HOV delivered an exceptional home buying experience. Everyone involved including the salesperson, K HOV mortgage account manager, and our construction manager was thorough and attentive to all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend!

The Staff from start to finish were professional and positive. I especially enjoyed becoming a part of the Khovninian family during our World Crisis and Pandemic. They made buying my home less painful. All staff show that they care about getting things done right and with a spirit of excellence. It was my pleasure to get a chance to meet each team involved. Great Job guys!!!!

Everybody was a pleasure to work with, they let you know your place in the process at every turn. Definitely recommend.

Great location. Home well built and designed.

Beautiful home. Very pleased with how the house turned out

Female sales representative A.B., flaky Construction manager R.H., excellent! Orientation person J.R., excellent

It was our first home to build and it all went great and smooth for the most part. Peter “Our Sales Rep” did a awesome job on helping us with everything and seemed always available when we need him.

Pleased with quality of home, we are very happy with it. Pleased with sales person we worked with, she went above and beyond. Dissatisfied with communication from construction team throughout the build process. Nice people but poor communication.

They were al helpful specially Miss Tanya.

Salesperson was always eager and quick to help. Construction supervisor was responsive and addressed any concerns we had in a professional manner. Feel like we got great value for the price. Loan process was easy & seamless.

I am a first time owner and building my home from the ground up was intimidating and a tad bit scary to say the least. But once I received my first phone call from Sparky, I new I was in good hands!! Week after week I received thorough phone call updates in regards to my new home. He answered all one million questions I had and remained patient and detailed every step of the way. I've heard various challening home buying experiences from family and friends but I am extremely blessed that my experience with KHOV and their amazing employee Sparky was a great ,smooth, peaceful experience. I absolutely love my home and although I don't get my Friday phone calls any longer, I still get joy when I come out my home in the morning and I see such an awesome person riding around the community striving to obtain goals to stay on task to provide families with their new home. Mariana, was absolutely amazing as well, I'm sure I drove her crazy with my indecisiveness for weeks. She allowed me to see the model everyday lol while being so patient while I made the biggest purchase of my life. From start to finish the process was truly a breeze thanks to the passionate workers like Sparky and Mariana who really made this experience memorable!! Thanks again for everything, I love my new home!! ... More

From start to finish the building and buying process was enjoyable. Everyone was responsive and friendly. Felt like a family from the moment we stepped in the model home.

Lesa and Will were great to work with!

The sales agent was very helpful and responsive. She sent pictures during the construction so we could see progress. The builder did a good job of keeping to his timeline and fixed all items that we identified in the walk thru. The KHov mortgage company was very helpful too.

Every thing was all good.

Experience was wow! Great communication

Would have to give credit to Mike, Steve, Ben and especially Shane for making the experience as easy and less stressful as possible. Big thanks - Ricky and Bree.

Overall. It's was a good buying experience.

The home buying process was smooth. It wasn’t until we gave the down payment when we realized we were no longer important. - When we moved in, the house was dirty. Twice I pulled out a piece of wire from my 1 year old daughter’s mouth while crawling upstairs where there is carpet. - It’s been about a month and we’re still trying to get the paint stains off the upgraded flooring we chose. - The cabinet work was sub par. The handles weren’t installed level or plumb and is noticeable. The trim on the cabinets wasn’t nailed down fully and there are gaps. - Two windows were installed scratched and we were told during our walk through they would be replaced and it still hasn’t happened. One of the window screens is missing and have not gotten it yet. - The upgraded oven we chose was damaged on install and I keep getting requests for pictures but nothing has been done. - The grading in the backyard was probably completely missed. There are 4 small valleys where water collects and will sit for days after it rains. Apparently when they install the concrete pads we ordered in the back yard, they covered up a drain. - When we submitted the issues for warranty repairs, the process has been slow and disorganized. It seems they are overworked and it clear why. Overall, not happy with our home and have even considered selling and going with a builder with better quality but having to go through the moving ordeal again is probably what’s stopping us. ... That my back yard would be looking at the water, that didn’t happen. It’s a privacy fence, instead a iIron rod fence. My loan guy Nate was good.

Customer Service - everyone I have worked with goes over and beyond . . .

What I would like others to know about K. Hovnanian is that they understand the importance of building a valuable home.
