We are blessed to have purchased our new K. Hovnanian (Khov) home despite the obvious risks and challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. There were positive changes made in the home buying process to ensure the safety and well-being of both the seller (Khov team) and the buyer. The overall experience with the sales and mortgage teams was incredible. They were knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, which bolstered our confidence in purchasing a home during a pandemic. I sincerely appreciate the attention to detail KHov and its crew demonstrated in building my home. When I, with my OCD, did see things I was slightly concerned about (the not entirely centered alignment of a small plastic piece on a window and the exact color of my front door, for instance), KHov immediately addressed it and delivered a home well above my expectations. Deciding to have a home built, then being hit with a pandemic, could have been an absolute nightmare, but I didn’t stress at all with Joe a phone call away and James and Marty in charge of my build. Had a great construction manager who made the process easy and ensured I was happy continually throughout the process of building. He was great to work with and continually followed up and corrected anything that needed it, immediately. Gave great piece of mind for a buyer when you are making such a large purchase.

Wish KHov was more responsive and also used a different title company.

My overall experience was really good. I looked at these homes for about a year before I purchased. Debbie was always so kind and upbeat each time she saw me. She kept me abreast of pricing and waitlists. I ended up buying a house bigger than the one I was initially looking at for cheaper! This was my first home so I really had no idea what all was involved, let alone going through the process of it being built. Shannon helped me SO much. She was available when I had questions or concerns. She was patient and explained things in layman's terms. She was the best. I do not think I would have been able to get through the process without her. The house has a few issues that have come up. Very small though. Cabinets are scratched, toilet seat cracked, chipped stucco, and shower door height being too short (I'm 5'9"). Nothing that could not be fixed though. Trisha and Eli are exceptional employees and to be commended for their sales and service efforts. We love our new home and neighborhood.

I was little shocked that there was no independent QA (Qaulity Assurance) process for the finishing work of the build. There were many small details poorly finished (dry-wall spakle sanded poorly), not painted properly (could see through the paint) and some damaged materials that were not replaced. The builder is not very responsive to issues after closing.

Attention to detail was not there

Katrina and Buddy have been great and very communicative they also have been very understanding thorugh the whole process. Both of the m have also been very knowldgeable.

Great house; everything I was looking for.

The salesman Nate was great at helping put the house i wanted together. The constructing manager Jessica was attentive to any questions or issues i had during construction.

This has been a challenging year. We started the process just before Covid started and were not sure how all would turn out. If it was not for such individuals as Bob, Jody, Monique, Renicia, and Natalie....I am not sure that I would be writing this today. They all played a part in making sure we not only closed Escrow but we were just as happy at the end of the transaction as the beginning. We are very happy to call Creekside Preserve our Home. Thank you all again!

The team working in Dry Creek Village was amazing, responsive, professional, and very thorough. This team made the home buying experience as stress free as possible. I appreciate all of their help and their answering of every single question I ever had. My new home is everything that I imagined it would be. I give this team 5 stars across the board because they have earned them.

Everyone was kind, pleasant, and very understanding and easy to work with. Love our new home!

Our Experience with Paul was great. He took time to explain everything and listened to our asks. He also made sure that we focused on the principal things that matters and above all gave us a very good listening ear. The closing was also great as we stock to the budget that we set out initially. Bannon was a very good listener and great at explaining and getting things done faster. Overall, it was an awesome experience that we enjoyed. Have recommended KH to my friends to work with Paul and Bannon.
