We first bought our first home with K. Hovnanian in 2016 at Sonoma Ranch sub division, lots of good memories and never a moment of regret for our choice of builder(K. Hovnanian). So, when our family grew and we needed more space we never hesitate to let K. Hovnanian be our builder for the second home at Lakes of Bella Terra West. More so, because of the quality of work built into the our first home by K. Hovnanian it never lost a dime in value when we sold the house. Our overall experience with K. Hovnanian was great from the very first moment we stepped into the model home, Jackie welcome us like She knew us for eternity with sound promise that she will make sure our dream of new and bigger Home becomes reality. Jackie delivered as Promised! Bannon and his team(builder's) did a fantastic job from ground up to the finishing making work through a ready to move-in. Michael was amazing in helping me and walking me through all the options, being patient with showing me the homes, and being willing to be there throughout the decision making process. The construction manager Orlando was also amazing with hearing out any detailed requests and meeting expectations, and during the building, closing, and even after settling, he was very helpful in making sure things in the home were working out for me. Michael and Orlando showed that they care that I would have a home that I love.

We had trouble selling out home and needed the funds to move. The K.Hovnanian team was understanding and accommodating through the process. From the office staff, loan officers, to closing coordinators, everyone involved was amazing! I would recommend the K.Hov builder to anyone looking for a builder that cares about the people.

The sales team was very helpful, but the finance team was another story. We had alot of back and forth which we have never had before in buying expierience. Maybe its just the times now?

From the first day we walked into the model home everyone was so helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Even Khov’s lending arm was fantastic. They kept us updated on the build process at least once a week if not more all the way to the end. Great experience.

Horrible builders and customers service poor. House cheaply built. HOA monstrosity.

I liked how straightforward and up front everyone was Mrs. Katrina and Buddy were awesome to work with.

My wife and I are love the home of people we work with out here to buy this home for great always there to answer questions to help you out the things we need to get done to get this house financed,K.Hovnanian finance needs to do a better job with the homebuyer instead of having them run around all over the place

There was some perks such as incentive. I wish they had model homes visible to see to know exactly what your getting or blue print to go over what includes in the home and how and Carpet will be laid.

I worked with Shane. He was untrustworthy and ruined the entire experience for me. He/you were inflexible with deadlines and dates. I was not local, and worked during the day. I was lead to believe if I didn't comply with his schedule, I would push my closing back and potentially lose out on the deal. I will not be recommending KHOV for anyone to build. On the positive side - Mark (construction) has been extremely helpful and did his best to help turnaround my experience.

Trisha provided concrete details of the home buying experience. She helped when questions were posed along with reached out for any updates. The stress of the home buying experience was very hard, but she was there for anything needed.

My family had a great experience from the sales to the design center to the finished product. The project/construction manager was on point and very tedious with the construction of the home. Everything came out great.

As a first time home buyer, I expected to be confused and stressed throughout the process. However, The K. Hovanian family made the process easy and enjoyable. I’m so happy to have found my dream home with this amazing team. I feel blessed and assured, knowing that I made the best decision working with K. Hovnanian.

We still have problem with water leaks on the ceiling and some crack. We reported more than a month. Nobody comes to fix yet

There were positive changes made in the home buying process to ensure the safety and well-being of both the seller (Khov team) and the buyer. The overall experience with the sales and mortgage teams was incredible. They were knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, which bolstered our confidence in purchasing a home during a pandemic. I sincerely appreciate the attention to detail KHov and its crew demonstrated in building my home. When I, with my OCD, did see things I was slightly concerned about (the not entirely centered alignment of a small plastic piece on a window and the exact color of my front door, for instance), KHov immediately addressed it and delivered a home well above my expectations. Deciding to have a home built, then being hit with a pandemic, could have been an absolute nightmare, but I didn’t stress at all with Joe a phone call away and James and Marty in charge of my build. Had a great construction manager who made the process easy and ensured I was happy continually throughout the process of building. He was great to work with and continually followed up and corrected anything that needed it, immediately. Gave great piece of mind for a buyer when you are making such a large purchase.

My overall experience was really good. I looked at these homes for about a year before I purchased. Debbie was always so kind and upbeat each time she saw me. She kept me abreast of pricing and waitlists. I ended up buying a house bigger than the one I was initially looking at for cheaper! This was my first home so I really had no idea what all was involved, let alone going through the process of it being built. Shannon helped me SO much. She was available when I had questions or concerns. She was patient and explained things in layman's terms. She was the best. I do not think I would have been able to get through the process without her. The house has a few issues that have come up. Very small though. Cabinets are scratched, toilet seat cracked, chipped stucco, and shower door height being too short (I'm 5'9"). Nothing that could not be fixed though. Buying a home is overwhelming, but the reward is worth it. I would do it over again with the women of KHov. Next are my pictures on Instagram! ... More
