Our construction manager was great, he provided weekly updates and was accommodating to all of our questions and requests.

Orlando was especially attentive and thorough which made our experience that much more pleasant.

First time buyer here. I was referred by a friend who moved into the neighborhood (same builder). Excellent quality/workmanship, house was built on time, and the finishings (selected by the designers since it was a spec home) turned out great. The contracting process was very thorough. The salesman (Dennis P) and the builder (Brent) were very helpful and responsive to my questions.

Buying a Aspire @ Stones throw K.Hovnanian home has been an experience my family & I will not forget. Being a first time home buyer the experience has been seamless, the stigma that everyone saying buying a house is stressful has been the total opposite. In my opinion, buying a first home here was pretty much like buying a car, except the wait for the house to get built of course. And by the way watching the house being built from being just a dirt lot to final move has been exciting every step of the way. If you’re tired of renting than PLEASE(X3) buy K.Hovnanian!!!!!

Very professional people to work with!

The builder met each milestones in the construction process. Builder informed us of any delays and was able to make the lost time to complete the house on time. On few occasions, we had to follow-up with the builder.

We had a smooth home buying experience. No major issues and all employees were professional and friendly.

My experience with K. Hovnanian homes was great. From beginning to end I had no issues. My construction manager Brad was on top of things from start to finish.

We had an excellent experience buying our home from K. Hovnanian. The Reps were extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. The construction team sent us text updates with pictures through out the building process that we found very helpful and informative. We love our new home.

A lot of features of the home are very good. The sales person, design consultant and superintendent were very personable and helpful. The home and materials were good but some of the workmanship is poor.

Quality of Workmanship & Material. The build quality is extremely poor. K Hov uses the lowest bid subcontractors and it shows. Every aspect of our house from the driveway to the fireplace to our roof to our septic was built wrong the first time, if not the second time. Also, K Hov will do everything it can to hide issues and hope you don’t find them during the final walkthrough. Trustworthiness. Everything our broker and construction manager told us was a half-truth. Basically, they tell you want you want to hear as opposed to what is accurate. Value for the Price Paid. I think our home price was fair but we live in a Washington D.C. suburb where everything is overpriced. Responsiveness to Issues. They do respond to your issues, but everything is a fight. They do not freely address issues. I have been in our house for two months and have actual documentation of things done wrong and they are still trying to not fix them. I (and other neighbors) have had to get the County involved in some of the issues. ... More

I have to be honest, sometimes the response time took too long if I called someone instead of sending an email. I indicated a few issues when I did my walk through, which are just getting repaired supposedly this Friday, November 13th. My home closed on September 28th. What I have been told is it was the vendors who claimed they were not getting the supplies due to CIVID-19. This very well may be true, but it’s still very frustrating.

The builder is very meticulous in ensuring that residents are safe and secure in their new home. The builder took extra time to meet the tastes of the residents. The builder added modern features to accommodate the needs and tastes of the residents. The building is equipped with latest modern technology.

Hime buying process was long but worth it . My home is beautiful and I love everything about it .

Fantastic experience with K. Hovnanian homes! The pre and post sale experience was fantastic with great support from the entire team. Dave and Vince have been very responsive to a couple of furnace related glitches and minor new home corrections. I absolutely enjoy working with the K. Hovnanian team and would recommend them to any interested home buyer!
