Stress free, no pressure from the sales staff. Obviously, the homes are superior but we thought the attention from the sales team and then the property superintendant and the follow up on minor issues was outstanding. Dealt with essentially same day. Highly recommend KHOV and Scottsdale Heights in particular.

The contractors were often messy leavings food stuffs and bottles around the property. Perhaps better daily clean up at the building site would be a plus.

If you don't upgrade you get the lowest quality builder grade materials. Only available internet /cable provider is Verizon while 2 other providers are available in the area. This is a dis-service to the buyers. Also, no one here understood that ordering a wall mount connection for cable required a cable TV. outlet next to the electric outlet. My wall mount is a useless waste of money paid for as an upgrade. I would not recommend K-HOV . These issues do not reflect on the construction manage or the selling representative rather they fall directly on the builder. My two contacts were understanding and as helpful as they could be. ... Easy process to find our great home.

The construction team of Mick and Shea was outstanding.

We loved working with the K.Hovnanian team in Tomball. They were friendly and welcoming from the first "Hello!" Any issue that came up in the process was addressed in a fast and timely manner and always met or exceeded our expectations.

This builder is good with roofing, basements and insulation however fall short on interior work. My microwave has a dent in my stove has scratches in it and the paint should have been white semi gloss.

We had a great experience with K. Hovnanian Homes. The best part of our experience was our construction manager. He was so thorough and kind, and he took significant time to make sure we were informed and connected to him throughout the process. The result was a home that was exactly as we dreamed it. The only part of the process that was a little challenging was understanding some of the final closing and loan costs up front.
