I am a first time home buyer and the team here at Khovnanian helped me ensure that the process was quick, easy and smooth. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and diligent throughout the entire process. I appreciate their hard work and consistency with how fast they addressed any of my questions or concerns. I highly recommend Juvenal (sales department) and Joy (in house lending department) for anyone looking to buy a home. They will go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure your satisfaction and guide you to what you’re looking for and more! Thank you Khovnanian and team for assisting me in becoming a homeowner. ... More

Good experience , very nice sales staff ! Good supervisors over building project of my new home !

I am a first time home buyer & I am glad that I made the choice to go with K.Hov. From day one Adrian made the experience unique & stress free. Communication was 100% at all times with Terrence. The loan processors were persistent & professional. Closing was a breeze & my new home is beautiful!! Thank you Team!

KHOV does not allow future owner conduct professional inspection before closing. A red flag .They promise you one year warranty after the purchase; however, half of the issue they push it back as cosmetic. I hired a professional inspector after the closing, 55 pages report with pictures of findings. Some of those , according to the certified inspector, in violation of code . Some of the contractors do not respond for months.

When it was time to move to the next phase of the buying process, the person responsible for the step was prepared and took the steps necessary and prevented any lost time in the process.

The layout and efficiency of the house is outstanding. The attention to detailAnd the little thingsOr what stand out with me.

We were looking for our first home together and had little luck finding the style and finishes we wanted in the price point we were hoping to stay within. We came here and was greeting by Monica and shown around. After seeing the finishes, price and neighborhood we decided this was the place for us. All along the way Monica was very friendly and helpful with answering any questions that came up. Picking out finishes was fun although I wish there were a few other options such as baseboard Trump style but that was all minor. Closing was smooth and going over the home before move in made us feel confident in the quality of the build. Overall a very enjoyable experience. ... More

If you are looking to buy a home then please are in the right place. They will take good care of you no matter your situation. They will work with you and that is what I was looking for when buying a home. Great job

Our sales representative, April, and our builder, Clay, were so attentive, thorough, and professional. Our realtor said, upon completion of our home, that it was the best new-build she has seen in this area, INCLUDING homes that sell for far more money. Clay not only did incredible work, he made both me and my husband feel like we were involved in ever step of the process. April went WAY out of her way to not only sell us a great home, but treat us like good friends. We paid an independent inspector to inspect the home before we moved in and he was thoroughly impressed as well. I am so glad we made the decision to build with KHov! ... More

Sale rep doesn’t listen or care. All they want is there paid check

Sales agent was superb to work with. Smooth transactions from down payment to closing. Interior finished product needs work. Clearly done quickly in order to move to next home. Under warranty so has to be fixed. Just would have been nice to have it done right to begin with.

It was a great experience overall.

The sales and construction teams have been great, very responsive. Overall, I think the quality is good and the house is well built. More attention could be paid to the wood trim/final painting. Cabinets, countertops and flooring were all good.

Sean was amazing and attentive to any concerns I had. He was extremely busy but still made time for questions I had. The house is great and everyone made the process as seamless as possible.

Quality of home was exceptional for the price, as was the workmanship.

Buying a home from this builder has been a dream come true. It was my first home ever bought. My foreman has been nothing but overly helpful when I have questions.

The process was made seamless with the help of the sales staff working in conjunction with the builder and the mortgage company. The continuous follow up, along with educating us on every step of the process was excellent.

They delivered earlier than expected.

The process went well, despite the situation of covid delaying things. We had a good experience, but felt our issues during walkthroughs wasn't taken very seriously.

Great value, friendly service, quality

The home did not come with what we were sold by our sales person. We were told that we were going to get a gas line into the back yard, pre wiring for cameras, pre wiring for alarm, drop station, cabinets above my refrigerator. These are all items that we were sold that the home wasn’t built with. I have had a plumbing issue since the day I moved in with my second bathroom, the toilet does not flush right. The first time someone showed up he said he didn’t have the correct tools and left, the second time someone showed up un announced while I was on my way to work and the third person who showed up told my husband that he was “just fulfilling a work order” and he mentioned that the lines need to be camera and he told the builder that and he doesn’t know why he’s here. This issue remains unresolved a month after moving in. The toilet clogs every other use. ... More
