Im happy with my purchase

I'm not even sure where to start. Our experience buying a K. Hovanian was nothing short or spectacular. From an always smiling sales agent willing to help us any time of day or evening, going through options to help tailor our chosen plan to best fit our needs, to our prompt construction manager replying to questions and concerns. Anything not exactly to our liking was quickly remedied. Our home inspector was also quite impressed with how well built the home was. We've been in the home for a little over a month, with absolutely zero issues. We couldn't be happier that we chose K. Hovanian as our builder! ... More

Great team from sales to construction team and its management.

The experience was positive for the most part , sales person was great and loan officer was great to work with, it was stressful at the end with closing and title company. Closing was also not very efficient . definitely these are the 2 areas needing improvement hence 4 stars...I would give it 5 if it was not so stressful and having to work with very un organize parties

Great experience helpful friendly staff

From the first day I looked at this community, Jack gave me all the information that I needed about the houses that were being built as well as the community. My project manager Ethan, did a great job with the construction on my new home. Ethan also gave me my walk though and I was pleased on his presentation. Overall I was satisfied with the presentation that Jack made and Ethan construction of my home. Outstanding Job!!!

At first, I was apprehensive about buying from a builder. They seemed to hold all the cards. The initial sales pitch felt a bit like being at a car dealership, but once we progressed past that, and I started dealing with more of their team, I was very pleased at how thorough and organized they were, especially the loan officers and the person overseeing construction. I can't say enough about how Aaron made me feel like I could instantly trust him. He takes such pride in his work and craftsmanship, and he offered to follow up and help as I got moved in and maybe noticed some things. He was true to his word. When else do you get someone checking in on you after a sale like that? I'm very happy with my decision to purchase from K. The staff for Khovnanian have been extremely helpful and dedicated. The realty and construction staff have been easy to work with and extremely punctual.

Great job, very happy with the home

Sales agent was easy to work with. We bought a quick move-in, so not much we could change as far as options go. Everything was, as we would have chosen though; so it was a good fit. We caught the latter half of the build so we caught the flooring and cabinetry going in. The escrow process went smoothly and they stayed in close contact with us every step of the way. The home is constructed well...there of course was blue-tape all over the place during our walkthrough, but they fixed it all relatively quickly. I can't find too much to complain about after all the touch-ups. Move-in was a breeze. Design-wise, our couch couldn't go up the staircase, but made it through the living room window thanks to our professional movers. I would say the home is constructed well. Environmentally, it's 100 degrees outside and the AC set at 76-78 doesn't turn on as frequently as I thought. Perhaps with more furniture in later, that'll change. The garage is laid out with this huge beam in the middle so TopRaxx was a bit hard to layout, but we got it to work. No other major issues at the week 1 point. ... More

My wife and I were pleased with the house they built and outstanding customer service they provided throughout the process. The team was fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and determined to help us in any way they could. They worked above and beyond to ensure we had a quality home we were happy with. We would highly recommend K. Hovnanian for building new homes.

This is the first townhome My family and I have been in that feels more like you’re in a single family home. My family and I love our home. The space of our home is huge! Great for when we start to have family gatherings.

Great experience

Everyone was great only one thing that's very awful is the super attendance he is very rude to females when their husband isn't there at the home when looking and asking questions about the home bought our home has a broken lock on the downstairs window notified the super attendance Juan to fix it he said he'll come out in a week not to fix it but to drop off the lock at the door and its been almost 2 months and still no sign from Juan nor the lock smh.

Excelente job , and nice care whit the costumers

We have already had 4 issues with our ac unit , that STILL ISNT SOLVED and one problem with the plumbing. I understand some work is builders grade like paint, but for over $355K, I expected more from these basic systems.
