From the moment we meet Vanessa and saw the model we knew we were in the right place. She listened and heard our desires and needs. The process was perfect for us even though I wanted to move in the next day. We love our lot and our home. We definitely made the right choice in who our builder would be. It is a place that is comfortable and peaceful. Did i mention that this was our first home. At 60 plus that is life changing and we are so grateful that we are able to buy now and buy with khovanian.

The quality of some fixtures and workmanship is poor. We have several issues. Landscaping was a problem!! The loft is a major concern with the AC. I am very poor on your part we can't use it in the summer!! I am sure you are aware of this but there was no attempt to rectified!!

Loved that this builder used tile for the flooring throughout and granite countertops. Lots of storage in cabinets and closets. Huge master bath and closet. Nice porch and entryway. Love the smart home technology. Bonus was that all appliances were included even the washer and dryer.

Better than a Ryan home, but still a builder-grade home!

We absolutely love our home, we purchased one already built, however there were some details that were overlooked by KHov. There are things that cannot be corrected according to the builder such as crooked walls, flooring not lined up straight. Island in kitchen not straight. Since these are already in place, we are stuck with it. Please inspect everything before committing.

As a new home buyer, I drove hours once a week to take photos of the progress to make a scrapbook. What I saw appalled me. First, I was not allowed to change any thing in the specs. Not even a color. At one time I requested flat (smooth instead of textured) plastered walls. ( Naturally, I knew I would have pay for it.) I was given a flat “NO!”. When I asked why? I was told because it’s not in the specs. When I said that it was never mentioned in the specs or I would have told you then. The “project manager, Brat suddenly became rude and snapped, “This conversation is going nowhere!” and gave the phone back to the sales secretary. I figured that was his excuse to mess things up for me and the build as I continued to stay calm and he pretended that I somehow asked him something that I should not have. I suppose my statement about, we both saw the same specs and nothing was on there about the walls as he quipped, “My specs were different”. (We were both looking at the same specs at the design interview). Through my weeks of driving out to take snapshots, I saw a truck with about 6-8 Hispanic men, about 5 in the back of the truck with 3 sitting with their feet hanging from the truck, 2 in the flat bed, One sitting in the driver’s seat and one out in the field sitting on a crate. All looking at me taking pictures of the build, speaking Spanish then loudly laughing. One in particular extremely fat was the loudest. He would say something, they would look at me then burst out laughing ( this happened on more than two occasions) One man was the only one working on the building, just one while the others sat and drank beer. This was the scene until about four weeks and duct work placed in. After, the duct work was placed in things seemed to go pretty fast. However, the duct work in the home was not covered to prevent the dust and pieces of drywall entering. After closing, I had to have the ducts cleaned. Which reminds me. Aspire at Marion Oaks’ buyers contract is a contract just to benefit Aspire not the buyer. Nothing in it benefits the buyer. As a matter of fact, Bret, introduced to me as Project Manager, laughed when he found out that I had signed his contract. My suggestion is to never, never, ever sign an Aspire at Marion Oaks Or an Aspire at ‘XYZ’ contract. Back to the building. This time, the house was almost complete. Appliances were in, moldings in, lights in, tile down, etc. the carpets were filthy. They were supposed to be a champaign color but were black, especially where the workers walked. I took pictures and sent them to the designated address since there wasn’t a phone number to contact Aspire. The only person for me to phone was the sales person who was extremely nice. This was the icing on the cake for me. I didn’t want to loose my money so I did not back out. I wrote a letter to the company along with pictures of everything that I saw including what looked like someone had gemmed the back door. By the way, I didn’t mention about the trash that was around this house. I’m not talking about construction trash but garbage. I looked around at the other six houses next door, around the corner and down the street. I even walked around the houses. Not one had garbage like my build. I mean garbage. It was so bad that I took a bag and filled it up. The cleaner that supposed to have cleaned my build was standing at the house across the street watching me. My first thought was to take the bag of trash and mail it to the project manger wrapped as a Christmas present. The only thing that stopped me is I asked myself WWJD. That gave me my answer. Around this time I got a phone call from a male voice who informs me of his name and that he’s the “Project Manager”. His name is Tito. Someone must have dialed my number and made him speak to me because he even gave me his phone number and told me to contact him at anytime if I had questions. Down the line I had questions, especially since the house was finished and had been sitting with no activity for each of the three weeks I came to snap pics.(Oh, BTW, on several of those visits I found the front door wide open and one time the key box open with the key in it) I included pictures of this in my letter to Aspire. I called the so called project manager that introduced himself over the phone six months after the start of the building just to be told never to call him. “I don’t want to hear from frustrated buyers, never call me.” This message was texted to me. Again, this represents Aspire. Be very suspicious when a company has in it’s contract to purchase that a home buyer cannot have a home inspector inspect the house before closing. I did not notice this until after signing the contract. Just because the price is right and the company have what you want, if that is in it do not sign. The closing happened and the building is under warranty. There were other homes on the street and around the corner that were built by the same company. The owners all look at me because I constantly have the companies from the warranty out here at my place. The so called project manager that did not introduce himself until 6 months into the build and by phone, at that, showed up at the final walk through with all sorts of excuses. I will tell 10 people and tell them to tell 10 people and so on. NEVER PURCHASE A HOME FROM ASPIRE no matter where they are at, example Aspire at Marion Oaks, Aspire at ????. ... More

Colby really helped settle the deal in buying my first home. He was informative and very responsive for anything that I needed or wanted to ask. He guided me through the whole process and recommend buying from this builder.

we had a few quality issues, before the purchase our inspector found the roof was incorrectly installed on the back of the house, our living rooms windows all had to be corrected as they were cut unevenly, the interior paint used throughout the house is low quality and flaking off in many places and on the back door. our garage door was improperly installed, broke and came off the tracking damaging the door, we are still waiting for the damaged door panels to be replaced.

We moved in for 4 months ago. Only last week did they pour the porch and driveway. We do not have sidewalks yet and the yard is still a mud pit. Making home buyers wait for these items that we mortgaged 4 months ago is a poor business practice. A baseboard installed has a gap meaning it doesn't meet the wall, there is a gap. There are other similar small issues that show rushed or incorrect work.

Working with Khov on this custom build was great, clear buying process and expectation setting. Quality is generally good with some minor tweaks and fixes needed.

Best home buying experience ever!

I came in and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received, I was able to view the different floor plans and pick the perfect one for me. Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase it was a very easy application process and a very quick loan process. Walk throughs were wonderfully explained and all issues addressed and fixed. My only complaint is the carpet that you used is not good. It snags and pulls very easily, even when vacuuming. I would suggest a different carpet. Also, the parking is a big issue in this community, I would suggest when you have a 1 car garage and 2 bedroom home that you have at least enough additional parking for each 1 car garage to have a parking spot. ... The buying process was stressful with loan office, the house was promised for November of 2024 and was deliver February 2025, builder's team was very professional and courteous, they did what they say they would do to an extend, the garage was the worth garage I have seen for a new home, the builder's team respond in timely atter to all our request, for potential buyers is that the houses are very nice looking but on you walkthrough make sure to point all the defects.

Great customer service!! Our consultants explained and went thru the process smooth..No problem..Happy with this builder.

Overall experience was great from start to finish

This was a smooth process and Jacqui was very nice and answered all our questions.

On the surface it looks beautiful but once living in the home you notice flaws such as cheaper quality materials in almost everything.. the longer you live in the home the more you find the lack of workmanship such as in the electrical system. It is as if they hired vendors who were supervised on the job. But KHOV’s warranty and response to those issues has been superior.

I am very happy with the initial start of my home buying process. The sales team was great! My disappointment started when I moved in and started seeing that the walkthrough tags weren’t all fixed and then I started seeing more flaws. Unfortunately, there’s too many to list. The whole issue is the workers that are contracted out. It is so obvious that there is the lack of caring out what they do and definitely lacking pride in their craft. I am still waiting for my places to be fixed with my concrete. It’s been awhile now since I asked for mistakes to be fixed. There is a warranty and I will get to address things at my 1 year mark. We bought a home that was already built but never lived in and we were really lucky we had William the builder to help us through the process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking before moving in.

Pleasant home buying experience, however the quality of build is not like my previous townhome. Can hear almost every footstep from neighboring homes and every time a toilet is flushed or water is on, it is audible in my home. Also can hear neighbors voices through certain walls. Also drainage from gutter spills right into yard, making for moist ground and mosquitos.
