Jessica was amazing her help and guidance went above and beyond. Matt was so helpful and skilled in the business mortgage loans, he navigated me through changes in the sale of my home. Stephanie, Chris and Tracy helped me know my new home and address issues. My biggest concern is the poor quality of finishing work.

Overall good buying experience. There were many times KHOV went above and beyond to help us out.

Second home we have built and the experience was very easy. Our house went up quick and everyone was so pleasant to work with. Nice and quiet neighborhood too. This home building experience was better than the first. Would highly recommend buying a home here.

Where do I even start, First off: Hvac wiring system was not connected/created, had to suffer 3 months of not working. Then the upstairs thermostat wasnt even connected had to contact to resolve the issue. Took 2 months before utilites to be connected and piled up tons of trash gad to find other resources to waste. The plumbing noise is very loud for the upstairs. Any water usage downstairs and even outside you can hear loudly upstairs. The paint of the entire house is also very cheap. One little touch it leaves a mark already. I can keep going, overall experience I wouldn't recommend family, friends and others to buy from the company. Jeff has been extremely responsive to any issues we have had. We really love our new home and the KHov team are exceptional. I wish we had an opportunity to make some upgrades prior to closing. An exterior gaslight, elevator installation and higher grade cabinets and flooring would have been nice additions.

Bought my home in the winter still waiting for landscaping otherwise very cooperative

Whatever you do, do not give anyone a ten. They say all the right things so they can get a 10. Now, I see why people give these builders a 7 or 8 because after you're done with them, they no longer assist you with anything. My builder told me that he would always be in the community and that anything I needed, he was just a phone call away. I have scratches on my new stove, and I haven't heard from him or GE Appliances. I can't wait to move out of this community; I made the biggest mistake of my life by moving into it.

The house is decent. The sale process was excellent. The sales reps were good. Given the townhome is in middle of condos, we have irresponsible neighbors who don’t curb after their dogs. I have highlighted this incident to the HOA. They don’t seem to care.

This entire experience was terrible and the house is cheaply built. Would not recommend.

My biggest complaint is that we moved in February knowing that we would not have a yard or driveway until spring. It is frustrating now to see quick move-in get landscaping and a driveway,prior to those that have bought earlier in the year. We did know that if your home closed after April prior to you moving in, you would have to have a driveway and landscaping completed. I understand that, but I don’t understand why you continue to build homes that have not even been sold and you’re not completing the work on homes where families moved into prior to April.

Everybody helped to buy the house and the experience was amazing and everything was done correctly.

Bad yard, promised fixing, never did. Rip offs

Been waiting for repairs since January. Such a slow process. I wish I was allowed a home inspection prior to closing and repairs done before I closed. I am still waiting to talk to a manager from sales since end of Nov. 2024 I asked 6 people to have one reach out to me. The homes are nice and the financing terms are attractive but when something is wrong its like you are just a pain and no longer exist.

We've lived in our new K Hov home for three months and have found the fit and finish to be really bad. The low quality of cosmetic issues makes us wonder about the quality of the things we can't see. They are responsive to fixing issues, but these issues should have been fixed prior to closing.

We just moved into our new home and are really happy with everything so far. The community is developing nicely, and it already feels like a great place to live. One thing that really stands out is the leadership—Ram, who’s in charge of the project, has been awesome. He actually listens to homeowners and takes feedback seriously, which makes a big difference. It’s clear they care about building not just houses, but a strong, welcoming neighborhood. We’re excited to see how everything comes together as the community grows.

Follow up to problems is terrible. Walk through before final closing was a mess. Project manager just wanted to dump us to move on to next project. No personal attention to problems and there were many. Andy was good . The whole neighborhood is dissatisfied. We have talked to several neighbors. Now this new portal is a joke. Even for emergencies you have to email. If my house burns down because we can't get through, I hold KHov responsible.

Responsiveness to issues is hit or miss. Sometimes its immediate, and sometimes I have to track down and pester people to get the problems addressed.

Purchase was quick and smooth. Communication has been great. Builder had responded promptly to warranty request. Overall, one of my best home purchases experiences.

Matt would go above and beyond. He understood the customer need and was supportive and proactive in every way.

It was a great and easy first home buying experience, the entire staff from sales to construction manager to everyone involved was awesome. I’ve been here for a couple months now and no issues, the quality of the new build was fantastic!

I can't get the head of construction to respond to my texts or calls, never mind that HE reached out to ME asking about whether KHOV installed the right doors inside my garage. I still don't know because NOBODY WILL GET BACK TO ME.

Very well built home, minor issues in the entire build. Management response time to address issues quickly responded to and corrected. Very satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend K. Hovnanian Homes

We love our new home

Love, love our home. It's beautiful inside and outside. Love the neighborhood. Beautifully built The whole team is amazing. Love Ms Elisha she was so patient with us knowing it's was our first time buying our home. she made the experience pleasant. We will do it over again. By far this is the most beautifully built home we've been in in our home buying process. It's a joy coming home to my home beautiful everyday. I just love it.
