Flooring is cheap and no more than one month moved in parts of flooring has had to be replaced. The app for the automatic door knob lock/unlock does not work properly. If upgrading from the very basic options you will not have much to choose from as far as flooring, countertops and cabinets. Upgrades will add to your loan very quickly.

Dissapointed in the lack of knowledge of our sales representative. Sales representative was disrespectful, demeaning and hard to work with.

I would like to share with potential home buyers the absolute satisfaction we experienced in buying a K Hov home! From the minute we met with the sales consultant to coordinating with the Design Center to working with the exceptional building consultant, this was a delight! They could not help us and answer all our questions and concerns in a more professional and personal manner. I can’t give a higher recommendation to the team. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a beautiful setting surrounded by wonderful people, please come to Brittany Manor!

The options such as flooring, tile, fixtures and granite is very outdated and limited selection. You need a new designer for the 21st century. Workmanship was very good and construction team was excellent.

Everyone we came in contact with, while going through the process, was kind and very helpful! They wanted to make sure we had the best experience and everything we wanted for our new home!

This was an amazing experience to witness the process of the house being built. KHov employees were awesome to work with.

Our experience purchasing a KHov townhome was exceptional. We found the sales staff super knowledgeable and readily available to answer questions even after we moved in! The home is well built, great design and very comfortable living. The project manager for our unit was exceptionally responsive and available. We cannot say enough good things about him. We would highly recommend KHov to family and friends!!! And in fact we have done so!

We overall had a good experience with our home build. The only real problems we had were delays. Our closing was delayed 4 months. Just a few hiccups along the way which is normal for construction. Everyone has been so nice and helpful.

Very good experience overall. The home was completed a month early, and we have had no serious issues with the construction or structure of the home, or appliances Any issues we discovered after moving in have been fixed or will be corrected under the warranty. We are very happy with the value vs cost of the home. Some of the materials could have been higher quality, but are acceptable.

Very poor quality of finished materials throughout the house inside and outside. They are still having trouble fixing the details that are not finished and they have been working for 2 weeks. I regret having bought this house from all the details that I have found throughout the house and I only have 3 weeks living in it.

Beautiful new home...but then they do a SLOPPY job on the garage..particularly the steps leading into the house. It looks like they just slapped something together. So too with the guys laying the sod --not very prideful of their work. We had issues with he MBR shower and the wall in our bedroom, part of which needs to be ripped out because of buckled seams. But all in all, we are very satisfied, The construction supervisor has been particularly helpful and very responsive. Excellent customer relations skills! So is the KHov customer service rep who is helping us address the two major issues mentioned above. There are sure to be problems with any new build. Danielle was awesome. She was there will us the whole way. Anytime we had questions she was there to answer them and if she did not know the answer she made sure to find out and let us know. We would highly recommend KHov homes to anyone looking to buy or build a new home.

This has by far been the worst home buying experience I’ve had to deal with. We are second time home buyers and I would say buying a fixer upper was a better experience then buying a new “move in ready” home. The lack of communication within such a well known company is disappointing. On multiple occasions we had appointments made and canceled with out our knowledge. My husband and I who both work Active Duty, Took days off only to show up to our appointments being canceled. When we asked to speak to a manager we were promised we would get a call and never did. Only to have this happen a second time. The second time being worse because it was a title appointment. Again asking to speak to someone we were promised we would be contacted. No one has reached out to us in over a month. Still moving forward in getting into our home hoping things would get better. We were greeted into our new home with fixes still not being completed and our BRAND NEW AC going out two days into being in our home in the middle of a heat wave. This caused our family to have to be out of the home for about a week until someone was able to come out. Purchasing a home you can’t even occupy to say the least was very heart breaking. I being pregnant and having a toddler could only go home at the end of the night when an 80 degree home was some what bearable. Multiple technicians were sent out causing me to take more time off work. The issue was fixed about a month later. I am mind blown at how a well known Home building company can have their clients in limbo for so long. Making sure to let us know if closing doesn’t go as planned we would be charged. Not once having some kind of management reach out and apologize for all of the inconvenience we had to go through. I would love to recommend this community to family and friends but based on the home buying experience we had I just can’t bring myself to knowingly put someone I care about through that. I am a firm believer in fixing the problem and moving forward. This company has not made an effort to fix the problem. I hope that none of my future neighbors have to endure any of these circumstances that my family did. ... More

A/C units are too small for the home size

The customer care and quality of service of the sales person and the construction management were exceptional. The on-site management demonstrated by the construction manager and his assistant made the difference in my opinion of KHov. I would give them a 10 out of 10. Thank you Rafael and Dave.

Please do not trust the salesman and the sales management, the are Very and truthful people.

Building a brand new, custom home with K. Hovnanian Homes was one of the most intelligent investments we have made for our family. A lot of work went into the build, but the sales associate and the Builder were with our family every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience!

This was the easiest and smoothest new home purchase we have ever had. From the beginning to the end, all personnel were responsive and helpful and went the extra mile to take care of any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend K. Hovnanian Homes for anyone looking to purchase a new home.

And they jumped through hoops to make my dream come true! I really appreciate everything they did to help me make my deadline. The response time and communication was great.
