Unlike the models, the driveways in front of the garage are way to short to park a standard car. Disgraceful!

My wife and I just recently moved into a beautiful new townhouse in the new Hilltop community in Cedar Grove, NJ. We love the layout, space, and location of our new home. Our only complaint would be with some of the quality of work. It seems the pandemic may have forced Khov to cut some costs, and our townhouse quality suffered a bit. There seem to be a bunch of small things wrong, that you would believe wouldn't have passed quality control in the past. For instance, our optional luxury soaking tub leaked the very first time my wife used it, causing leaking through the ceiling on the floor below. That is something that should have been more thoroughly inspected in a brand new luxury townhouse. There is also grouting work between tiles that is already coming up, or was missing in the first place. ... More

Good overall experience. All team members very attentive and responsive. Have had few issues with the home but all have been addressed.

Everyone from the sales consultant, to the construction manager, to the loan officer was absolutely AMAZING!! KHov is the way to go!!!

Addressed the things I ask to be touched up and focused on. Quick to respond and very accomodating.

Mark the contractor has been wonderful and responsive to any issues. Matt, the sales guy is very likable and easy to get along with.

Woodwork was poor! Way too much caulking to cover up too long/too short cuts and gaps. Electrical was barely adequate and placement of receptacles and switches should really be done BEFORE they’re installed. Feel like not nearly enough pride was taken by the various subcontractors, especially for the price point of these homes!

Top in customer service and support from any other builder that I have ever worked with. Weekly calls and progress pictures sent while home was being built. Continued weekly calls after to make sure everything was good and asked if any issues. Call backs right away.

The sales office was great. The building work met my expectations. The in house loan process was not the greatest and the representative (Nicole) made me feel that my time and business was not important. Most of the time she kept requesting things after hours and delayed response asking for additional items that I had to leave the house to retrieve during this COVID pandemic. Never apologized and simply not a way to do business and lack of empathy.

Lacy and I are very happy with our home that your amazing team built is here at Soltice. Allison , Brian and Andy were helpful through the whole process. I’m also in the business of building homes and have an eye for defect. Although I picked out a lot of items at the walk though all were addressed at the sign off. My family are so happy with the home !

All together the experience I had with the people here were professional very prompt in responding and I've been very pleased.

The entire process from visiting the model homes the sales people are wonderful and patient on answering our questions , the design center who helped us shape our forever home , to the construction crew who build and made it to a reality , and even after closing the house , k hov is there for support and quick to respond to our concerns . Having people passionate on what they do makes a difference ! This being our second house to build , K hov is beyond compare in our experience ! Amazing !

The quality and craftsmanship of the home is elegant and extraordinary. My family and I are please with our new home and the Sales staff was excellent to work with,

We are very pleased to came across with such wonderful people, specially the sales office where it all begins. In every stage of the construction, everyone was very helpful. They treat you like part of a family and that eases a bit the anxiety of the wait for the house to be completed. No doubt in our minds that we chose right in selecting K.Hovnanian Homes as our home builders.
