Everyone one was great and did everything needed to get me into my new home!

Excellent service Great experience

K Hovananian homes are in a class way better than other builders. Professional customer service throughout the whole process of the build. K Hovananian homes are manufactured with tons of superb craftsmanship. After the closing date customer service is what matters the most to a home buyer. I would definitely recommend K Hovananian homes to any serious buyer.

Personally I like the architecture of these homes.

If it wasn't for Siobhan and her striving efforts to go above and beyond the call of duty. She completed one of the most difficult task I have ever seen done by a person who CARE about the AMERICAN PEOPLE & strive for the greater good in our AMERICAN direction for FAMILIES. Todd was very helpful in walking us through upgrades and very patient with our queries. After we signed P&S , we met Chad who managed the built for us. He provided an update every week with pics and target for next week. Found him to be very informative and open in his communications, be it for delays or on track wins. Overall he completed our house 1 month before planned completion date. Around closing and after, we met Mike who is also a great guy with a keen eye for detail. Excellent experience overall and i would highly recommend them.

Our experience from start to finish was great! Our builder tended to our request and responded in a timely manner. Jeremy was and still is a pleasure to work with. All of the different crafts handled their portion of the build with professionalism and excellent craftmanship.

I know that this review is to go over the home buying process however I just wanted to note the responsiveness of the entire team. Last week my asthma started flaring up to what I assumed were just seasonal allergies, Wednesday and Thursday being the worst of it. On Friday I happened to go into the basement bathroom and looked up to see mold on the ceiling, the cause of my asthma flare up. I call KHovnanian warranty to explain the situation and received a call not 20 minutes later from Derek that the community manager would be coming by to take a look. Nick arrived maybe 15 minutes later, took pictures and called back into Derek to say that yes it was mold. This all took place by 12:00pm on a Friday. By 12:30 Derek called me back to let me know that a plumber would be out to take a look at the situation. By 4:45 the plumber was here, had cut out the mold spot, found and fixed the source of the leak and let me know that someone would be back out next week to fix the wall. I was looking for house for more than 1 year I couldn’t find the right house that I was looking for, finally I found K Hovnanian homes. K H had a very nice and professional customer service they answer my all questions and I decided to buy new townhouse with K H. overall I am so happy and I had a great experience

I will recommend to my friends to buy a house from khov without 2nd thought. Everything is good Trust, responsive and good house construction with good materials. Personal i like khov building construction.

He was superb and promptly addressed our concerns.

We found that every facet of the purchasing and settlement process was extremely well done and professional. Despite KHov being a national builder, the journey felt close to home and had a home town feel.. Our one relatively significant community concern was the sod/irrigation system which thankfully has been satisfactorily addressed, however, the communication for this item could have been somewhat more open and fluid. Other than that, we are living the dream in our little “bedroom” by the beach community!

The organization set in place to walk you through choices is very helpful. It makes you feel like you are building a custom home, close as possible without being custom. This is our 3rd build and the most organized we have had a builder in the planning stages. Our site manager was also one of the best we’ve ever had with regular communication on progress, answering questions and resolving issues. We have had some normal issues to resolve after moving in and the responses have been more than satisfactory. We are very happy with our decision, choosing KHovnanian as our builder. The only real knock is the late start after papers were signed in the beginning. We do wish the build would have started and ended on time but due to economic conditions we understand the delays. ... Our home build went very smoothly from the initial discussions with Lacey and all the way through the build process with Jeff. There were minor supply delays at times but they kept working in other areas and we’re able to keep the build process moving forward. We actually finished 2-3 weeks sooner than we initially thought. Excellent process all around, we are more than happy in our new home and would recommend it to friends/family in the future!

Trisha, Marcus, and Dustin were great, oh and Brandon too. Couldn’t have asked for a better team. The build went according to time with only a slight delay( which was to be expected). There were no misunderstandings and everything was clearly explained. Only issue came in the loan area as the interest rates began to rise ( and we asked if there was something we could do about it) we were not told we could lock in our rate 220 days before closing, until we were at 90 days and and rates had already jumped. This failure added about $400 to our mortgage payments. This is the only thing that bothered us the the entire process. ... More

My experience working with Alex has been great. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the entire home building process. He highlighted many great points and was able to answer every question that was given to him. Any issue that I saw, he immediately responded to it and addressed it. Overall, this has been a great experience.
