Steve did an excellent job from the beginning of the process to the ending. He is awesome! Perry in the new build dept. is awesome! I have had an excellent process and highly recommend Cornerstone Allotment!

They used the cheapest contractors out there. They're really looking out for KHOV.

Everyone we have worked with at K. Hovnanian Homes has been fabulous! They are responsive and truly want to make the home-owning experience the best for you. There were minor quality issues during our walkthrough, but they were happy to get those things fixed for us before we moved in. As first time home-buyers, we are so glad we chose K. Hovnanian!

We had a really good experience with Khov- Glenn in the sales office was great - he worked with us during the challenges of Covid19 - he kept us informed - responded to all of our questions - sent updates frequently - and the end result - we moved in our timeline, and we love our home! Thanks Glenn and the Khov team!

We started our search around Feb and settle down on our fave unit mid March. Then COVID crisis brought down the City. Many needed to adjust rapidly to the new working environment. Most customer services quality dropped significantly. But we were lucky that our experience for buying our first new home went extrmely smoothly given the professionalism and understanding that we saw from all parties. Buying first home is easly anxiety provoking but we are happy that ours went with very little anxiety at a time when anxiety for everyone was reaching levels never seen before. Appreciate it. My experience in building a new home with K. Hovnanian has been phenomenal and outstanding from start to finish! I could not have asked for more or better, because I had the BEST sales consultant (Susan) and the BEST home builder (Allan) by my side throughout the entire time. As a first time home buyer, I had an infinite amount of questions and they were able to address them. All of their support, kindness, diligence, and patience contributed to an amazing home buying experience! I can not thank them enough for all they have done in providing my family a beautiful home!

We highly recommend if you’re looking into building a house, choose K Hov. Adam is an awesome guy and extremely good as his job and makes the process so much better. The house was built so well and we couldn’t be happier with everything!

Everyone at K Hovnanian Homes was wonderful and so helpful throughout the process. A few downside - I did not get the farmhouse sink I wanted even if I requested this change in the early phase of construction and was willing to pay the difference. I just wish there was some flexibility; had issues with our granite countertops not being presealed and us not being informed. But overall, a great experience. I would like to give a shoutout to our construction manager who was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had prior to and once we moved to our new home.

Elegant beautiful build but would have been rated higher if something could have been done with the sound coming inside especially with the master bedroom location and the trains that go honking all night

The real estate agent Greg was great. Although, we have experienced many calls to Matt to have the contractors fix our floor/countertop/master shower. Matt the construction manager is attentive to our questions and requests. KHOV Mortgage was not the same story.

There are several issues with the house that have not been fixed. I am very unhappy in kovanian homes warranty service depot. I feel I got ripped off buy buying this house

Looooove our new home! But it seems that the builders cut way too many corners or don’t pay attention to detail. Many cosmetic flaws are very noticeable even to our visitors. Our fence was falling apart when we moved in. Khov was quick to fix which is good! But since the area where I purchased my khov home prices homes high, I would think they put in more supervision to each home that is built. Walk throughs are not enough.

The experience was great, but some things have been taking a while to get done. Which with covid19 it is understandable in some ways. Overall, the house is great and the process was great as well, it is a very nice home and no had/has no major issues. Would recommend to family/relative/friends/coworkers and anyone else.
