K. Hovnanian® Homes Reviews

We are very satisfied with our new home I will definitely recommend this builder KHov Very professional Team and very helpful.

Worst home buying experience I have ever had, Who cares right? the house is sold. My keys to the home were left on my kitchen Island, The sales agent did not even have the decency to deliver the home keys personally, whether she liked me or not, it is the professional thing to do. I have already had the house torn apart due to a water leak, and who knows when the cabinets will be complete. I paid $81.00 with a receipt provided to one of the customer service managers named Jeff for an electrician to come in and deal with a bad arching outlet, I Truly was afraid of a house fire, Yeah Yeah we will deal with that and reimburse due to the potentially dangerous situation and arching outlet presents. I am one consumer, one in a line of thousands and this experience made me realize just how insignificant I am. The home sold, I am no longer important to this home builder. ... More

Sales rep was fantastic. Job foreman was very knowledgeable overall. Dealing with Kham in Florida was both exasperating and exhausting. We are retired with more than enough funds available, however, the loan representative often did not return our calls. Up until the day before settlement we were still asked to send more documentation. After living in our new home for a month we are seeing alot of finished work on walls and trim wasn't the quality of work we expected for the amount of money we paid for our home. We would not recommend Khov homes.

I am very pleased with my house and your services

The current superintendent working for this company in this area is excellent. The title company and process for selling the home was distant and unwelcoming (not due to shelter in place). It was from an east coast company and took an unprecedented length of time to receive information from prior to closing.

Really enjoyed working with everyone from the sales office to the design center and especially Tom! Tom went above and beyond Our expectations. Very personable gentleman to work with. Thank you K hov for a great experience building our forever home :)

Nicholas & Devin in the Sales Office offer an amazing sales experience.

Caleb and Lou were so helpful through this whole process. This was our first experience buying a new home. We absolutely love the size of our community. Not too big and not too small. The location to amenities is perfect. Stores ,church, bank ,post office and beach.

Quality materials & workmanship. Don’t hesitate to purchase from this builder.

Stuckle on boarders of house are very pourly made. My son bumped in to it with hand bars from his bike and tour off a chunk. Seals around front door and garage doors have folded in as well and dont seal like supposed to.

This was our first home purchase and it was the best experience we could've wished for. Thank you K. Hovnanian!

Excellent products high quality houses

Our sales person Laura was very thorough and made wonderful suggestions for important improvements we would not have thought of and our builder Will is very attentive to detail and quick to resolve the few small issues that may come up

I moved into my house during Covid and have been having work done since. The contractors are slopy and I've witnessed children working on the homes that are being built around me more that once. I feel the sloppiness of the contractors that KHOV are teaming with should be reconsidered.

Constuction quality is good. Possible improvement in the refinement of structures. Scope for further improvement in surfacing soil before laying the lawn. Wood fence quality is average.

K Hov makes the home buying process very pleasant. They explained each step in the process and kept me informed on the build. I am very happy with my experience and purchase.

They Have The Friendliest Group & Made Buying My Home Easy

I’m very happy

This company are the best to go for. I am very happy to be with this family especially the staff, my loan officer Ms Jodie and my consultant Ms Rachelle they so sweet to work with. I really appreciate them and their work.

Excellent experience from showing to closing!

Worse mortgage company i ever gone thew and worse home buying experience ever

Thank you KHov team for building us our family home.

A lot of promises at the beginning to entice you to build, in the end, promises turn into misinterpretations. Quality of workmanship sucks. No pride in building trades anymore.

The finance team was awesome! After moving in, you see a lot of cheap materials and laziness. We love our house, but going to have to upgrade on our own.

Good
