The organization set in place to walk you through choices is very helpful. It makes you feel like you are building a custom home, close as possible without being custom. This is our 3rd build and the most organized we have had a builder in the planning stages. Our site manager was also one of the best we’ve ever had with regular communication on progress, answering questions and resolving issues. We have had some normal issues to resolve after moving in and the responses have been more than satisfactory. We are very happy with our decision, choosing KHovnanian as our builder. The only real knock is the late start after papers were signed in the beginning. We do wish the build would have started and ended on time but due to economic conditions we understand the delays. ... Our home build went very smoothly from the initial discussions with Lacey and all the way through the build process with Jeff. There were minor supply delays at times but they kept working in other areas and we’re able to keep the build process moving forward. We actually finished 2-3 weeks sooner than we initially thought. Excellent process all around, we are more than happy in our new home and would recommend it to friends/family in the future!

Trisha, Marcus, and Dustin were great, oh and Brandon too. Couldn’t have asked for a better team. The build went according to time with only a slight delay( which was to be expected). There were no misunderstandings and everything was clearly explained. Only issue came in the loan area as the interest rates began to rise ( and we asked if there was something we could do about it) we were not told we could lock in our rate 220 days before closing, until we were at 90 days and and rates had already jumped. This failure added about $400 to our mortgage payments. This is the only thing that bothered us the the entire process. ... More

My experience working with Alex has been great. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the entire home building process. He highlighted many great points and was able to answer every question that was given to him. Any issue that I saw, he immediately responded to it and addressed it. Overall, this has been a great experience.

I'm super happy with my new home . I give lots of thanks Mrs . Doddie and Mr Robert! To make my dream come true. They're very professional and efficient. They helped me from begging to the end of this process. I can't say the same thing with knovian mortgage company. I will recommend to other buyers not go with the knovian mortgage! Mr Carson! And Mr Kevin gave me hard time to make this possible. They are not professional and serious people about approved mortgage. By the way I'm super super happy with Mrs Doddie and Mr Robert . they really help me all the time.

It was a really great smooth experience! As a first time home buyers I felt super assisted through the process. It can be scary but KHOV made it fun and smooth. Every continues to be helpful even after purchasing the home which shows y’all really care! :)

Great company to work with. Awesome designs and affordable plans. Amazing customer service and quick responsiveness for any issues or help when needed. Chad our Project Manager has been a pleasure to work with who is always available to answer any questions, provide timely updates and keep us in loop for any vendor follow ups. Very happy to select them for my happy future.

Marcus was fabulous, not only staying in touch weekly, but also with the couple of issues we had after closing with gas leak and dry wall. also very pleased with Dustin, checking back and answering any questions we had.

I had to take a moment to highlight John for his level of professionalism and ability to effectively communicate through the entire process. He made himself available to us and eased our minds during the building process, it was outstanding. We would absolutely recommend KHov to our friends and family. It was an amazing experience.

From the very beginning of our process ours Sales Representative Darryl was very thorough, listened to what we were looking for in our forever home, and he’s super approachable! That same gentle demeanor carried on, with the community managers Brent and John! The entire team (financing, underwriting, trade contractors, etc.) was so responsive and did everything they could to both ensure things remained on pace and went as smoothly as possible with all the unpredictable happenings in the industry today. Being such young first time home-buyers KHOV really made it such a smooth process in buying our first home! We loved the representatives that helped us throughout our journey, most especially, Tracy, Mike and Shannon. As for Tracy, she really set the tone for our whole buying process, being the first person from KHOV that we spoke to about our home. We loved the fact that she would always give us a call or text to give us any updates on the building process of our home. She even went as much as walking out to our lot and sending us pics! During our first inspection, Mike was really attentive to every aspect of our house in order to explain the overall functions, and we loved that! He answered any questions we had and made sure that before we left the inspection that we knew the ins and outs of our home. In addition to that, he was really funny! Also, during our closing and final walk-through, Shannon helped my other half and I to find any minor damages and was very adamant about getting someone out to fix any issues, so that was a big plus in having her as one of our KHOV representatives. A month 1/2 later, and she is still very helpful, punctual and adamant about meeting our needs and solving issues as soon as we put in the ticket. The K Hovnanian team exceeded my expectations in many ways. They were careful not too over promise but certainly over delivered. Nate and Garrett were my dream team and I hope they're still in the business when I'm ready to purchase my next home. Highly recommend and appreciate them so much. No regrets.

The experience has been wonderful. Robert is great in top of everything so is Chris. We are very pleased with our home.
