My house is beautiful and feels like it is a very well built home - very solid. All of the employees are very helpful and very polite and friendly. This has been a great buying experience.

K. Hovnanian Homes are beautifully designed, authentic homes. What attracts me to the K. Hovnanian homes are there diverse home construction designs. The homes are built from material of excellent standard. I should know, since I used to work in the Civil Engineering industry, and I know quality and standard in building construction when I see one. The homes are designed with energy efficient in mind. The backyard is very spacious, having a exterior 10 feet fence and perfect for hosting the holidays. Designed to create an ideal balance between being independent and for togetherness. Poor paint job throughout. Some windows don’t lock or even close without massive drafts. Tons and tons of nail pops that it is embarrassing to invite people over. Terrible toilet handles. The washers that hold the handles in place come loose weekly and I feel like a plumber/handyman. At least we are all home bound for another month. Great more problems and cannot get them fixed until our 11th month.

Great Experience from start to finish!

Nice neighborhood, However, lacks the quality of work performed on the home (such as poor and incomplete paintwork, paint bubbles in the master bathroom walls, left cigarette butts through the front and backyard, incomplete landscaping, jobs incomplete throughout the home, trash left during building the home, and lack of consistency performed), My list of the items needing to fix continues to grow. I regret my purchase and would sell if I could. Sincerely, Unhappy with my home purchase

Actually, I was going to send few lines to the builder through the sales agent about my home buying experience and final choice. However, this rating has summarized it all. The materials used in the building, as well as the appliances and fixtures are of very good quality. The space was maximally used to advantage! The company's representatives that I met and dealt with are honest and painstaking in attending and listening to the client! The sales agent appears innovative and friendly. We are Happy with almost everything

Great location, great sales service and maintenance services! Mid quality builders materials.

Home buying was simple and easy, and the price paid was valid for market price. The construction crew was great with performing touch ups, and bringing the painting crew back after move in. Salesman was good, and helpful. Mortgage company was terrible. They have 5 people doing almost the same job, and they would constantly call asking for the same information with no communication between each other. title company was great.

The whole process was nearly flawless. When construction started I visited the site 2 or 3 times a week, once the roof was on I started going by everyday. While walking the site, I was able to observe the quality of construction behind the walls, I saw everything being done, took photos of every aspect of construction. After move in, only a couple of minor issues that were handled in a day or two. Nearly done decorating and it's starting to feel like the home I was expecting!

We love our house!! We bought a spec home but it feels like we designed it. It’s everything we want and more. Khov employees have been amazing through this whole process. We have no complaints.

K. Hov has been extremely helpful from my first phone call to the sales consultant, Nia, to the final walk through with, Adam. They have answered our questions quickly and delivered exactly what was promised. The customer service after close has been very good as well.

I cant complain with any aspect of my home buying experience.
