Very good and quick at replying to issues.

My home is everything I could dream up and more! My home buying experience was smooth and easy.

If I could go back I would not have bought a home from KHov. Carelessness in the workmanship shows all around the house. I will be dealing with warranty claims for awhile. Instead of spending time with my family in our supposed new home I have to repair rushed work. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Aspire at River Bend

My entire Home should have all Bronze Light Fixtures and Hardware, instead it has Silver Light Fixtures and Bronze Hardware, That's not what I order for my Home.. everything I ordered was Bronze, What A Joke!

From the Sales office with Adrian to the construction with Terence, the entire process was smooth. Terence and Adrian were both very responsive to any issues reported and we're proactive in providing me with updates throughout the building process. Would definitely build with them again.

The Sales Representative who helped us from the beginning to end, the interior designer who helped us with customizing to our preferences and price point, and the Construction Manager who led the build and quality control to completion were all outstanding in their work, how they were to work with, our entire experience with them as people, and the end result from their collective efforts and service was all extremely pleasing. We are impressed, grateful, and loving our new home and our experience through the process with K. Hovnanian.

Just one phone jack for landline and fax in kitchen, am I supposed to keep the fax on kitchen counter? Fax wont work without landline. Told by Lloyd this is the new standard. Was never told or informed that I would not be getting a place to plug in my electrical dryer. Surprised when I tried to dry my clothes and last minute had to buy a new gas dryer. Also told new standard. Rude people involved in the process overall from Construction to Sales. Only person on our side was Saul, who ended up leaving company. 3 different sales reps throughout home buying process. I wonder why. Bad paint job inside and outside. Messed up our hose bib placement. Work not done cleanly. They have the key they entered our house even after we recieved our keys without informing us or asking. Very rude. Our stuff was all in the living room, could have gone missing and we wouldn't know. ... More

I liked home design and value of the price. Good location and close to every thing.

I cannot say enough good things about Crystal and Carmel (Sales Team) and Alex and Shannon (Builders). My wife and I truly enjoyed working with them throughout this process. They were very caring and more than willing to go out of their way to make sure we were happy. They were always very responsive and responded quickly to any issue, concern, or question we had. I went above and beyond to make sure our expectations were exceeded. We are so happy with the home they built for us.

A very good house buying experience

Make sure you get the radon tested before you buy a home -- K. Hovnanian is very quick to deny any responsibility for it. Some of the K. Hovnanian people were very responsive to our needs, and others were less so.

Buying and build was a very easy and pleasant experience. Meredith and Jeremy were awesome. They were always available to answer questions and the response time was A+.

What an amazing experience. Meredith at 17 Lakes is the best.

We've been in our new home for about a month and love it. We've had a few issues that are to be expected with new construction, but K Hov has been very helpful in getting those issues resolved and helping us have peace of mind.

Great and seamless process. Rich, James, and co. have been thorough, supportive, and very professional. Paint job/finishes prior to and post walkthrough could have used improvement but satisfied overall!

So glad i decided to buy my home with K Hovnanian . Staff are excellent , especially Aaron onsite and Michael who supported the mortgage process.. Aaron was always on hand, sending updates throughout the home construction, with the regular pics he sent me, I was able to watch my home being built, without being there. He was so patient walking me through the entire house and has been there for questions after moving in. He really is such a credit to K Hovnanian. Michael was also amazing, always so patient with all the questions i had during the mortgage process. and then there was Karen during the closing process.. I truly felt i had the best people i could go to during the entire process who had my best interests at heart, which is really important when buying the home for the 1st time by myself.. It was a really informative, detailed, exciting process for the most part. I was very happy with communication and my home is stunning and makes me feel very proud to call mine and come home to everyday.

Every time I needed something or had a question I felt heard and important...Plus my house is beautiful!!

Once we got into our home and had the inside painted the texturing on the walls is Very uneven. The dishwasher was leaking because it was installed wrong.
