K. Hovnanian® Homes Reviews

What an amazing experience. Meredith at 17 Lakes is the best.

We've been in our new home for about a month and love it. We've had a few issues that are to be expected with new construction, but K Hov has been very helpful in getting those issues resolved and helping us have peace of mind.

Great and seamless process. Rich, James, and co. have been thorough, supportive, and very professional. Paint job/finishes prior to and post walkthrough could have used improvement but satisfied overall!

So glad i decided to buy my home with K Hovnanian . Staff are excellent , especially Aaron onsite and Michael who supported the mortgage process.. Aaron was always on hand, sending updates throughout the home construction, with the regular pics he sent me, I was able to watch my home being built, without being there. He was so patient walking me through the entire house and has been there for questions after moving in. He really is such a credit to K Hovnanian. Michael was also amazing, always so patient with all the questions i had during the mortgage process. and then there was Karen during the closing process.. I truly felt i had the best people i could go to during the entire process who had my best interests at heart, which is really important when buying the home for the 1st time by myself.. Thank you all for your support... Love my new home.... ... More

Great company that truly cares from start to finish. Attentive and helpful, you will feel at ease throughout the process.

It was a really informative, detailed, exciting process for the most part. I was very happy with communication and my home is stunning and makes me feel very proud to call mine and come home to everyday.

Every time I needed something or had a question I felt heard and important...Plus my house is beautiful!!

Once we got into our home and had the inside painted the texturing on the walls is Very uneven. The dishwasher was leaking because it was installed wrong.

We couldn’t be happier with our new home!

So happy to become a new homeowner of khov. They have an amazing developer, builder, and home service team.

It is a beautiful, safe community and has everything I was looking for, the finishes are incredible my family and I are happy with the decision we made when buying here.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful, responsive and informative. I asked a lot of questions and all were answered. I highly recommend K Hovnanian Homes.

The entire team (Susan, Ann, David, Rafael and the financing department) made my first home building experience absolutely amazing!

Make sure your organized and have all statements, bills, paystubs, W-2 ‘s, and important documents need for financing

Our drywall was falling from the ceiling. K Homes advised it was installed incorrectly. Instead of reinstalling the drywall, they just patched some of it and said the warranty will cover future issues, not exactly what you think you are paying for when buying a new home.

Quality assurance for the home during the construction process is overlooked, all the emphasis is on delivering the home as soon as possible.

I was very satisfied throughout the process as well as the simplicity of it. Great experience.

I expect more value for the money, the appliances are cheap and malfunctioned after 1 use. We're still waiting for items to be repaired after being in our home a month.

Charlie was a pleasure to deal with.

Everything went smooth and our builder (Christian) was superb.
