We purchased a Spec Home so we were not involved in the design process! We obviously liked the design of the house and the amenities that were offered. One note that I state as the materials is that because it was a spec home I was a little disappointed in the framing materials that were used and observed during the process. The houses I have witnessed that have been purchased to be built appear to have a better quality framing materials from my observation. All other materials seem to be of equal quality and we have enjoyed the design and amenities.

Lots of cracks, poor paint quality, staining and ittle attention to detail.

I would never recommend buying a home from K Hovnanian, they will rush you through the home buying process which isn't the worst thing, but once you buy, you're on your own. Hope you're good at home repairs because they are incompetent and unorganized. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to buy a home from K Hovnanian.

Love the home and the workmanship - Finance company not so great on rates. You can do better, by shopping the loan. Do not lock in with them, until you are sure on rates.

Tricia, Art and Kristen have been excellent! We have found some of the workmanship to be a bit shoddy. We feel certain that the issues will be corrected.

Friendly & responsive

Visit the build site often and don't be afraid to ask questions. During the feature selection process make sure to take your time and again ask plenty of questions.

K. Hovnanian builders are committed and dedicated. Very reliable and dependable giving their home buyers the best expectations. Their homes comes with many important features that are standard: meaning you will do less upgrade. Time frame was shorted that expected too. The process of buying my home was so smooth with them than i expected. I will so so recommend them to new home buyers. So proud of my home.

Our sales rep kept us updated through the entire process, from choosing our lot through closing. We love our new K Hovnanian home!

I really loved the way K.Hov handled us during the entire process. The only site team is wonderful. Our sales representative Renee, was very responsive and on top of helping us with any questions asked. John, has been absolutely wonderful! He is very responsive as well, and is always here to help even after we have closed on our home. I highly recommend K.Hov homes for anyone considered if them.

Sales was amazing!! Design was great!!! Everything after that was awful. No one was on the same page, responsiveness was not timely at all nor was the care of the customer...who is funding the whole project! There was no way the customer could make any changes but if the builder made a change there was no communication regarding it to the customer. Builder was more loyal to contractors who had an extremely low level skill than they were for the customer.

Brian, the Sales Manager at K Hovnanian at Churchill Farms, was one of the most friendly and personable folks I have ever met. He went out of his way to assist us in our home buying adventure. He took pictures of our house through the whole building process since we were out of state while it was being built. He assisted in getting things resolved financially when we ran into snags with the VA and helped guide us along the way. These folks are here to make your home buying experience a pleasure and not a nightmare.

We had a wonderful experience, especially with the sales office representative and the construction crew. They responded to any questions we had and made us feel exceptionally special. On the construction side, we were offered vital advice and we are so appreciative of the K Hovnanian family. I have one recommendation that is for K Hovnanian and anyone who is buying a home. When making selections at the design center, the customer should be provided a picture or sample of all of their selections. We experienced an incorrect selection and we were told that's what we signed for. Well, the customer does not know what product numbers are assigned to selections and the product number is the only description on the document you sign. My Daughter and I had an excellent experience. Nikki and June went above and beyond for us. They were super responsive and extremely friendly. We absolutely love the product. My daughter’s townhouse came out gorgeous.

Seamless process

Beautiful home, spacious and open. Loved the amount of choices in the designer galleria , it was absolutely amazing. Lots of different options with floor plans and execution. Highly recommend these builders

I know you will never reach to me for my issues: The warranty guy Phil is not ready to listen to your issues and has ready made answers. The whole first floor shakes in the home and things rattle the answer by Phil is “ The home is constructed to shake in the first floor” I am really not sure for what I paid my money for Really disappointing to having made business with Khov
