My husband and I were very happy with our experience during our process of buying our home. K Hovnanian’s team was always professional and helpful to all of our needs with home buying.

Crown molding

My responses reflect the nature of construction and the workmanship provided. We have had numerous warranty issues and found multiple points of careless installation practices. If it wasn't for your sales team and their commitment to deliver on good customer service and product, much of our issues would have gone unaddressed with "canned" responses from our designated home warranties manager. The price we paid for the home is not reflective in the product delivered or the care after the home was turned over. We are first-time home buyers and a K.Hovnanian home was one of the homes, we visited and decided to buy. The entire process was smooth and well guided through ar every step. The walkthrough was very helpful. The closing process was also smooth.

the drawers in the kitchen, they are not of much quality, they are neglected and they leave the rail

They made the buying and building process as seem less as possible. They were true to their word and provided the services and amenities sold.

My experience with KHov has been great. They make the home buying and building process easy and not stressful. I worked with Bob G. on the office side, Tom S. on the field side, and Grace P. on the mortgage side, all of them were very nice, honest, and responsive. Three things stood out to me in this process. One, there were never any surprises or hidden items that popped up. The price was the price and all extras were provide to me prior to my selection process and the extra prices always stayed the same. Two, the build process and quality, they built my 2500 sqft home in 5 months start to finish and the quality was great and with the 1 year home warranty there is a piece of mind that they will take care of any issues post closing. Three, the communication with the builder. I am an involved type of person and had questions throughout the build process and Bob, Tom, and Grace always had quick, clear, and honest responses for me. Love our home! Any issues we’ve had have been addressed quickly!

Not very responsive, organized or proactive about repairs/fixes but customer service is friendly. Great value for the home and it was beautifully built

I had an independent house inspector and another contractor tell me how good the construction was! Anne, our saleslady was so very helpful as well as Steve the construction manager and Ryan the construction supervisor.

I would highly recommend purchasing a K. Hovnanian Home! I am getting settled in and I just love my new home. it's beautiful!

We had never built a home before, so we didn't know what to expect. During the process we were kept informed about everything, and everyone we dealt with was professional but friendly. They were truly concerned that our house met our specifications and all of our questions we're answered. Overall a great experience and a great home!

KHOV organization and Team Members are trustworthy, friendly, dependable, and play win to win. They are professionals at what they do. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I have become a fan of KHOV and would definitely recommend them to buyers of a new home.

Entire process from the initial sales appointment throughout construction and after closing, interactions with Shane, Steve, Bruce and Josh have been most helpful and responsive

The mortgage company was difficult to work with but the work was good and the house turned out great.

Needs to finish with quality .. hurried work on the house affected and added sour taste to my experience

The purchasing process was very easy with K.Hovnanian. They were very responsive in the sales office as well as on the construction side. We are very happy with our total experience and highly recommend K. Hovnanian!

Overall great company for building modern homes, however dissatisfied with the inability to make slight changes to the floor plan, and charging for the 2nd outside garage light was petty. Poor choices on countertops and flooring. Items that should be part of standard are added as upgrades such as normal size toilets, etc. The paint and cleaning were very poor. The house was delayed by a month due to incorrect plans submitted to the city, with no sense of urgency or any offerings of compensation (I paid hotel room an extra month). Other than apologies and it’s only an estimate on delivery, no efforts were done to bring it closer to the due dates. Sales manager (Marlene) and construction manager (Keith) were great. A few bumps along the way, but that’s to be expected. The recommended mortgage broker was a NIGHTMARE. Would not recommend him to anyone.
