Very poor workmanship! No consistency and no quality control conducted during construction and final touches.

The sales team is all smiles when you are considering buying a home. They make you feel very welcome and they also commit to delivery dates that they aren't going to make. The date on the contract means nothing. The construction manager will appear super nice, and deliver late, all for the sake of so-called quality. The house looks good to the naked eye, but there are several poor design choices, even when it come to placing an air vent above the Master Bedroom's door, therefore compromising privacy for the owner(s). They might as well be an open window constantly blowing air in the Master Bath. There is a vent that exhaust to the roof, making noise anytime the wind blows. Of course this is not featured in the model homes, bc you wouldn't buy it! Highly disappointed with the upgrade to a third car garage, only to get a 2.5 car garage, given only a clown car can fit in the other side of my garage. The only helpful person thus far, post signing, is the Warranty Manager, but there's nothing they can do re: my real issues with the build. Lastly, beware of the design center. They will try to sell you the moon, stars and the sun. They will also ask if you want ceiling fans, which basically means do you want ceiling lights, bc everyone only has ceiling fans as lighting, right? No! ... More

We were not there during construction, but spoke to the sales rep, Kelsey, often. She was always knowledgeable of the process and always quick to respond to any of our concerns. A pleasure to work with.

The community is GREAT!! From sales to the project manager - EVERYONE is professional and helpful. Nick was our sales agent. Tom is the project manager- BOTH have been outstanding! The quality of our home is AMAZING for the price.

We had some high expectations on our purchase of this home, but it was met with poor execution, poor supervision on the trade labor, and poor follow up to correct issues. This wasn't all bad, but if you are buying from this group, then make sure you have the ability to watch each step of the process closely as you will quickly get frustrated with the execution if it's not supervised properly. If executed correctly, it could be a wonderful home.

Overall I am having very positive experience with K.Hov. K.Hov team is very responsive and supportive. Having issues with some appliances and K.Hov team is very helpful to address those issues.

I've built several homes. This was by far the best experience.

Salesman was horrible. Lied to us about many things and failed to offer us any options including lights. For the price we paid we expected a lot more out of the house. We moved in and the house has many flaws that still need to be fixed. The carelessness in building the house could have been dealt with if they took the time when building the house. We were told they focus on 3 houses at a time but that wasn't true.

Very happy with the ease of the entire process.

Worth all the effort we put in to apply for the house we want.

We built in Seventeen Lakes and feel like we got a great deal compared to other builders in the same neighborhood and area. We got everything we wanted on a very large corner lot. Meredith was our salesperson and she was great. She went above and beyond for anything we needed. Jeremy was great building our home. Any issues that occurred along the way, Jeremy always got them resolved. Everyone we dealt with at KHov and KHov Mortgage was excellent. We would definitely recommend KHov to our friends.

Eli C. the Construction Manager, is a great asset to Khov, always extremely helpful and attentive to minor issues that may have come up during our walkthrough of our new home. Loved my experience. It was almost too smooth to be true.

We had never heard of KHov prior to our purchase but I can't imagine any other builder treating us better. The first time my wife and I met Gene, he made is feel totally comfortable and was able to give us details about any of the builds, finishes, and even mortgage advice. Super knowledgeable and he really made us feel like family. Like we weren't just buying a house- we were building our forever home. The entire experience with Gene continued until the day we closed on our home. Even though he had left to a different development, he even came to our closing walk through and was there for every single question along the way. Same with the builder, Blue. She does amazing work and was so down to earth with my wife and I. She always gave us a straight answer and was always a delight to talk with. Even the design center was a breeze. Not once did anyone try to upsell anything, or convince us to go with something more/less expensive. Building a home can be scary and incredibly stressful but I would do it again in a heartbeat because of how amazing the team my wife and I worked with at KHov were. Even now that we've moved in we have easy access to Blue and even Shawn who deals with home warranties. We bought a move in ready home which was not custom for us but has a lot of beautiful upgrades. The KHOV design staff made the house to suit a large family and guest areas. Although we love the house we definitely would do a few things different. The Garage is small and only able to park one car inside. I would suggest the extensions in all directions if your building. We found out our gas meter is to small and needs upgraded to a larger size. Khov brushed over the 20 ft easement on our property. But I guess we should have read better. What’s behind the walls we will never know. Since the house was already built we are trusting the workman ship is good. Fingers crossed.but like any home already built new or old it’s always a gamble. But the sales team was impressive and answered any questions I had and bent over backwards for us every step of the way. I would definitely recommend KHOV over a lot of the other builders. We love our house and our new neighborhood. And we are happy that we choose KHOV. ... More
