Overall a good experience and I would do it again. Liked all but one of the Khov team members.

Building our new home with KHovnanian was an experience my family and I will never forget. All staff members exceeded all of our expectations from start to finish. Ray, Floyd, Juan, Bonnie and Nick went above and beyond to ensure that we were well informed and happy with each step. Thank you all for doing an amazing job!

Great home, great service upto the point where we bought the home. However, given it was a model we didnt receive the attention we would have liked to some issues after we closed. All in all pretty happy.

The process was very straightforward. Staff were very helpful and we are grateful they made it all less stressful. Mariana was always willing to assist or clarify any issues with us. Carl the construction manager was great in providing regular update as to the progress of the project and the after sales services he has provided to us has been exceptional. There is nothing to fault as everyone we dealt with were fantastic and we are enjoying our new home.

The base price of the homes in Villago are extremely affordable, although options and upgrades are terribly inflated.

Quality materials used, good and smooth finishing, and overall, beautiful.

We like the home but immediately had plumbing issues. This was not all Khovnanians fault as the city had connected some pipes incorrectly, but I do feel it should have been caught by an inspection ahead of time and not once we had moved in. The city finally fixed the pipes but I am still waiting for KHovnanian to replace my grass.

the quality of materials and workmanship seem to be above grade, and helps to provide the value I paid for. khov personnel from sales to completion (Tara,David,Todd) are great, they help with any issue that came up and establish the trustworthiness of my new khov home. therefore I would highly recommend K.Hovnanian Homes to everyone.

All in all, we had a good experience purchasing our home. The sales staff was patient and took time to make sure we had all the information we needed. We were not expecting all the upgrade and add-on options, but felt we needed some to make the house more functional for us. The incentives they offered helped to keep the cost down. The design center experience was more then we expected. The base line finishes were not up to the standards we expected for this price point home so we spent more then we wanted to get higher quality finishes. Upgrades were very expensive by my standards and options were minimal within a given level of upgrade. Dealing with KHOV's financing group was very easy and they offered very good rates. The on-site warranty team was very responsive and took care of all our issues quickly. The construction team was very responsive during our build and continues to be responsive after our move. We are very satisfied with our decision to build with KHov.

The loan processing was extraordinary.. But the final walkthrough of the house before closing was not upto the mark... all the issue pointed put during first walk through were not corrected and what was found was the blue tape was just removed and when finally asked they suggested we raise. Maintenance request to complete the issues.. which was not expected..construction supervisor need to take care of these issues for these issues for a better experience to new home owners

The property was turned over to me with outside water drainage problems. I am not happy.

Comfortable, everyone has been extremely responsive to our issues, thou they were few.

Easy to work with, good design, responsive team

My house turned out great. I hired a private inspector and only minor cosmetic issues were reported. Carlos frequently updated me with the progress of the construction and was very informative. I'm grateful for his advises. Jacob was very responsive to service requests after closing of the home. My only issue was with the loan officers. I don't know if this is normal but the final closing amount was not provided to me until the day before closing and that resulted payment not received on time.

I called to see if it was possible to reschedule it but no one got ever back to me and I almost had to rush back from work
