They have exceeded all my expectations.

From the Adrian the sales consultant to Terrence the builder this has been a wonderful new home build experience. I'll refer everyone who's interested in buying a new home investment here. The only thing I would recommend is that if a customer is using there own lender qualify for insensitives as well. They shouldn't feel penalized for not going with a KHOV lender. But overall I'm completely satisfied!

House is great, but was not ready to move in yet. Everything from the quality inspection needed to be fixed still (touch up paint, shoe molding install, cabinet defects, door jambs not functional, final cleaning, counter top deficiency, air filter vents needed to be cut in). KHov has been great to work with us through the issues though, just slow. Now over two months into the home we are still scheduling fixes.

After a long search for a right place in the Irvine, CA, I nearly gave up my hope until I found a right agent introduce me the Khov opportunity, I am able to sign a purchase agreement in 3 days because the location and value of house, I can not believe we did it. Thank Khov!

Inspect every corner, room, inside, outside, top, bottom. With that being said, my sales rep, contractor, lender, and everyone that I personally dealt with were nice, respectful, and attentive to my concerns. I am just not happy about the workmanship of their workers.

So the staff determined that my first review had to be redone because I named directly who was the problem. Well how else can you fix the problem if you can’t identify it? Let’s just say we are extremely happy with the house, but completely unhappy with the loan process. The financing process. The unnecessary stress process from there person handling the finances. I hope this is better and complies with your restrictions.

Value for the price is OK but the quality of the work does not seem to be very good. Other builders do a lot of standard things that are upgrade with a K HOV That brings the total price of The house compared to the other builders even starting with a lower base price.

My New Year's resolution was to buy a new home and K. Hovnanian made this possible for me. As I was looking around, I stopped by the Retreat and the Aruba floor caught my attention for a number of reasons primarily the organization of the space. I knew that I will living in it one day and today I am enjoying the Aruba. My new home suits my personality, speaks to me, and brings me a ton of joy. Thank you K. Hovnanian team for such amazing work!

Very happy with my new home.

I'm very happy with my new home. It's my perfect retirement home!

Overall the craftsmanship is horrible. Even when the come in to make repairs the people that come back are rude, lazy and don’t feel like they should have to make corrections and they do it just as bad as the first time. Lois is wonderful and very helpful and Justin tries to keep things flowing and done correctly but the guys that work on these houses need a constant babysitter. I am very disappointed in the process and the workmanship.

The amount of hardship and struggle we have experienced can't be expressed.
