My husband and I had a great experience! High out list were communication and involvement throughout the building process. We were able to witness from the foundation being through to the finishes touches. Kathy kept us abreast of each stage in the process. Weekly conference calls with the builder made it a seamless process. Any questions we had were answered timely After we moved in there were minor things that needed attention and they responded immediately!!! We loved working with everyone

We were looking to relocate from out of state. We called and talked to Paul. We did everything online and not only was the house completed, (we had also mortgaged the house and signed for it’s closing), and we were completely moved in - all within 90 days!! Since we have relocated, Josue is the best!! As a first time homebuyer and relocating from so far away, he was always so patient and kind, which I’m sure to him were a lot of ignorant questions. Thank you so much for all your hard work in doing this relocation for us in record time!! We just love Texas and K. Hovnanian Homes!!!

As a first time home buyer I was a little scared. The sales team was phenomenal. They kept me in formed and the builder was very nice, understanding and had great follow through. I absolutely love my house and am very pleased with how quick and easy the process was for me.

We had a great experience throughout the whole process of buying the home. Tracy was always attentive to our needs to matter how important or trivial our concern was. Matt also provided pictures of the progress of our home during construction. When we did our final walkthrough, both Tracy and Matt showed up and made sure every little concern or small fix we wanted was taken care of by the time we moved in.

Great value and quality of construction

Our home purchase was excellent. Sales rep to the construction supt. Resolved all punch list items and after settlement used the on line service portal and service rep called the next morning to request what we needed. Site supt shared his cell number and responded on the weekend. Quality produce and great customer service

Did a very good job

We have had a great experience buying our new home. Everyone we worked with has handled themselves in a very professional and courteous manner. Any issues have been handled quickly and thoroughly.
