John, our sales representative and Clint, our construction manager were excellent to deal with. They communicated to us very frequently throughout the process and made us very comfortable that they would present a great product. Our house turned out great and we are very happy.

Sales teams makes a lot of promises, then end up backing out of those promises. The folks they partner with are not great. Got solar and 5 months later still not connected. KHov finance missed insurance payments which were included in mortgage so a mess to clean up. Things not completely finished in the house. They keep telling you have 1 year warranty so just let them know but not all that easy to communicate and work with them.

Everything was wonderful process was easy would definitely recommend to Family members

Run away as far as you can from any KHov built home. They rush to build their homes and when you call them on the short cuts, they gaslight you until you've signed on the dotted line.

Hi my experience with Khov was not the best. My experience with Adrian and Jacob who are the construction leads was horrible. Their responses to our issues after we closed was unprofessional and they made us feel as though our concerns were insignificant. I called Francisco the construction manager and he assisted us immediately with our concerns. I appreciate his assistance in correcting the issues. Our Khov lender Maritza was very responsive and helpful, we enjoyed working with her. Our sales associate Jon was very helpful. K Hovnanian was by far the worst experience we have ever had. From our lot being sold out from under us, to mold twice before completion and a delayed closing of 7 weeks, to the absolute worst craftsmanship we have ever seen. The salesman was phony and they went through 4 construction managers in less than 6 months. All our neighbors have had the same craftsmanship complaints as well. If I could go back, I would have never bought from them.

There are many things around the house that have not being fixed even though we have reported them.

The process during our home purchase process was very smooth. We are happy with what we got. The team was always very responsive and has been helpful even after our move in.

The entire process was great and the people were very helpful and friendly . She was very informative throughout the home buying process 10/10 will do again in the future

The home is beautiful and the project manager is wonderful at Gambrill. However, the loan officer was horrible and made the process extremely difficult without purpose.

Home is well built however there is no consistency in pricing everyone in neighborhood paying different prices, If you get a loan with them I would advise to get it on your own the terms were different every time we went in. With construction still going on there are many nails in the street and when ask if someone could clean up so people would not get their ties damaged it seems to fall on deaf ears every time I walk I pick up nails in the street Landscaping does a poor job taking care of the neighborhood many dead plants and when asked never address.

The buying experience was bad as we were hurried to sign the contract and there were lot of things we got misled by the sales team. The contract said serpent blue color in wordings but the color pallet was different. management said it's mistyped. Sales agent mentioned that we will get wifi/ connected switches and later found out it wasn't installed and they said they found out later that it's an option and not standard. Hello! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Tracey R. during the process of buying a home. She answered all my questions, very easy to work with, and was always available for anything I needed. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of purchasing my home. Don’t get me wrong, I love my house but there are so many issues around the house. The walls have a lot of scratches, paint all over the window frame, ceilings look like a train marks all over it (it’s so bad). Truly lazy work from the builders, I have no idea how anyone can sign off to my house being complete. I understand it’s my fault and should not have moved into the house until it was in great standing for a new home but I couldn’t delay the process of moving in. I recommend to stay away from K. Had worst home closing experience for my property I had purchased in Virginia. Hand off and co-ordination was a total chaos, disorganized experience. Encountered Construction issues and it took weeks to bring it to closure. Poor management oversight and ensuring quality of the construction and warranty resolution. My advice to the management is Customer service can be lot better and closely monitor construction issue resolution.

Louis and are general Forman were spot on. Final walk through went well and a few of the items or concerns we had been handled professionally and taken care of. Fantastic buying experience at a time when emotions can run high.

I don't understand how K. Hov managed to build such a terrible house. I have the serious issues that should never come up in a brand new 1M home. Everything is falling apart. The lights flicker.. the shower body is cracked. Exterior bricks are falling off. Subfloors creek terribly. Dryer makes a terrible noise. Cracks are appearing all over the house. All my neighbors have the same feeling as we all feel like KHov really scammed us. I really hope KHov manages to address these issues in a professional manner as I’m considering hiring a home inspector and filing a lawsuit.

I recently purchased a newly built home I am extremely pleased with my decision. The home is beautifully designed however the finishes are cheap and attention to the details was not done properly. As a result, I have many issues relating to my purchase and frustrations to go with it. The layout of the home is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, with spacious rooms, modern finishes, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen and bathrooms are particularly impressive, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures. The buying process was straightforward. The Mortgage was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, making sure all my questions were answered and any concerns were addressed promptly. They provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Working with KHOV Mortgage was very pleasant and they are very helpful

The buying experience had mostly 5 star components along with a couple sub-par elements. Erika and Amy from Sales have been very helpful, even after the sale they continue to provide support. Tyson and Scott in Construction have been responsive and Alyssa in Customer Support is my best resource for getting issues resolved. Overall quality is typical for spec home ("fast") builders, highlighted by the design and energy efficiency features and degraded by corporate decisions that may make sense from KHOV's financial perspective but can leave lasting issues with the homeowner. Despite the few areas with issues, I love the house and greatly appreciate the value received for the price paid. Good job KHOV! ... More

Good experience dealing with KHov builder and then KHov Mortgage. Made the process much easier.

My experience was great. From touring the location It was a positive experience. I found the staff to be kind and attentive to my needs. I've purchased a few homes in the past and the staff by far was the most knowledgeable and accommodating.

Builder should include window sills as part of the build. Unreasonable to have no sills and flat painted surfaces. How would you clean? What if water got on it? Houses are built too close together. Barely enough room to get a lawnmower between the house and the rock wall separating the property line.

The sales and PM on our home were great to work with. Both provided feedback in a timely manner. Our walk thru of the house was never rushed and very detailed. Even after several months in the house, the K Hov team remains friendly and attentive.

We are very pleased with the purchase of our new home. KHOV was professional and knowledgeable every step of the way.
