Having Khov is amazing! Jason was so helpful and made our first time purchase so easy. I got weekly updates from him and he made this experience like a dream! Our home is beautiful, and I would recommend Khov to any and everyone who wants purchasing their home to be stress free!!!

My home buying process couldn’t have been better! From start to finish every Khov representative I had contact with was amazing ! Kisha provided me great customer service from start to finish and kept me updated the entire time of the building process. The loan officer Galina and Dianne was amazing! They made sure closing day was a breeze for me! I am so happy I choose a Khov home! The quality of the build is phenomenal!

I fell in love with the sales model home and the community the first time I visited Harbors Edge at Bayside. The Khovnanian sales and construction staff have been outstanding to work with as I made my decision to buy there and during the construction, settlement and move-in phase. My sales rep, Tracy,, worked closely with me from my first visit, thru closing—answering all my questions, sending me pertinent information, reaching out periodically, sending me photos of the various stages of construction (a feature I really valued), and even after I went to settlement and moved in has continued to keep in touch to help me—answering questions, giving me information and recommendations. And the construction staff has been great, especially Joe, who conducted my walk-thrus and continues to come by periodically to see if I have any problems and makes sure any issues are resolved. I especially appreciated the walk-thrus so I could see the various stages during construction. I love the house and the community. Becky, Blue and team were very responsive to my questions and concerns. They genuinely cared about every aspect of the process as though it was their home. This was very much appreciated by my family and I as we purchased during a pandemic!

Received great service when trying to find a home and also after we closed for a few issues we had.

Overall experience was awesome. It was above and beyond of our expectations as first time Home Buyers. So Grateful for everything as the end result is exactly what our Dream House was. Awesome experience going through the home buying process. Everything went smoothly even with supply issues. Every week we received a update on what was being worked on at the home. The house looks amazing and greatly appreciate all the hard work that was put into it. Buying the home was great.

Alison and Marcus were fantastic to deal with throughout the process.. Even when they were off and I would message questions I always got an response same day.. They stand by the work that they do and that is amazing.. My son and I are in love with the house... I am sure I am forgetting names here but everyone was fantastic.. Highly Recommend...

The sales staff was honest and helpful. I was always up to date on issues and production. The service staff, Logan, Joe and Kenny went out of their way to ensure we were heard and worked with us to resolve our issues at closing and after we took possession of the property.

Overall was a great and very smooth process!!

I don’t know how Gilbert, my sales consultant, and Mikey, the construction manager, could have made my experience of buying a newly built home any better. As a first time homebuyer I could not have been happier with the service I received by everyone I interacted with during the whole experience.

I appreciated the weekly updates and pictures from the builder. The sales rep in the office was also very receptive anytime we came to go see the model again. Finally, the mortgage team worked tremendously to get us closed on time.

The house buying process was smooth and easy from the beginning. Damaris was very helpful and knowledgeable. The building quality seems to be excellent, the construction manager Maurizio is outstanding, always on time, friendly, professional, he really knows what he's doing! K. Hovnanian was the right choice for us and I hope I don't need to change my review in the future (but I don't think so...)

My wife and I love our home. We’re very thankful for James, the site lead. He’s been very helpful and attentive to any of the questions or needs we might need regarding the home.

We only have good things to say about our experience with K. Hovnanian. The entire process went very smooth, from browsing the model units, checking the progress of the construction, to buying our townhouse. We are very happy in our new home. Workmanship and materials are of high quality. Kudos to Jack and James for their expertise and responsiveness. They were awesome and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

The process of buying a new build home can be long and arduous, but the folks at K Hov were there every step of the way to answer questions and keep me updated. Mike #1 and Shane in the sales office were so great to deal with, and project manager Alan kept things on track and provided weekly progress updates. My walk through with Mike #2 was so informative and I know that I can reach out at any time if I need anything. Great experience so far!!
