The sale office was great throughout the process. We were able to have a frame walk walkthrough and the team who helps and assists with any issues after is just as good. The quality of the KHOV homes and experience we had I would definitely recommend them again. Communicate is good and so is the follow through.

Things took a little longer than hoped due to supply issues and turnover, but Kristina kept us in the loop the whole way. The home is perfect... Zero complaints!

My builder was efficient and always prompt with responses. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Communication has been open and professional from the beginning to closing and even after that. Issues come up with new builts and every issue was acknowledged, discussed, and solved. Every email and call were answered in timely manner. Issues need time to get resolved but we got feedback in every detail, with updates and timelines( that changed a lot and we were told about it). Excellent customer service, from sales person to builder and warranty personnell. I would recommend Khov.
