We were a couple hours from the site so the E-Mail was a big advantage . The job super was always responsive and we let him do his job . During a planed site visit we could see the organized progress and job site cleanliness and we did not come back until competion .

Terrible Experience with Salesman & Finance Manager

Overall everything has been okay, the sales process was pretty great and we were informed about everything along the way. My main concern is that we had a walkthrough and while we noticed a lot of cosmetic things to be addressed, after signing off, there were a lot of things that were missed because you would need to be living in the home. One thing that bothers me is that the day after we moved in, I noticed that a vehicle (most likely a workers backing into our driveway as a turn around) hit our garage door and dented the bottom of it. The builder said that since we signed off they wouldn't fix it. Also I noticed a lot of scratches on windows in the home that you wouldn't notice unless you were right up against it and the light shining just right. I was told that those too would not be fixed. Also noticed that the lights in the master bathroom are not evenly placed above the vanities so they are all at different heights. I just think the quality of the workmanship could of been better and the builder should of offered to at least fix the windows and garage. ... More

Frustrating small details we didn’t see: Kitchen cabinets not screwed correctly, missing gaps in sealing seams by staircase and bathroom doors, and the door knobs are falling off the upstairs doors. The design and construction are outstanding. Excellent safety features and beautiful small details.

The team was helpful during the early stages, and communication was generally prompt. However, there were some concerns regarding the finish and detailing in certain areas, particularly in the bathrooms. The quality of work and the bathroom floor plans and options did not meet my expectations, with some of the detailing appearing inaccurate or incomplete. Additionally, even though we signed the agreement knowing the plan and options, the paid amount does not seem to match the options provided. After adding $100K in upgrades, the house still doesn’t reflect the luxury look we were aiming for. Cabinets in bathrooms, kitchen are not a good quality materials used. garage doors are also not a great quality. I believe improvements could be made in quality control, attention to detail, and ensuring that the final result matches the investment. I hope these issues can be addressed for future projects, as the team has the potential to deliver a more satisfying experience.” Few options like shower area lights in bathrooms should not be an option to be chosen by the buyer! Furthermore, even after paying millions for the home, we are left with additional work to complete, such as painting in the garage and addressing the landscaping. The front trees, for example, are quite spiky and not what we envisioned. Additionally, we opted for a finished basement, but only half of the area was completed. Be warned: While the purchasing and financing experience was excellent and we are thankful to our sales representative heather, the build process and the final product have been disappointing. Our new home construction was completed in June, and it is now October, yet there are ongoing issues that remain unresolved. Don’t get me wrong—overall, this is a beautiful home. However, given the reputation of the builder and the expectation of higher quality, this just doesn’t meet the mark. Since we’ve moved in, we have been dealing with an ongoing electrical issue that has not been addressed, and our concerns about the quality of the home’s finish have not been heard. There were numerous paint deficiencies and other problems that should have been caught during Quality Control before the home was ever released for sale. My advice to anyone considering a home from this builder is to ensure that you have several third-party inspectors thoroughly check the home and verify that everything is up to standard before you purchase. This builder has not lived up to the expectations set by their name or their guarantee of producing 100% customer satisfaction and the highest-quality product, as stated on their website. Our warranty specialist has addressed most concerns, which has been helpful, but not all issues have been resolved. Living in a home with problems affecting one of its major systems is unacceptable, especially given the price point of over half a million dollars. We made the mistake of not being thorough enough when checking the home prior to closing, even with issues that were identified during our third-party inspection. We are now finding out that despite being assured these issues would be resolved, they were not. This undermines the credibility and trust we had in this process and this company. I would advise always doing your own checks, no matter how professional or friendly the staff may seem. Their primary interest is in selling the home and absolving themselves of responsibility. The fact that so many details were overlooked is concerning and makes me wonder what issues we might face in the future when the home is no longer under warranty. ... More

Design team is so outdated ! I feel the house model is from 1980s and no update in designs. Definetely overpriced for these outdated designs.

Many issues with this new home. Electrical issues, craftmanship, you can tell the home build is rushed and no pride is taken by the people completing these homes. Baseboards not pained completly , tile on the floor cut to short and filled with grout. Stucco on house cracked. Perimeter fence very poor quality, exposed nails all over, split boards or boards not even nailed down in places.

The process from start to finish was educational. Picking out what features we wanted was fun. The end results were beautiful.

Khovanian was amazing, the sales office staff, financing, closing, and warranty have just been great from day 1.

My husband and I moved into our newly built home this year and we’re beyond pleased with the work that was done. We want to give Scott, Ashley and our wonderful realtor Sabrina a huge shout out for making sure the end result was exactly what we envisioned. We have no problem with the first person assigned to us about bringing up what needs to be fixed/touch up in our new home,he was very responsive even on a weekend but khov change the person that who should he assisting us with our house concerns,the replacement is no lt as responsive as our first guy to the point that my WO expires and have to do it again and again due to scheduling,I did my best to tell him that my work schedule variea and communicating with him my my availabilty was.Still no fix,now Infound more things that needs to get fix and Ill open ticket again until this gets done

Overall, we’ve had a great experience through the initial home viewing to purchasing and now moved in. The quality is good and responses to a few issues have been timely with things being taken care of.

A lot of loose concrete blocks left around the house. I picked up big chunks of concrete right under shrubs, and on the edge between SOD and house walls. How much concrete has been left by this builder under the sod in the whole area???!!! Is it hazard? Is loose concrete preventing the soil of absorbing the rain water? This is bad experience.

There is too muc turn over and issues are not resolved. There were short cuts made and many mistakes. The garage door has never been fixed. Orlando and so many other good people quit because they were overworked and underpaid. The buyers all suffer as a result.
