Everyone's friendliness and knowledge made my experience gteat

What a great experience every step of the way. The sales team, the build team and the warranty team have been above and beyond. They all communicate extremely well individually and as a team. This was my first time building a home and we couldn't have asked for a better team or experience.

From the day I walked into the sales center to the day I closed on my home, it was an smooth process. When I had questions or wanted something changed it was done in a timely manner.

Great homes can't beat it at all!

An Easy home building experience

Issues were always addressed quickly and the builder was always super responsive. It was incredibly easy home buying process and I have no issues with the quality of the work.

KHOV was great to work with. Construction Manager Jeff & Lacey in sales did a great job keeping us up to date with every process. Answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would recommend a new home build with KHOV to anybody!

The design gallery and build meetings allowed us to see our dream home come together step-by-step. We received regular and consistent updates regarding the build of our home and communication was always prompt and timely if changes needed to be made. If any issues arose during the construction process, we were informed right away. The construction materials and systems used to build our home are of superior quality, and we are very happy in our new home!

The entire process start to finish was made easy by K Hov. They worked with us each step of the way and kept their promises on delivery date. They were even able to get us in 2 weeks ahead of schedule to accommodate our request after selling our house and having to be out earlier than expected. We love our new home and couldn't be happier. Bob, Kayla and Monica were great to work with and very responsive to all our questions and requests.
