Easy to work with builder and the office people is helpful

Shane and Ben were extremely helpful during the entire process. Shane spent time with us before we went to the design center, which made us feel prepared to make our selection while keeping us within our budget! Ben updated us every week with pictures and kept us inform even though we did not live in Phoenix at the time. We have had such an amazing experience! Had a great experience buying our second home from khov.

For 13 yrs, I worked for a homebuilder that also had their own mortgage company so this whole experience was pretty familiar. This time however I was the customer, not the loan processor !!

We love our new home. Working with Adam Murawski made this process a breeze. Quick responses to my questions and constant updates were extremely helpful. Couldn’t be happier.

Meeting Ms. Dodie was a pleasure. She is very pleasant and welcoming. Meeting Mr. Robert, was also pleasant. Robert is a good listener. And he answered the questions I had regarding the Construction. Mr. Chris explained the warranty throughout the walkthrough. He also let me know, to contact him if I had more questions, in the future. Overall my experience in purchasing my home has been a great delight.

Overall Good experience with the Rep Ashley when looking at homes, answered questions truthfully, did not treat anything different about our visits. Always willing to go beyond her duty. The construction Rep Jesse has been great very responsive to any issues that occurred after purchasing the home. Great communication overall.

Build and purchase process went without any major issues. The quality of the house is great.

The builder provided options where I could move in with minimal friction. Such as blinds, refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc.

We purchased a model home that was built 2 years ago. The structure usually starts showing some cracks in 2 years, but this house was as good as it was just constructed. That shows the quality of the construction Khovnanian offers. The entire staff right from the sales agent Heba to the warranty folks who did a walkthrough of the house were extremely helpful and patient. Being first how owners we had a lot of questions and were very anxious but Heba made the whole process extremely smooth for us. She was always available to help us with anything we needed.
