Had a great experience buying our second home from khov.

For 13 yrs, I worked for a homebuilder that also had their own mortgage company so this whole experience was pretty familiar. This time however I was the customer, not the loan processor !!

We love our new home. Working with Adam Murawski made this process a breeze. Quick responses to my questions and constant updates were extremely helpful. Couldn’t be happier.

Meeting Ms. Dodie was a pleasure. She is very pleasant and welcoming. Meeting Mr. Robert, was also pleasant. Robert is a good listener. And he answered the questions I had regarding the Construction. Mr. Chris explained the warranty throughout the walkthrough. He also let me know, to contact him if I had more questions, in the future. Overall my experience in purchasing my home has been a great delight.

Overall Good experience with the Rep Ashley when looking at homes, answered questions truthfully, did not treat anything different about our visits. Always willing to go beyond her duty. The construction Rep Jesse has been great very responsive to any issues that occurred after purchasing the home. Great communication overall.

Build and purchase process went without any major issues. The quality of the house is great.

The builder provided options where I could move in with minimal friction. Such as blinds, refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc.

We purchased a model home that was built 2 years ago. The structure usually starts showing some cracks in 2 years, but this house was as good as it was just constructed. That shows the quality of the construction Khovnanian offers. The entire staff right from the sales agent Heba to the warranty folks who did a walkthrough of the house were extremely helpful and patient. Being first how owners we had a lot of questions and were very anxious but Heba made the whole process extremely smooth for us. She was always available to help us with anything we needed. As an overall experience K-Hovnanian homes is extremely trustworthy. I have built many commercial projects and this home was one of the most reliable builder I have worked with. The construction supervisor did what he said he would and the company handled a major issue with a retaining wall without question. The house is tight and very comfortable.

We had a great experience dealing with our KHOV sales rep Joey. He answered all of our many questions quickly and kindly. We also really liked our builder Matt G. who went above and beyond in answering questions, providing information on our home, and solving any and all minor construction issues. Joey and Matt provided amazing customer service to our family.

This was an amazing experience. The seller for K-hovnanian-homes was exceptional and cared for our wants and needs, as well as the contractor supervisor.

Overall, the builder and home buying experience was great. We hit some snags due to the pandemic, but we made it through and I'm home! I have only had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. An awesome team on the ground here. Many thanks for creating my beautiful forever home!

Good and safe place five star

This is my 5th time dealing with Khov . The staff is absolutely amazing. Shea Sparky Mariana from Khov Orlando are amazing people. You can close your eyes and do business with them all day long.

Through all the different facets of building, KHov has been the greatest! Everyone I have worked with in their different expertise, has been caring, listened to my needs & took care of the situation. And, they did it with a "smile!" I love my new home.

Great team from sales person to the actual people building the house. Would definitely buy another K Hov house again. Top Notch work done around the house

Diana was amazing. From day one she took time to make sure our family were taken care of and maintained perfect communication on home updates. Josh was super friendly and the communication was perfect during final walk through. Matt was detailed and noticed things we didn’t during the frame walk through. He explained what each thing was and made it happen if it was missing. Over all experience was a 10/10

They were always present during the experience. The quality is great and the people were very helpful throughout the process. They finished the home exactly when they said they would.
