The home buying process was easy and everyone was very thorough. From the sales office to the design center, everyone my wife and I came in contact with was thorough, which made the overall experience pleasant. Well built, spacious home with plenty of storage. Don't overlook builder K. Hovnanian if you're in the market for a good quality home. You will be satisfied.

Happy with the whole process. Sales agent was not pushy and answered all our questions. Our project manager communicated weekly on progress of build; on what was done for the week and what would be done in the coming week.

My kitchen island is spectacular and the focal point of my home! Carmel was a great sales agent and helped me choose options for my home that fit my budget. Both Pia and Ann at the design center were super patient with me. I put my money in my kitchen and really needed guidance with some choices. I was lucky enough to be the first person to choose new standard flooring that was just released on the other two levels of my home.
