We love our home and our neighborhood.

Overall great experience with the purchase of my home. I would expect a home at this price point to have automatic garage door opener and sprinkler system to be standard. Other that that I’m extremely satisfied

the first time we walked into the model home to the final walk through we were treated like we were the top priority. Everything was laid out in steps and followed. Issues were brought up right away and discussed no surprises. For the past year with all the shipping delays and product shortages we were kept in the loop at every point. We really liked the community. The multi generational house was a grate asset to us being that my mother in law had recently moved in with us. We were also very pleased with Dodie, Chris and last but definitely not least Robert. They are all very attentive and always willing to help in anything we need.

From the beginning the interaction in the sales office was extremely pleasant. And then with the building process the communication was non stop and the information was always accurate. They paid attention to details during the construction and even change things that didn’t met their standards. Just and excellent experience all around.
