I love my home for a great price. Our construction supervisor has been beyond helpful & responsive. I'm so happy that we chose K. Hovnanian Homes.

Scott was very responsive and helpful to the homebuying process. Kept us well-informed with all of the COVID-induced challenges to getting the home ready, and has come by after we moved in as well to check in.

Communication with us was great each step of the way. Was not originally planning to build new but very glad we did. Would recommend Khov to friends and family.

The process was so smooth. There were delays in the construction but the communication was always present.

My experience was overall great. There were a few times when material was delayed or no longer available due to being out of stock but Mike, my sales rep, kept me informed and made sure things continued with finding other options. Beau, who initially managed my construction, had moved to a different neighborhood, but Jacob eventually took over and saw it to then end making sure the schedule was followed as much as possible. Everybody worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with my home.

Tiffany and Heba in the office helped make my home buying experience a lot easier. The process itself can be stressful but they are AMAZING! Tiffany was there through the entire process and honestly was the reason I decided on K. Hovnanian as I was also considering a KB home. Customer service has been top notch.

There were no delays and we closed early. They answered our concerns and provided excellent customer service.

I hear so many problems with new builds: shoddy construction, cheap materials, poor customer service, and awful service after you close. I experienced ZERO of these issues with KHovnanian. The company’s sales agent was wonderful. The on-site project manager was thorough and patiently answered ALL of my questions, which were many! I received a great interest rate through the builder’s mortgage company and closing took less than 20 minutes, because documents were shared in advance. The only challenge I experienced had nothing to do with KHov. The Dallas area (actually Texas) experienced a 100 freeze in February 2021 that delayed closing by 1 month. Otherwise, smooth process. Khov is professionally managed company and I feel lot safer to buy home with khov than many others. It feels sad to see how builders delay construction for ever. Current home was a remote purchase and visited only for final walk and closing and they took care of everything very well and I am happy to be khov family.

Buying a home without seeing it and being 1000 miles away was tough. But FeliCa, Kevin and Monica went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. FeliCa made sure to keep in contact with updates all the time Kevin handled the pressure of me pushing to get it done early and texting pictures every once in awhile to show great progress.

We had a wonderful experience! They really walk you through the process, and take the time to provide quality service. The homes are gorgeous, and great value for what you get in return.

The entire process from booking to closing was very smooth and I am satisfied with the quality of constructions. Overall satisfied and would recommend others to buy homes from this builder.

Upgraded A/C system has 3 separate controllable zones, allows us to set temperatures to suit the usage of different living areas . For the cost it offers great value for money. The site superintendent was very knowledgeable and answered all questions really well.

Our experience with K. Hov has been fantastic. Our home design "Serenity" has efficient use of space and is extremely functional for a single family. Our build team is fantastic, specifically the build manager, Sean. We built during COVID-19 and had significant delays like every industry did, but Sean kept us in the loop and was always up front and very responsive if we had questions or concerns.

Wonderful experience all the way around. We love our home . Better than we envisioned and hoped for. And the process was full of great communication from start till this very day. Highly highly recommend

As background, I have moved around the country a few times and have worked with a few builders previously and so I have some perspective on the level of service and expertise generally provided. That being said, I would like to take the time to point out the exceptional service that the entire K Hov team has provided. The level of care and attention to detail he provided is truly exceptional. Considering all of the difficulties associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, strained supply chains, and crazy weather in the Houston area I would have expected some unavoidable deficits in service. To my great surprise, this was not only not the case but the experience K Hov provided far outpaces any previous experiences I have had. Starting with meeting the buyer representative to the pre-construction meeting, throughout the entire process to cloising, the buyer rep, foreman, and finance team were knowledgeable, professional, and highly detailed. They remained in contact with us throughout the home building process and took the time to go into detail about every aspect of construction, home care in the Houston environment, and thoroughly explained the warranty coverage. We had a high degree of confidence that when the team said something was being done, we simply knew it was being handled. We truly felt that the K Hov team exercised the same level of care in building a home for my family as he would have if building his own home. What stood out the most through the building process was Diana's assistance in explaining construction terminology and answering routine questions. I am very grateful for her continued assistance.

Great experience purchasing in Creekside Preserve. Susan was extremely helpful answering questions throughout the process. Ashley and Jody were very patient with us as we made our selections in the design center. Bob has been a great construction manager to work with. He was very responsive towards items we felt needed to be addressed and understood our expectations for quality work. Overall wonderful experience.

We feel very satisfied for the entire process. The sales people and the project manager are very nice and very helpful. The house is high quality and value. It is good price for retired people like us with the good quality. We checked the job site and communicate with the builder's team frequently. The project manager is very nice and patient. He helped us to solve the problem quickly. Our house roof is very tall. We were worried about some problem and made appointment with the regional manager.
