Good location, I like it.

Happy with overall experience, no complaints.

It was a great experience working with Larissa very helpful. Also the guy that was in charge for the construction very dedicated about his work to keep everything looking perfect.

David R. is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He takes pride in his work and is always ready to assist with anything our house might require.

Our sales person and construction manager were great, made the process so much more enjoyable. I was impressed with the quality of materials and construction methods used.

Our sales agent, mortgage representative, and construction foreman were patient walking us through each step of the purchase, selection of options, financing and construction. We received weekly updates as the construction progressed.

One criticism that I feel should be mentioned is the quality of the interior paint used. We elected to upgrade to a color choice. Unfortunately, there was no opportunity to upgrade quality and therefore the flat finish on the paint was not what we would have liked. I would suggest that the option to choose a paint color also be accompanied by an option to upgrade the paint quality.

Build with perfection I love my home

First of all the house was absolutely beautiful. Chylle, my sales guy, and Clay, the construction manager, were both absolutely fantastic to work with the entire process. I wish I could say the same about the chaos and deception of their mortgage side of things, but I won’t let that get in the way of an otherwise outstanding experience. Get your own outside mortgage company and avoid all the last minute games. Beautiful home and beautiful neighborhood!

When we first met Michael, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Joe would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Joe also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. When speaking to individuals about the home buying process it gave me anxiety UNTIL I found KHovnanian homes. Helen, my sales woman, was the absolute best in walking me through the process and keeping me updated on the progress of my home. TJ, my foreman, made me feel welcomed each and every day that I stopped by to see the home and enjoy the different phases of the build. Addie and Milette, my financing dream team made the paperwork absolutely painless and Destiny helped me design the home of my dreams. ALL of them together truly are amazing and ensured that not only was I satisfied but comfortable with the home and the process. Our home is beautiful. I love how energy efficient it is with the double paned windows and solid frame. They put us at ease through the entire process. I had such a great experience that I even recommended K. Hovnanian to my brother.

With COVID bearing down, and with a massive change in the AZ housing market, K Hov gave me confidence in my purchase and kept in contact throughout the entire time. I appreciate the sales rep and contractors so much. They are wonderful and I’m so happy with my entire experience.

Knowledgeable on site building supervisor who cared about quality, time schedule and client concerns.

The process was really easy and all questions were answered as soon as possible. One issue came up with electrical when we moved in, someone was there the next day to fix it. We love our new home!
