Having worked with other builders around the valley I would say K Hovnanian far surpassed the rest. They were extremely professional. I would buy from them again.

From our sales to our warranty service, KHovnanian so far has been great to us. Heather made our decision process and everything in-between a great experience. Honestly, we wanted a different type of design from other builders, but because they lacked customer service, we went back Calloway Trails because of her. Starting with Keith then to Andrew, these project managers/superintendents managed our build and our communication (requests and more) great. Everyone was so helpful and especially Paula was amazing in every step and process very professional and caring would definitely recommend someone who wants to buy a home here .

Paul and Karen at Khov went out of the way to fulfill my needs/requests. Especially, Paul, the builder who consistently went out of the way to facilitate my questions and answered in a timely fashion. Not only that, he did certain addition based on my needs. He was always available to answer my questions and went over and beyond, to measure my backyard for sod install. If I were to build another house, I will go with Karen, Paul, and KHov; this is the best team to work with and they are very understanding of customer's needs.

Since the first moment we stepped into the sales office to inquire about the homes we were treated great, once we decided to go ahead and apply we felt everyone was on board with us and the fact that we could do everything online was the best, but, even by doing everything online, we got support and got all my questions answered in a timely manner. Robert the builder is always available friendly and took his time to explain the process and what was being done in the home. Even after living here a month we reached out to him and he is still as friendly and helpful as he was before buying our home. Overall great experience!

Very professional and very knowledgeable.

They truly go above and beyond to make sure the building process was fun, smooth and exciting. Although there were delays that were out of their control they still managed to make sure we were taken care of and always in the loop. Our house is beautiful and we couldn't be more happy with the finished product!

Our home buying experience was very smooth with KHOV . Jared was great with explaining everything to us since it was our first home buying experience. Mike did a great job providing updates on the build and even checked in on us after we had moved in. Galina and Diane were in charge of processing our loan since we used KHOV lender, they both were in constant contact with us to assure we had no issues at our closing date. Warranty department is quick to reply to our requests and assist with any minor issues we have had. We are very happy with our beautiful home.

Anytime I had questions or concerns, Terence, Adrian, and Kevin were quick to respond and address any issues. Great experience!

The entire process was made crystal clear - no surprises. We could view progress and schedule a walk-through of the home easily. Our project manager was always accessible and available to answer any questions.

The entire experience was great. Kristina was there from the beginning and helped with all the decisions and even in initiating the financial portions. I couldn’t have done it without her and Thad made himself available and did a stellar job on the house. I love everything and am thankful for KHov for helping us get into our forever home :)

KHov was absolutely amazing with helping me become a first time home buyer. They always sent me pictures and updates on a weekly bases and if there were any issues, they were right on it, making sure that they were taking care of me.. My home is beautiful and love the neighborhood. Kristina was incredible and absolutely amazing with helping me put my home together.
