The K Hov team is a great team to work with!

Pros: responsiveness of KHov staff, from seller/agent to builder to mortgage officers. Cons: unexpected delays due to weather and pandemic.

The Sales and Construction team was professional and responsive through the whole build process. They were very helpful and aligned with our needs perfectly.

Linda, is very easy to work with a true professional. Made the proccess real easy.

Even the standard home features were very nice! A pleasure to work with throughout the whole process.

From beginning to end, what an exciting experience and the final result is our new home is Immaculate!

Some of our lights have already gone out. So just make sure they are always off if not being used.

Great Company overall, would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

I must first off give Michelle J her due, she made this experience very smooth. Initially I was not intending to buy a home so soon but she convinced me when I came for a community visit and I was glad that I did. I am impressed with the community, the quality of material and the options that were available. I initially had issues with contacting the builder but Michelle was always there to help. The little things like that are what made this experience an enjoyable one . I am so impressed that I am even deciding to buy a second home from Khov. In the dfw area, only a handful of builders can maintain the attention to details and quality like they do. Areas of improvement, would be after sales care, an information booklet like how do I contact my HOA etc... I felt the sales part was awesome but after care service...Not so much. Would I buy from them again... Yes... I just said that above ... More

A good experience with K Hov

Our sales person Elizabeth, was the best. She answered all our questions when needed. Whether it was by phone, email, or text. She always answered. She was always sending us updates about the build. These updates were videos and photos of the build. She made the process very easy and stress free. I would highly recommend a K Hov home to friends and family.

Extremely quick responses and any issues were resolved very quickly. Always very professional, kind, and helpful. Pleasant home buying experience all and all.

The service that I received from Scott and his team was outstanding! Scott answered all of my questions, helped me address any concerns that I had and still continues to direct me if I have any questions. I feel like I can rely on Scott as if he were my neighbor or friend. Viktor and Kyle assisted me as well. They were both informative, knowledgeable and helpful. Terrence and Adriane were awesome and had excellent customer focus. Whether we wanted to relocate a network/cable jack or there was an unexpected event they took great care of us. Would 10/10 buy a home from KHovnanian again.

The most important thing is Sales. Dennis was awesome! He was very professional and extremely thoughtful and helped me and answered every question I had. The entire team was just great! Brent was very knowledgeable and polite when he explained everything. Addie was so wonderful and helpful she made any nervousness I had about whole process just go away. I was very impressed in how they have assembled such an awesome team of professionals. If I move again I plan on having another Khov experience!!! They have definitely set the bar if I have to go to someone else.

Our second home from KHov in the same building. If we weren't happy we wouldn't have bought a second in three years. Shout to Bill and Stephen from Sales, they are on top of every little detail and made buying this home incredible. Bill also helped us with our first home and while things were a bit rocky during that initial closing b/c it was new construction, Bill was so thorough and on top of every aspect of our sale. Highly recommend.
