This is the first home that we have bought here and we feel that we made the right decision by choosing Khovnanian as our home builder. The process was transparent and seamless, right from initial buying, the design center experience, and the entire home building process. At every step, we were notified about the progress and also images being sent to see how things are progressing. Weekly / bi-weekly meetings with the construction manager helps us understand in detail and call out anything that needs attention. Special Mention to the construction Manager Dave, he has spent a good amount of time helping us understand different aspects of the house and giving us detailed walk-throughs. The final walk-through was one of the best! Nonetheless, Vicky - who helped us along the way right from the start until now. They were not just trying to sell us a house, they knew we were looking for a home, and they did all in their power to assist us in finding the right home for our family.
