Damaris our salesperson was very nice and responsive to our needs. Helpful all the way to closing. Mauricio our building manager and his team were very professional and skilled. They went out of their way to help with all the little details. The house is rock solid w no issues.

We looked at several homes in the Scottsdale area and found the right size and atmosphere at KHov. It was a pleasant surprise since KHov was not even at the top of our list. From the sales consultants where it all started and paved the way for us to like, love and purchase our home, to the people who constructed our home, to the maintenance, to Khov Mortgage lender, we are very pleased. What I would advise homebuyers is to really visit the sites. That makes a lot of difference. I love that the shops and amenities are walking distance from my home. It allows me to have a nice walk and get everything done close by. Construction is still going on with some houses, and most if not all of us residents with dogs hope that the dog park will soon be equipped with more grass for our furry family. Other than that, we have been so happy with our purchase. I would certainly recommend KHov. Our entire experience from starting to look to now 3 months in our new home has been awesome. The sales process, design center selecting, and closing were painless and quick. We've had a few minor items that needed attention after move in; emailed warranty and trades were out the next day making everything right. Overall we are very happy with our new home purchase.

Overall it was a great experience, now that I have been here a couple of months I worry about a couple of small things I thought were insignificant in the beginning. My smoke detectors were bad, I have pulled them down but am not not protected. My fence is flimsy and I don’t feel It’s safe for my dog, I have to build it up. and last I have a sticking pantry door. All minor things but know it will concern me or cause issues in future.

I had bought a home in Scottsdale heights phase with good experience. The decided to purchase another home in phase 2. Great disappointment this time around with quality workmanship of tiling, drywall, painting, all sloppy work!!! Yes, of course warranty department stepped in, however, consumed much of my time for miscellaneous vendors to come to do repairs. Plus we have to fight for the repairs, because their vendors including tile, drywall, stucco, noisy a/c unit, kitchen cabinets, and endless list of repairs…they all seem to have one statement the quality is within normal. That Normal is Very Low and Sad standards. This time we don’t feel warranty department really looking out for us. ... More

I am genuinely happy with my K Hov experience. The employees from start to finish were honest and motivated to give me the best experience possible. Giving detailed responses and being happy to answer any and every question that I had. K Hov motivates their employees to give good customer service because their incentive structure is based upon their customer reviews. I can truly say that this incentive structure resulted in the best possible experience for myself. Extremely grateful for being able to have a K Hov home.

be careful with walk through

The overall process was very streamlined compared to other builders we’ve worked with. From the Sales Team to the mortgage group, the options coordinators and project construction managers each made the success of the process effortless.

I found we were oversold the home, were made promises that were not kept, and had to continually watch every development in the home as builders cut corners, didn’t finish elements, etc. there was next to zero project management, incredibly poor communication and poor workmanship. One of the worst experiences I have had in my adult life.

Both Alan & Ron are absolutely first rate in customer service! Both are exceedingly warm & personable! They're very knowledgeable in their respective fields, and provided prompt attention to our needs, wants & questions. 5 + stars to each of them!

Make sure items that need attention are attended to before closing.

We are satisfied with our new home. Being first buyers, everyone help us to have a pleasant experience. We definitely recommend KHovnanian to ours friends and family

The designs of the houses are beautiful, however the construction aspect is not what I had expected. They will tell you that the wall texture is considered an "upgrade" to have the flat walls because it shows all the inpuriries, when all it is is sloppy drywall work! The tile floors are uneven and I have holes in the grout theoughout the house. The building material are not what I expected either... the cabinet doors are very thin and flimsy as well as the sliding glass door. The overall workmanship is poor and just sloppy. I am very disappointed! After talking to my neighbors we all have termites and I hope I don't have some of the other issues they have experienced! ... More

The building process took 16 months . The paint on the inside is a joke . The riser on the inside steps are buckling and the paint is pealling off .

Most of what we did to buy this property was done remotely.. we relocated from Connecticut this past summer. Every effort was made to keep us informed of progress in construction by Monica. She sent us regular updates via text. Jim and Reese have been very responsive to our post construction needs. Communication with the mortgage company was somewhat lacking at times and documents were requested at the last minute. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you K HOVNANIAN.

Buying a new home is always stressful but it can be good if you are in the right neighborhood. The project managers here are very helpful and timely in their response. There are a lot of things to be concerned about while spending your money and there will be differences of opinion and perspective but this neighborhood and developer are working to give you the best they can. We have had an overall positive experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend putting your family in a home here. Thank you to everyone involved and we look forward to getting more great neighbors.

Lots of promises from builder that never get delivered. Tired of calling on a weekly basis to ask for what we paid for - they do respond and are very nice on the phone but nothing seems to get done in a timely matter if at all. We are just getting very tired of all the calls I need to make and have someone home for a delivery or service that should have been complete prior to us moving in. All we ask is give us what we paid for. Period.

I have been unable to get my air conditioning to work properly.been in touch with warranty dept .they have been really helpful .but also unable to get my air conditioning problem resolved.

Overall it was a great experience from day one to closing. I was impressed with the whole experience.

I had an issue with water break and couldn’t o cult home for 2-3 weeks this is all after 2 weeks of closing Expected khov to ribose me with reimbursement for having to extend my lease by two Months still Not even one phone call

After you buy new home from them they can not find contractors to fix a problem I had a very very bad experience with this when you face lots lots problems there builder use very cheep material and no good finishes work by no experience worker I feel like I get rob all work is crooked even house main entry door is crooked if you wana to know more just come to community to talk with people than you find out truth I wish owner this project to see this review and call me or come to talk to every house owner than he know what he done to us .

The process from viewing to closing went smooth. The things I asked for they provided. My only issue is the walls are thin and can't sleep in the room next to laundry room if washing machine is on. The appliances are extremely cheap and I'll be changing them soon.

The quality of the material very cheap. sales person and builder manager are very nice and friendly.
