I would never recommend this firm to anyone as they are the worst builder I have ever worked with.

Everyone that we worked with were excellent in their of expertise. It was a well planned process from start to finish!

We are very happy with our new home. Everyone from the sales team to mortgage team to the construction team, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I cam to K. Hovnanian after having to back out from another home builder and the attention to detail and support I received was 2nd to none. I have purchased several homes in the past and this by far was the best experience. Even after the close of our home the customer service has been phenomenal.

The homebuying experience was great. On-site staff excellent! Our construction manager kept us up to date on the build. All in all a terrific experience! We could not be happier with Tower Hill.

We loved the new home, everything went so smoothly for the loan application, the price for the property has good value.

This is the first time my self or my wife have purchased a BRAND new home. We have owned 2 other homes but these were ''as is'' purchases. There are pros & cons to both. I will first say that K Hovnanian has obviously done a lot of work & put a ton of thought into making this process go as smooth as possible. And for the most part that is what we experienced. I would suggest that KH help NEW home buyers understand there is a pretty big difference if they've never purchased a NEW home. We would have made different choices in upgrades had we had a clearer understanding. After al the choices were made and we signed on the bottom line ( shocklingly stressful) the build was great, the sales people (Don) were on it, sending pictures, updates, calling and they finished ahead of schedule! Love that part. Then came the 'punch list' close. They were VERY thorough, covered everything. We could'nt wait to get moved in. We come to close day and the punch list isnt finished...but we're closing! We still closed ...my suggestion don't close until you are 100% satisfied...otherwise they get so busy moving on to the build of other homes you get forgotten ( or at least it felt that way) It is simply to difficult to pull a tradesperson off a build to fix a door or paint some trim...I get it. But it has not been fun since we closed trying to schedule these things, having to miss work , wait all day for someone to show ( or not) or have the wrong tools and have to reschedule it! We've been in nearly 4 months and still have things that need fixin. But that is part of the NEW home purchase. We love it. KHov is really a great company. There's always room for improvement, right. In my company, it gets chaoticly busy at times and the simple small details get overlooked. happens . Glad we made the decision to move here and use KHOV , bottomline 9.5/ 10 ... More

From start to finish, the experience with this builder was horrible. I deeply regret building a home with this builder and will never recommend K. Hovnanian Homes to anyone.

Overall buying process was clean and straightforward. They have been very responsive to our questions and needs.

Carmel the sale consultant was great throughout the process and still will answer any question. she has excellent customer service skills.

WORKMANSHIP IN HOME, HAS MANY MANY DEFECTS, ISSUES ARE NOT BEING RESPONDED TOO, OVERPRICED FOR THE HOME

Good experience to buy home

Buying exp with KH was clean and easy. And the incentives was great. There r few thing they need to focus is the quality of accessories like door locks and the electric buttons.

The new construction house was okay. We had a lot of issues with our electrical system. We had to call several times. Our doorbell, microwave fuses will be short all the time.

people at customer service are very responsible. everything couldn't be better.

Waiting on my missing roof shinges to be put up. Interior issues also and no shower door.

We had a fantastic experience with Hovnanian, from start to finish! They were more than willing to work with us to get us into the right house at the right price. The finance piece was quite a bit less intrusive than we had expected, and the company was very good about fixing all the problems with the house before we moved in. Anthony, the construction supervisor, was particularly helpful and even found small problems to be corrected that we had missed. Overall, it was a very good experience and we would certainly buy from them again!

Basis your info I kept my car outside and there was concrete on it and now you guys say I kept in a public place. This is truly unprofessional

We absolutely love our new home! Ishmael and Susan were incredible to work with and the quality of home is great! Our builder, Ishmael, was super responsive and helped us so much! Great experience!

We have ants and small flying insects in our house. I believe they are coming in where the calking is insufficient and under the baseboards. I told Nate about this and he gave us one ant trap. The inside doors have spaces on either side of them where the light comes through. I was told this was the way the doors are made. We've never been in a house where there were spaces like this. At least two months ago we told Ram that we needed better weather stripping under our front door as the light shines through and insects can come through and in the winter the cold air will come in. Nothing was done about it so I again went to Service 123 @ Khov. Kevin agreed that it needed fixing and requested that a door man come to fix it. He was supposed to come over a week ago and to date has not come. Nor has he called. We also have a problem with the plumbing in the guest bathroom. There is not enough pressure in the shower so water comes out slowly. The hotter the water, the less pressure. A plumber came to check it and put in a new shower head. That did not make a difference and since he came the water in the bathroom sink has much less pressure. It used to work great before he came. ... More
