Awesome staff, everyone treats you kindly and it’s not fake. You can tell everyone loves their job and great with people. It’s nice to have a company that doesn’t stop caring for you after closing! Buying a house can be extremely stressful, but everyone I worked with at KHov made it seamless and exciting for me. I really enjoyed the process. I could have done without all the paperwork, lol. :) Huge shout out to Shauna, Mike, and Marcus at Cadence development for assisting me with all of my new homeowner questions and going out of their way to help me with any minor issues. I’m so happy in my new home and appreciate all the extra help I have received. Not sure what I’m gonna do when they are gone.

Had a minor issue with a warranty rep not creating a ticket and it not going to the right place, but the local warranty manager has been awesome! Overall, the house turned out as well, or better, than I hoped, and all the people involved in the process were fantastic.

Great experience. K Hov. Homes was especially helpful with setting up a non-traditional mortgage. Rose and Travis were very responsive throughout the process.

You can trust this builder and their team of professionals!!! During the whole process we felt connected to the builders and the team every step of the way!!! Wouldn't you like your builder to send pics of the new stuff going in on your house?! This builder DOES!!!! Wouldn't you want to talk to somceone right away if you had a question.....This sales office and builder team DOES!!!! WOW!!! was my experience!!!! Steve, Ben , Mike Shane, Bill......topnotch team deserves a shout out for sure!!!! This is the 7th house I've bought and by far the best experience!!!

David and Anthony represented the company extremely well. They both made the entire process for my wife and I exceptionally easy as first time home buyers. Their immediate responsiveness to any/all of our questions was fantastic. Also, very impressed with their knowledge and competency! We’ve already recommended buying in this neighborhood to two of our friends.

From start to finish the process of building our home with Khov has been fantastic. Working with Amy to start the process was great, she would always return any phone calls, and would answer any of questions that we would have. Kevin did a great job handling our mortgage, once again always would return emails/phone calla right away. He made the stressful part very enjoyable Greg Dave and Steve have been taking care of my home as if it was one of their own. Anytime i need anything the response rate is within a hour! We had an amazing experience with K. Hovnanian Homes, especially with the Construction Managers in particular. They were great to work with and very responsive. We really appreciate the weekly updates that included a detailed message as well as photos. The walk throughs during each stage of the process were very informative and the Construction Managers answered all of our questions. The quality and workmanship of the house is amazing! I would definitely recommend K. Hovnanian Homes to anyone looking for great home designs as well as a great experience!

Staff was great from the beginning. From the sales lady Kris, to Jodi in the design studio and Scott the construction manager. The quality of the materials and features stand out from other companies (yes we compared). Everything moved smoothly even in the middle of a pandemic. A few appliances were in back order but it’s understandable during Covid. Financing was organized and they were good at getting back to you in a timely manner if you had questions. Over all we had a great experience buying a home for the first time with Khov.

This experience has not let me down. Not only do we love our home, but the sales staff, Rick and Peter, and construction Mgr, Josh, have all gone above and beyond through our experience. Would highly recommend on all levels. The home is absolutely gorgeous and quality went in to the workmanship. Thank you KHOV for everything.....,even the finance Dept was amazing and simple.
