Construction team and Agent Karen was Fantastic they kept me informed and updated with every step of the process of building my new home for my family excellent customer service.

The overall home buying process from starting to closing is very smooth and hassle free. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, responsible and ethical. The quality of construction is awesome.

Home Buying Experience went well

Horrible experience buying from this company. For the amount we paid for this house the quality of the house, crappy communication (with the exception of sales and Stephen the last project manager) is by far the worse we’ve had. Support beam in the wrong place which resulted in the house sitting for almost 60 days. No one returned our calls or they avoided them and the company went through 3-5 project managers. This and the excuse of materials delayed resulted in closing the house 120 days late.

Communication and responsiveness of the builder was outstanding throughout the process.

The builder delivered the home ontkme. All the issues identified durjng the inspection arefixed.

The houses are beautiful and the place is very nice, the neighbors are beautiful people too.

I recently purchased a home from Khovnanian and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into their sales office, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the sales representative (Reggie) was very knowledgeable about the homes they had available. Throughout the buying process, I was impressed with how organized and professional the Khovnanian team was. My family and I decided to move from one side of the state to the other. After looking around online i called and spoke to Leslye. She answered all of my questions honestly, even when it pertained to how Firefly compared to another property. From that point on, the process was very easy and I could not have been happier with the way everyone answered questions and helped us through this process. Moving a long distance is not easy but it felt easier because of the help K. Hovnanian Homes provided.

Could not find a better Place!, My experience with KHovnanian was excellent!. from the moment we walked in, the treatment was super. gave me and my family a good feeling. Heba and Team are super friendly and helpful. I'm a first time home buyer and had tons of questions but the team helped us throughout the entire process. I'm really glad we crossed paths. The whole experience was excellent. I recommended KHovnanian to my family and friends and really recommend it to everybody else. specially first time home buyers. They can definitely help!.

The sales and build teams were great to work with. They were responsive to my inquiries and helpful when help was needed.

The selection of homes was nice, and sales agents were helpful. What we didn’t like is that the house felt rushed. The backyard was sloped which was not explained to us, we would have never chosen this lot if that was the case. There was a lot of construction debris left (nails, wood, metal) on the front, side and back of house. Painting in the house was rushed there was lots of overspray left behind on door knobs, hinges, and floors. Would be nice if fence was coated rather than bare wood

If you like your peace of mind, stay away from KHOV and their team

The purchasing experience was great. The lack of follow through by the builder is horrible. Several issues hat were addressed in the walkthrough still have not be taken care of. Typical of any builder over promise, under deliver!!

The salesman Keith worked with us until everything fell into place. He went over and above the call of duty to get us into the neighborhood! The home is pristine and WE JUST LOVE It!

And if from some strange and out of the blue reason you still want to go with KHOV, I’d suggest following: - bring lawyer to the purchase discussions and thru out the build - have everything video recorded - put all conversations thru a script and make them sign via Notary Public - don’t trust single word they say - all your future lawsuits will start with arbitration, make sure the contract doesn’t have that - you will be pressured, forced to take home as is or you lose your deposit - you will be threatened with default and losing your deposit I would not recommend buying.

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS AMAZING, VERY CLEAN WORK ENVIROMENTS AND EVEN FINISHED OUR HOME TWO WHOLE MONTHS EARLY.

While living here for three months we have had various home issues come up that have caused concerns. We have experienced random tiny holes in the walls, cracks all over the house, and a big line of paint coming off the wall near the vents. Has been a lot more work for a new home than expected.

The floor plan was perfect for us and we are so happy we selected K Hovnanian. We love our beautiful home. The entire process was easy and we did much of it online since we didn’t live local we would have preferred a paint upgrade if it were offered since the contractor grade is not great. The builder team was organized and carefully scheduled. We knew just what to expect next and knew when to expect it. The community manager was excellent and has a real attention to detail.
