We were heard and kept UpToDate through the process. The communication was excellent despite us being out of state. The design studio was a breeze and the consultant super helpful. We love the community and highly recommend it .

We have several warranty issues that have been issues since the day we moved in and have still not been resolved Our first warranty person was amazing but I do not know where she went. Her name was Skai I know we have been out on vacation but we told our warranty guy we had my 30 year old son staying at the house and still nothing has been done. We have a dishwasher that leaks water all over the house every time we run it. our HVAC sucks. Our countertops are still not been refinished. Our top stair needs to be refinished. There is wood stain spilled all over. The laminate wood flooring threshold’s are popping up. So definitely not a good quality for $1 million house. We were not given the option to purchase blinds as many of our neighbors were even when I asked our sales representative Kyle about it. It’s idiotic that you would put a clear glass window in a bathroom so that all the neighbors can just see you naked. This is the third house we built and fourth house we’ve owned and the worst quality. The landscaping you put in absolutely sucks. If you look at the Taylor Morrison homes, their landscaping is far superior and their house price point is a lot less. ... More

Will never buy a Khov home again!

Our salesmen Beau was dishonest and told us multiple inaccuracies about of Spec home. Promised a closing date that could not be met and multiple changes to our plans with zero communication. Our builder Jake was the main reason we decided to finalize our purchase. He was upfront with us on the actual timeline for completion. He communicated with us daily when issues arose and ensured we were comfortable with the home. Couldn’t be happier with Jake and Aaron finishing our home.

Overall this was an excellent experience. Just remember you are NOT purchasing a custom home at $400 per square foot. This is a production home built by very experienced professionals. Our home construction was supervised by very experienced and knowledgable managers. It was delivered 6 weeks early. We budgeted the customized features by others after closing. All phases of sales, construction and service are streamlined and tightly controlled. Khov delivers amazing value for the $$! Watching our neighbors homes being built is amazing. They installed the dead sod in lawn and never replaced. The house was super dirty when we moved.

I was so excited in purchasing this home but wish I had a chance to decorate.

Great all around service

If you are ok with minimizing upgrades, this is an easy buying experience. Often the upgrades with builders cost too much, because the cost of providing those alternatives make upgrades too expensive. In this case the Farmhouse upgrades are classic and most are current design pluses. The price of the home is superior to other builders in area. And, I love working with the K. Hov. employees.

K. Hovnanian provides best floor plans and plenty of upgrade options for the homebuyers. Our buying experience with K. Hovnanian was pleasant.

The overall experience of buying our house was awesome . The staff was very professional and personable . They definitely listened to what our needs were.

We are first time home builders and the experience was so seamless and stress free. The main contacts we had were extremely responsive and so kind. The home itself is built very well. My family has been in construction for over 40 years and everyone has commented how well the home was put together. Overall I’ll never want to buy from anyone else - absolutely perfect!

The Looks options make it easy. Linda the sales rep. Is awesome and helps you through every step of the process. Ross the in house lender is super helpful in setting you up with a plan that works for you. Even after closing the service team is super responsive to fixing any issue that comes up.

Never buy a home from Khov ever again! Worst built quality… even small contractors can build better homes than them.

I had very few problems after moving in and when I did Chris immediately returned my call and took care of it.

My K. Hovnanian home is top quality. Can't compliment the construction manager Aaron enough. He was amazing to work with, he guided me through the process of building the house and worked with me on few requests with moving light fixtures around. My experience with K. Hovnanian was a great experience overall. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Gene is knowledgeable salesman that is easy to work with. He's friendly and goes out of his way to answer questions and always gets back to you right away, even on his days off. I would gladly work with Gene again.

There are multiple problems with my home. When they placed the bottom plate on the door, they sheared it off and just stucco it it. There is paint and tape adhesive all over my windows. The gutter is dent inward and outward, totally not smooth and normal looking. There is stucco all over the water faucet in the backyard that I can’t even turn the water off, I have to keep a hose with a sprayer on the end of the hose, so it won’t leak. There are boot prints all over the walls and ceiling in the garage. The pole in the garage in front of the water heater is not straight and I have to keep something wrapped around it, or the side garage door hits it. All the hands and the thermostat on the wall is crooked. Out front the flashing (the metal part) is bent, pieced together, sharp, with gaps in them. The stucco around the door outside the garage already has gaps in it. The grout in the shower is already cracked in the corner. The bricks on the front wall in the front of the house are cracked. There are 3 holes in the concrete in front of the house and part of one corner is cracked. Paying close to $600,000 you would expect much better quality of home. So incredibly disappointed. ... More

The entire team has gone above and beyond to make themselves available, to show me benefits I wasn’t aware of and to fix any issues I may have as quickly as possible. Ashley and Wyatt have made the home buying experience infinitely greater than it could’ve been.

Poor quality of fixtures, cabinets and workmanship. Toiilets and sinks in bath not centered. Cheap workmanship
