More so, because of the quality of work built into the our first home by K. Hovnanian it never lost a dime in value when we sold the house. Our overall experience with K. Michael was amazing in helping me and walking me through all the options, being patient with showing me the homes, and being willing to be there throughout the decision making process. The construction manager Orlando was also amazing with hearing out any detailed requests and meeting expectations, and during the building, closing, and even after settling, he was very helpful in making sure things in the home were working out for me. Michael and Orlando showed that they care that I would have a home that I love.

We had trouble selling out home and needed the funds to move. The K.Hovnanian team was understanding and accommodating through the process. From the office staff, loan officers, to closing coordinators, everyone involved was amazing! I would recommend the K.Hov builder to anyone looking for a builder that cares about the people.
