Great people to work with and very understanding. I will buy more home from them in the future.

The sales and build teams were great to work with. They were responsive to my inquiries and helpful when help was needed.

The selection of homes was nice, and sales agents were helpful. What we didn’t like is that the house felt rushed. The backyard was sloped which was not explained to us, we would have never chosen this lot if that was the case. There was a lot of construction debris left (nails, wood, metal) on the front, side and back of house. Painting in the house was rushed there was lots of overspray left behind on door knobs, hinges, and floors. Would be nice if fence was coated rather than bare wood

If you like your peace of mind, stay away from KHOV and their team

The purchasing experience was great. The lack of follow through by the builder is horrible. Several issues hat were addressed in the walkthrough still have not be taken care of. Typical of any builder over promise, under deliver!!

The salesman Keith worked with us until everything fell into place. He went over and above the call of duty to get us into the neighborhood! The home is pristine and WE JUST LOVE It!

And if from some strange and out of the blue reason you still want to go with KHOV, I’d suggest following: - bring lawyer to the purchase discussions and thru out the build - have everything video recorded - put all conversations thru a script and make them sign via Notary Public - don’t trust single word they say - all your future lawsuits will start with arbitration, make sure the contract doesn’t have that - you will be pressured, forced to take home as is or you lose your deposit - you will be threatened with default and losing your deposit I would not recommend buying.

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS AMAZING, VERY CLEAN WORK ENVIROMENTS AND EVEN FINISHED OUR HOME TWO WHOLE MONTHS EARLY.

While living here for three months we have had various home issues come up that have caused concerns. We have experienced random tiny holes in the walls, cracks all over the house, and a big line of paint coming off the wall near the vents. Has been a lot more work for a new home than expected.

The buying process was the smoothest and the contract manager was very helpful!

The floor plan was perfect for us and we are so happy we selected K Hovnanian. We love our beautiful home. The entire process was easy and we did much of it online since we didn’t live local we would have preferred a paint upgrade if it were offered since the contractor grade is not great. The builder team was organized and carefully scheduled. We knew just what to expect next and knew when to expect it. The community manager was excellent and has a real attention to detail.

Seller talked up all of the coming developments in the area like parks, schools, shopping centers and failed to mention the largest trucking distribution center in Nor Cal going in adjacent to the development. 0 trust

Overall good experience but there are some things which needs to be transparent.

This was honestly the worst homebuying experience that I could have ever imagined. Extremely poor quality, workmanship, construction managers, that had absolutely no idea what they were doing, timelines, consistently, not mad, mixed messaging, and extremely poor communication, highly unreliable subcontractors, unhelpful sales people.

I felt good about my purchase a little upsetting with the final move in. The quality is subpar as far as the materials used. As for the builders team, they were not as efficient nor effective as to all that was promised. (Touch up paint after move in, none was left as promised, after inquiring I was told they don’t do that anymore, no cleaning after work completed. No timely response to my questions and issues. Overall I would purchase a new home with khov

I am fully satisfied with our home purchases especially with K. Hovnanian. The entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in was very easy. Our experience with the builder’s team was excellent. They were very responsvie to clear each and every doubt ours during the process of purchasing our new house. Also the quality of the construction is much better than other builder's.

The surrounding construction is horrible. I’ve experienced flat tires. There’s so much dust that I couldn’t walk my dog, needed a car wash weekly, and the house exterior is dusty. There were working trucks everywhere. Workers left garbage on the lawn and in my own garbage. The floors are not leveled in the Interior of my house. We have issues with flies coming into the house thru the basement. There are no mailboxes. I’ve been picking up my mail at the post office for over 3 months. We are not happy with our experience at enclave.

We were quite pleased with the construction of our home, the responsiveness of all Hovnavian personel involved, and their attention to detail whenever we discussed any issue.

Post sale services are great

Overall was a good experience. At our unit the the builder did not get high quality materials. All the doors are unpainted ,also some walls find unpainted.
