We were looking for our first home together and had little luck finding the style and finishes we wanted in the price point we were hoping to stay within. We came here and was greeting by Monica and shown around. After seeing the finishes, price and neighborhood we decided this was the place for us. All along the way Monica was very friendly and helpful with answering any questions that came up. Picking out finishes was fun although I wish there were a few other options such as baseboard Trump style but that was all minor. Our realtor said, upon completion of our home, that it was the best new-build she has seen in this area, INCLUDING homes that sell for far more money. Clay not only did incredible work, he made both me and my husband feel like we were involved in ever step of the process.
