Our construction manager was great, he provided weekly updates and was accommodating to all of our questions and requests.

Orlando was especially attentive and thorough which made our experience that much more pleasant.

First time buyer here. I was referred by a friend who moved into the neighborhood (same builder). Excellent quality/workmanship, house was built on time, and the finishings (selected by the designers since it was a spec home) turned out great. The contracting process was very thorough. The salesman (Dennis P) and the builder (Brent) were very helpful and responsive to my questions.

Everything was great from start to finish! The sales staff worked with me and my agent and gave us awesome deals! Construction process was very smooth and the manager was very communicative, thorough and professional.

Buying a Aspire @ Stones throw K.Hovnanian home has been an experience my family & I will not forget. Being a first time home buyer the experience has been seamless, the stigma that everyone saying buying a house is stressful has been the total opposite. In my opinion, buying a first home here was pretty much like buying a car, except the wait for the house to get built of course. And by the way watching the house being built from being just a dirt lot to final move has been exciting every step of the way. If you’re tired of renting than PLEASE(X3) buy K.Hovnanian!!!!!

Stress free, no pressure from the sales staff. Obviously, the homes are superior but we thought the attention from the sales team and then the property superintendant and the follow up on minor issues was outstanding. Dealt with essentially same day. Highly recommend KHOV and Scottsdale Heights in particular.
