We were looking for our first home together and had little luck finding the style and finishes we wanted in the price point we were hoping to stay within. We came here and was greeting by Monica and shown around. After seeing the finishes, price and neighborhood we decided this was the place for us. All along the way Monica was very friendly and helpful with answering any questions that came up. Picking out finishes was fun although I wish there were a few other options such as baseboard Trump style but that was all minor. Our sales representative, April, and our builder, Clay, were so attentive, thorough, and professional. Our realtor said, upon completion of our home, that it was the best new-build she has seen in this area, INCLUDING homes that sell for far more money. Clay not only did incredible work, he made both me and my husband feel like we were involved in ever step of the process. It was a great experience overall.

Sean was amazing and attentive to any concerns I had. He was extremely busy but still made time for questions I had. The house is great and everyone made the process as seamless as possible.

Buying a home from this builder has been a dream come true. It was my first home ever bought. My foreman has been nothing but overly helpful when I have questions.

I would definitely recommend K Hovnanian to anyone searching for a home. The staff in every department was very responsive and helpful, made me feel at ease for me being a first-time homebuyer.

I had a wonderful process from the beginning. Every meeting to show progress of the house was scheduled in advance and I received a stellar walkthrough each time. Since I’ve been in the property I’ve not come across any issues and everything looks great. The home is beautiful and has all the characteristics my family desires. Overall I’m very happy with our K. Hovnanian home and will recommend them to others.

Our construction manager was great, he provided weekly updates and was accommodating to all of our questions and requests.

Orlando was especially attentive and thorough which made our experience that much more pleasant.

First time buyer here. I was referred by a friend who moved into the neighborhood (same builder). Excellent quality/workmanship, house was built on time, and the finishings (selected by the designers since it was a spec home) turned out great. The contracting process was very thorough. The salesman (Dennis P) and the builder (Brent) were very helpful and responsive to my questions.

Buying a Aspire @ Stones throw K.Hovnanian home has been an experience my family & I will not forget. Being a first time home buyer the experience has been seamless, the stigma that everyone saying buying a house is stressful has been the total opposite. In my opinion, buying a first home here was pretty much like buying a car, except the wait for the house to get built of course. And by the way watching the house being built from being just a dirt lot to final move has been exciting every step of the way. If you’re tired of renting than PLEASE(X3) buy K.Hovnanian!!!!!
