We had a good experience with Carl, he was very detailed oriented and explained everything to us.

Really poor communication. Very late to meeting. Home not completed with far too many mistakes I corrected. There was blood on the kitchen cabinets and stairway after final walk through when we picked up our keys. Got our kitchen lights 3 months after purchase after we followed up weekly never from them.

Thanks for this nice wonderful house. I would like to give you 5 stars. But as I didn’t get the mesh cover at my kitchen window (although i asked in Nov 2022) it has minus 1star. Thanks

The person/company has a great vision when they designed this community! Overall I am happy with this location. It is right on the golf course. The homes fit perfectly right next to it. I like the idea of not being charged for every detail. Khov already had the design in place and I just had to pick the color scheme. This makes the buying process much better!

Poor Construction Quality & Slow in Resolving issues. I will not recommend any of my friends to buy the property with khovnanian homes.

Contacted the warranty department several times and there is no response to solve the issues we are facing in our newly constructed home.

We have never felt so let down and lied to by any business as we have with KHOV. The lack of communication, false promises and follow through with the builders and the absolute worst finish work I have ever seen contributed to a very stressful and anxiety ridden home buyer experience. They tell you what they want you to hear, not what will actually happen. BUYER BEWARE!!

My overall experience was good

The layout and features are decent for the money. You get a radiant barrier in the attic, nice solid doors, and all the drywall corners are nice and rounded. Workmanship and responsiveness to issues leaves a lot to be desired though. For example different brands and colors of switches were used throughout the house. The tile is uneven with paint peeling off the edges. There are doors that have too wide of a gap at the bottom and don't latch. Outdoor grass is lumpy. It's a hassle to get them out to fix these sorts of things too and expect it to take weeks if not months.

starting prices in no way match the model home you are shown. Once you buy and then start the selection process you find out that all the things you liked about the model are upgrades. Choices for standards are way outdated. Before closing you have a 3 hour window to walk through the your home and point out any problems. You can't possibly do this in 3 hours and on top of that we shouldn't have to because all we hear about is the quality workmanship that is put into these homes. We found several items that were problems that should have never been allowed to pass any inspections. Once closed you have 10 days to point out any other cosmetic problems. If any are found after that 10 day window they are now the homeowner responsibility. We have been very frustrated with this builder and would have a hard time recommending. ... More

It was a nightmares.

The sales staff, and the building crew have been wonderful. Very respectful, responsive, friendly, and personable.

I bought my first home with K Hov and it was a nice and excellent experience.

Everyone on the construction part of the Home buying was awesome. Sabrina , Gabe ,Tyler are just a few.I was kept informed all thru the construction of the house.

Shane kept me up to date on everything and made every step of the process effortless.

Love my floor plan! Very comfortable and beautiful home.

I wish we had built our own home with good contractor.

We bought our home though Sage builders, Mike and Samantha- sales reps for for sage were amazing through the entire process! Alex has been wonderful with any questions/concerns we have had and service has been prompt. The HOA community is wonderful, faculties are well taken care of and we love the area!

Shane and the team were very responsive! They continue to be very helpful even after close! We love the home!

My family and I, are very thankful and grateful for our new home, happy and contented as well with the community. very clean and peaceful. I highly recommend specially for the first time home buyer or for retiree’s.

Such potential for a beautiful neighborhood. Total lack of oversight and management shows. Each khov person does what they want, says what they want. There is no cohesion to this process. We quickly learned the salesperson wasn't invested in the process once the purchase agreement was done so the buyer has no advocate. Quality of workmanship depends on who your construction manager is and if there is a change during the build. Love the location and we love our home, just have to know once you accept it, there's no QC, no warranty team, no HOA involved. They are ghosts. Paint workmanship is just awful, unacceptable. ... all house outside fill with cracks now inside start cracking ever where i have cabinet doors with no handle I Coll and the guy answer my questions. said that is now Moda of the tortosa community no handle on the cabinets.

As a first time homebuyer, the sales co-ordinator kept us in dark the whole time. After umpteen calls and emails I got hold of the construction manager who was very kind and helpful and opened up the communication channel which was really great and got the house completed on time. Design team had no clue and did not help us make the decision . The upgrades quality is very poor and it’s actually worse than the standard ones.

I've been in contact with many home builders, but KHov team has been among the best teams to work with.

It’s been a journey to our home and with KHOV everything fell in place just right. Highly recommended.
