The construction manager is easy to work with and responds immediately. His goal is to make sure you are taken care of.

George was our builder in the KHOV Thunder Bay community. He was very professional and did an excellent job explaining all the details/construction to us. I would highly recommend KHOV because they employee individuals like this.

We had a really good experience with Khov- Glenn in the sales office was great - he worked with us during the challenges of Covid19 - he kept us informed - responded to all of our questions - sent updates frequently - and the end result - we moved in our timeline, and we love our home! We started our search around Feb and settle down on our fave unit mid March. Then COVID crisis brought down the City. Many needed to adjust rapidly to the new working environment. Most customer services quality dropped significantly. But we were lucky that our experience for buying our first new home went extrmely smoothly given the professionalism and understanding that we saw from all parties. Buying first home is easly anxiety provoking but we are happy that ours went with very little anxiety at a time when anxiety for everyone was reaching levels never seen before. Appreciate it.
