I must congratulate the K. Hovanian team on an excellent job in making my home buying experience pretty much unbelievable. As first time home buyers my wife and I were a bit worried about what the entire process would entail. Luckily we can state that the entire process went smoothly and only took about 4 weeks. The sales rep. Rebecca was awesome and the entire mortgage team of Jennifer & others did a great job processing the necessary paperwork. This was far the easiest and best home buying experience I ever had. Everyone throughout the process was helpful and kept us informed on everything that was happing.

I love my home layout, & it's perfect for my family! I worked with Diana together with my realtor & loan officer, it made the process easy with her help. Diana was very considerate because we moved out early from our apartment. Diana worked on giving us credits thru the company that made us happy to purchase & move in to our new home. The responsiveness of Diana was always on time. And when Diana, was not around, Josh, was very welcoming for us to see more properties to walk through, & to make our final decision. We have been looking at Villas in Frederick County for the past 2 years and this one provides us with the best bang for the money.

The KHov team has been awesome to work with. They have been responsive to our few issues.

The process of buying the house was very smooth. Extremely Satisfied with the house. Visits to the design center were helpful in making our decisions as to what we wanted in our first house. Sales and Construction teams were on top of everything. They were able to update us about the status of the house even during the pandemic. Initial and final inspection were very thorough. Delivery timeline was accurate. The house came out just the way we wanted.

A potential buyer should know that my experience was great! The team did a great job of answering all of my questions in a timely manner. Most buyers like myself have a lot of questions. Matthew in particular proved himself as a good communicator. He knew the answers to almost all of the questions I threw at him. Everyone worked together as team. The goal was to provide great service and a great product. Well done!

We financed with KHOV and the process from start to finish was very smooth.

I think that my home and the Wellington Subdivision is worth the price.

Unlike my 1st home buying experience with another builder, my home buying experience with K. Hovnanian has been great and wonderful. From initial signing thru construction thru closing, my overall experience has been marvelous and awesome. Sales manager and construction managers are wonderful, professional and joy to work with. 5 stars to K, Hovnanian. !!!

We bought a new home with my daughter. It was her first home buying experience. The sales and selection process was very well handled by the Sales Manager, Richard and Design Consultant, Pia. James, the superintendent/builder was outstanding. The home was beautifully built and the couple of minor items were corrected prior to closing. He was very patient demonstrating the function of the home and systems. High quality, great experience from contract signing to closing.

I looked for over 2 years for a final home of my choice. When processing paperwork I was unaware that HOA fees would be added into DTR (Debt to Ratio). The only builders who explained this to me were the Builders of K Hovnanian. They assisted me in my financial questions before even signing the paperwork to begin building. I was unaware of this DTR, as I never had an HOA before. My experience with K Hovnanian began in November. It was helpful to have them call me and answer all my questions each week as well as send me pictures of my home and its progress. Through this process the country fell into a pandemic. I was concerned that I would not be able to move into my new home at all - especially since I would be traveling back and forth from one state to another. But friends, family, and K Hovnanian made the transition for me smoothly. As a single woman in her late 60's K Hovnanian was there answering any and all questions I had in establishing myself in my new home. I am a stickler for completing paperwork in a timely fashion and truly appreciated the Warranty Gal in instructing me of the benefits of submitting my warranty's on time. Many I had completed before my 30 day meeting with her. I would have missed out on 3 very important warranty's if it was not for her assistance. My experience with K. Hovnanian was exceptional. The experience from the initial sales visit to the mortgage process and with the builder was great. I experienced exceptional customer service at every step of the buying process.

KHOV has flipped the script on the traditional "horrible builder experience". From jack hammering up concrete to accommodate a floor outlet, to allowing last last minute design changes to even pet sitting during walk throughs KHOV has surpassed every expectation and more. THIS IS the builder to buy from without a doubt. A special shout out to Shane G for unsurpassed customer service in this process- it all started with him and he was consistent throughout the entire process.

The team was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to reach, and responsive.

Sale center, design center, construction manager were all amazing and accommodating people. Pleasurable experience, too bad I can't buy another. 10/10 would recommend again.

Everyone was super helpful and when there were a few issues they jumped right on it. I would like to give a shout out to Beth and Orlando for always being on top of things.

I highly recommend this builder to anyone looking for a new home. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Steve and Melissa are great!

Great house at a good price

My husband and I were looking for home in Delaware for a long time. We knew that we wanted a new home and we knew the area we wanted to be near and we were working with a very specific budget. No matter how many homesites we visited, we consistently came back to K. Hovnanian Homes. We found a community and a home that was not only beautiful, but met our financial needs and allowed us to select from a range of options that would help us create a comfortable living space. When we found our townhouse in the "Retreat at Millstone," we truly felt that we were getting a gorgeous home and a great value for the budget we were working with. In addition to getting such a great new home, we were so fortunate to meet and work with wonderful people. The team at this development were awesome and they helped us through this entire process. It was a pleasure to work with them. We have an outstanding sales consultant in Devin, who supported us from the very beginning to ensure that we were happy and that all our questions and needs were met throughout the entire process. Devin always goes the extra mile to sure that everything is to your complete satisfaction. He helped us pick a homesite, think about possible interior options, and guided us through every step of the buying experience. Devin was always available to speak with us and answer all our questions. Terry, our design consultant, was instrumental in helping us customize our home and worked with us to select the most beautiful options, materials, and color scheme within our budget. She was amazing, talented and had such patience as she walked us through each and every option for our home. With her help, we created a warm and inviting atmosphere that is truly unique and exquisite. It was really awesome to have the opportunity to choose from so many options and so many price points. That was something that is unique to this builder. As our home construction began, we met Tom who was our Construction Manager. Tom was responsible for making sure that every detail in our home from the floorpan, the wiring, and installation of all the options were handled with care, respect, and integrity. Tom meets with you and facilitates a series of Gold-Key Walkthroughs where you go over every detail of the home building process and Tom makes sure that everything you select and everything you want is explicitly outlined for the construction teams and installers throughout the process. He checks everything thoroughly and if he sees anything that doesn't look right, he immediately takes action to resolve the issue. Tom does everything possible to make sure that your home is perfect. Even, after we closed on our home, we still have the complete support of Devin and Tom. Devin is always ready and willing to support and assist you to make sure that you feel completely satisfied with your home, that you feel good about your purchase and that you feel you have a quality living space. Devin is very professional and takes such a sincere interest in making sure any issues you have are resolved satisfactorily. It's really nice to know that you can reach out to a team of people after a purchase is completed and get things resolved in a timely manner and with ease. Tom has continued to work with us as well and has been supportive in explaining how everything works in your new home. Purchasing a new home can be a very stressful experience, and there are times when things just need to be adjusted, replaced, and fixed. However, we have a great team of people who are committed to ensure that all of our expectations are met. It is a pleasure to work with this organization and they have a good group of talented and knowledgeable professionals, looking after your interests.
