My experience with K. Hovnanian Homes has been truly amazing, without our sales rep Ashely, my family without any doubt in our minds believe we would have not been able to take the step to purchase this beautiful Wilmington home. The thing we absolutely admired was how Ashely explained everything so thoroughly to us that when we got to the process of the the actual home loan, we were more than ready. We had all documents we needed so the process wouldn't be a slow one, as we were super excited. Then when it came to our most kind and humble loan officer Kevin, who had a very huge hand in helping us achieve our most desired dream of owning a home. Kevin was brilliant, he answered every question we had. Even though we were going through a pandemic Kevin's advice in his profession helped us secure our loan which we promise to K. Hovnanian Homes to payoff. Last but not least my one of the greatest people we met during all this was Gary, the most passionate builder I have ever met. During our first meeting he explained the layout of the house so well even though it was not fully built. He showed us what our dream was beginning to look like and we were excited that this all was coming along just perfectly. Gary's explanation of the home's every corner got us ready for what was to come. Gary showed us everything from top to bottom further preparing us for how to keep this beautiful house maintained. Any question I ever had, Gary was there. Without any doubt in my mind, Ashely, Kevin and Gary are truly a dream team that make dreams comes true. Started looking for a home in 2018 wasn’t too familiar with Khov or the Mont Belvieu area in 2019 a friend told us about this area and this builder we went and saw the model Easton II and here we are 6 months later loving our new home. Heather was our sales rep and she was so patient, helpful and kind. We had a gentlemen named Justin for our construction manager who kept us in the loop about every step of the build as we requested. I could go on and on about how Knov has met and exceeded our expectations, but it’s truly something you need to experience for yourself.

I must congratulate the K. Hovanian team on an excellent job in making my home buying experience pretty much unbelievable. As first time home buyers my wife and I were a bit worried about what the entire process would entail. Luckily we can state that the entire process went smoothly and only took about 4 weeks. The sales rep. Rebecca was awesome and the entire mortgage team of Jennifer & others did a great job processing the necessary paperwork. I love my home layout, & it's perfect for my family! I worked with Diana together with my realtor & loan officer, it made the process easy with her help. Diana was very considerate because we moved out early from our apartment. Diana worked on giving us credits thru the company that made us happy to purchase & move in to our new home. The responsiveness of Diana was always on time. And when Diana, was not around, Josh, was very welcoming for us to see more properties to walk through, & to make our final decision. We have been looking at Villas in Frederick County for the past 2 years and this one provides us with the best bang for the money.

The KHov team has been awesome to work with. They have been responsive to our few issues.

The process of buying the house was very smooth. Extremely Satisfied with the house. Visits to the design center were helpful in making our decisions as to what we wanted in our first house. Sales and Construction teams were on top of everything. They were able to update us about the status of the house even during the pandemic. Initial and final inspection were very thorough. Delivery timeline was accurate. The house came out just the way we wanted.

A potential buyer should know that my experience was great! The team did a great job of answering all of my questions in a timely manner. Most buyers like myself have a lot of questions. Matthew in particular proved himself as a good communicator. He knew the answers to almost all of the questions I threw at him. Everyone worked together as team. The goal was to provide great service and a great product. Well done!
