Anne H. at the sales office was wonderful to work with. The site supervisor "Steve" was also excellent to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Khov staff are very professional and caring. The homes are excellent quality. I was kept informed throughout the process. The main sales office staff are wonderful people. They are highly flexible and easy to get to know our wants and needs. The Construction Manager goes above and beyond just to make things right and very accommodating. They give us a heads up on what to expect now and later and what the final product will eventually look like so we're not emotionally exhausted in the process. It's a very comforting and exciting experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new construction home. Joshua and Dianna were unfailingly helpful gracious and knowledgeable in helping us they the buying process. The most difficult for us was the remote mtg company as we are not very computer savvy and both of them guided us as much as they could.

Buying our new home from k.Hovnanian was a great experience. Our salesperson gave us great advice. Picking our own style elements at the design gallery was challenging, but fun. Now that we have moved in the construction manager and Khov representative have responded to our questions or any concerns. We are very happy to be here!

KHOV and their team was AWESOME!!!! Me and my wife had a smooth experience in purchasing our first home together. KHOV provided detailed information from the very beginning, from selecting the floor plan, ground breaking, design center, pre-drywall meetings to the closing date. We have been so happy and impressed by our Home Builder, KHOV!! I will never forget the first time we walked into the KHOV office in Haslet and was greeted by Jordan! Our time line was at least 8-10 months but he sold us on the house the very first day. Our goal was of course to "shop" around but we didn't have to...we were so impressed with Jordan's passion that we didn't have to look anywhere else! His knowledge, passion and friendliness is what sold us! We are so glad we walked into the KHOV office first!! We have been impressed with KHOV from start to finish!! Overall, we are very pleased with our Seabrook property. Our sales representative was conscientious and helpful, and we ended up with a great looking house. He was also diligent in following up to ensure we were not encountering problems. The construction manager was extremely thorough during the walk through process and quick to respond to any issues that arose. The only rough spot was the trip to the design center, which did not go smoothly. All in all, we're happy customers.

Don't be afraid to ask questions the construction managers (Kirk) will make sure that it gets taken care of.

This is our first time building and it was a dream. Between the team and the quality of the hone, I’ve been recommending k.hov to everyone.

We are overall very satisfied with our new home built by K. Hovnanian. There were a few bumps in the road - as expected with any new home build but the response time, solution, and quality we received from the team at K-Hov made it all worth it.
