My house is beautiful and feels like it is a very well built home - very solid. All of the employees are very helpful and very polite and friendly. This has been a great buying experience.

K. Hovnanian Homes are beautifully designed, authentic homes. What attracts me to the K. Hovnanian homes are there diverse home construction designs. The homes are built from material of excellent standard. I should know, since I used to work in the Civil Engineering industry, and I know quality and standard in building construction when I see one. The homes are designed with energy efficient in mind. The backyard is very spacious, having a exterior 10 feet fence and perfect for hosting the holidays. Designed to create an ideal balance between being independent and for togetherness. Excellent all around

Actually, I was going to send few lines to the builder through the sales agent about my home buying experience and final choice. However, this rating has summarized it all. The materials used in the building, as well as the appliances and fixtures are of very good quality. The space was maximally used to advantage! The company's representatives that I met and dealt with are honest and painstaking in attending and listening to the client! The sales agent appears innovative and friendly. The whole process was nearly flawless. When construction started I visited the site 2 or 3 times a week, once the roof was on I started going by everyday. While walking the site, I was able to observe the quality of construction behind the walls, I saw everything being done, took photos of every aspect of construction. After move in, only a couple of minor issues that were handled in a day or two. Nearly done decorating and it's starting to feel like the home I was expecting!

K. Hov has been extremely helpful from my first phone call to the sales consultant, Nia, to the final walk through with, Adam. They have answered our questions quickly and delivered exactly what was promised. The customer service after close has been very good as well.

I cant complain with any aspect of my home buying experience.

Caleh and Lou were amazing throughout the process. They always took the time to answer any questions and always kept us informed of how things progressed.

Casey, our sales person, seemed genuinely happy to see us whenever we popped in. She was always our greatest asset in our quest for a mortgage and in attention to detail during the building process. Gabriel, our project manager, was as attentive as one could ask for. He was in communication with us practically every day. He and Casey were always on top of all our requests in the completion of our home. I could not be happier or adamant when I tell others what a great experience we had from start to finish.

We accepted a home that was started by others but had to leave the area because of a family emergency. We had previously toured the model homes and were impressed with all the available amenities. We began the purchase process and prior to moving in, we went examined the interior/exterior with a fine tooth comb. All our requests for repair, paint, etc. were completed within a very short period of time. The salespersons were very congenial, attentive and were able to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. There was no 'hard sell' as the homes spoke for themselves. The liaison for the repairs was in the area daily and when we had a question or request, he got on it right away, The entire Parkway Trails home sites are pleasing to the eye and are of the highest quality. High quality homes with attention to detail with great service!

Great sales center experience - Liz was helpful from the start and kept appraised of the home construction progress. Construction went as planned (actually, a week or two ahead!). Good selection of home plans catering to different user needs. Sal was detailed during the first walk thru and so was Kevin during the customer orientation. I would like to see KHOV accommodate individual buyer's preferences (beyond the available options and design center selections). E.g., converting lanai to a screened lanai, different indoor paint colors, crown moulding, etc.

Our experience with K. Hovnanian was amazing. Everyone from the salesperson to designers to construction manager to closing were really helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. Our new home is so beautiful. Thanks Khovnanian.

I had a very professional experience with K. Hovnanian from the time I first checked out the model home until my closing date. The staff involved also continue to be responsive to my post sale queries.

It was great working with the K Hov Team on building our new home. Kristen, Debbie and David did an excellent job through the sales process - they answered all of questions and were very great to work with. They made the process easy! Mike and Marty did a fantastic job on building the home! The craftsmanship was great - if we ran into any issues they were quick to addresses them. We love the new house - thank you for everything.

Whether it's your first home or downsizing, purchasing a home can be intimidating. Our purchase experience with K. Hovnanian went smoothly. Sales, mortgage, construction, to closing were handled by professional, helpful, kind people. Even now after 30 days of living in our new home, any questions are answered quickly and professionally by their support team. Their support and response means a lot especially since our Country is in the worse Pandemic in history. We are fortunate to have found this builder who provides excellent workmanship and support to his customers.

We couldn’t find any homes that fit what we wanted for the price point we could afford. We ended up building with K.Hov and it was an excellent experience. We weren’t pressured into purchasing a ton of options and were really helpful with everything from structural upgrades to paint colors. We are very happy with our home and look forward to the growing neighborhood.
