Appliance are not the good quality that many will prefer. And tell your builder to stop promising and fail. Home is all about trust. One should be able to trust the builder of his home!!!

We singed our contract June 1, 2021. We were told the houses got built in the order the are bought. Mind you the house next to us, started before us because they had to build that first as we were a corner unit. The project manager (TJ) always made smart comments, is important to know that with KHOV the customer is NOT always right. Due to all of the issues, and excuses in the world it took a full year to get our home (June 21, 2022). I say "excuses" because they can never get reliable contractors. Our home had so many small issues on the house, as simple as paint on the wood floors. The response we got from the Project Manager was: "don't look at it" or "this is a custom home" great response for such an expensive home. Overall experience was horrible, frustrating. Sales agent (Helen) always wanted to get everything on time, when they didn't delivered on time. -We didn't get our closing date until later, and we know that the June 21st date was long known between them, because of this lack of communication our interest rates went up 2%. -Walkthorugh of the house was the worse experience as well, we are buying, paying, but we had to literally argue back with the project manager because our issues were not as important. -Closing experience, after we signed and the bank released the funds, we had to call so many folks to get our key because the project manager did not get the email and he will not release the key, he had to go to church for charity work. Basically it was our home and we couldn't get in, but it was a "misunderstanding" even if the Project Manager told me over phone, "you can call the CEO of the company, if I don't get that email you're not getting this key". ... From the very beginning Lois showed us model homes she has been very sweet and very resourceful and when we starting building the project manager George was always so helpful and reliable with us, couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with

From the courtesies extended by the sales staff (Fred was outstanding) to the attention we received during construction, and now with the assistance of the service staff in addressing post closing punchline, the Hovnanian experience has been stellar. Love the product and we are confident that what wasn't perfect at delivery, will be.

The entire home buying process was smooth. Sales Executive Lacey was very helpful and answered all the questions. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

This is my first time buying a home, I must say, it is remarkably great with khov. They help me understand each of the processes. When we moved into the home we have some things that were not working, the builder Paul was just a phone call away and he makes sure all was taken care of within a short time. They gave incentives when we are about to close.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and responsive. I was shocked at how easily this all went down.

We had a great experience working with k-Hov builders. Our home was completed when promised and they were very attentive to any issues we had after we moved in. Our immediate punch list was very short.

Overall buying experience was excellent, some issues in communicating from project build, like we were not called about initial walk thru before drywall was put up and getting the warranty information on home

Overall, a great experience! As a first time home buyer, the process was very smooth. There were a few misunderstandings with the optional building choices that got cleared up quickly. Sparky and his team was always there to help and answer whatever crazy questions I had. Yoli was very sweet and checked in with me even while on maternity leave! Jamie was also amazing!!!! I continue to recommend friends and family to go with KHOV as I felt secure throughout the entire process. Only complaint was material shortages and that was no fault of the company.

We are very pleased with our new home. We found our salesperson and the worksite managers have been very responsive to questions we had.

I had a great overall experience with my home purchase. I want to specifically highlight my interactions with John B. our building site manager. He was awesome and cared about our every needs.

Good: - On-time delivery - Good visibility into the construction process Bad: - Sub-par quality of the materials, like cupboards etc. - Basic items, such as garage opener are not included by default and are extra - No appliances at all; compare that to Lennar who are giving most (and in some communities all) - No GUTTERS for the house???? Saw it first time for a house and never expected it would happen. Cutting the corners, including basics??? This is very negative and will leave a very bad impression about the builder - Cup board design is bad; can't reach some of these from the kitchen

The best customer service. Fixed in-centered garage door and light switch quick and easy at no charge. Always checked up on me and asked if I needed anything else. Will definitely buy from them again.

Sales lady and construction manager was amazing and helpful

As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions throughout the process. The K. Hovnanian sales team, KHAM loan team, and K. Hovnanian service team were all very professional, welcoming, provided timely responses, solutions oriented, knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy. These are the qualities that I value in all transactions and I’m deeply thankful for their help to reach my goal of purchasing my first home and for having a good memory as a first-time home buyer.

As noted above, I submitted a list of problems nearly two weeks ago and only one has been addressed. One bath tub “barely” drains and is virtually unusable. Other than the bath tub and carpet damaged by what appears to be spilled paint with very poor cleanup.

Buying our home was soooo easy, fun, and stress free with K. Hovnanian homes. From the beginning Tina made it very simple. Also, Chris, Mohenjo, Jamie, Dave, and Mike all were super nice and professional and took care of everything for us as well. If you truly want a stress free way to buy a new home go through K. Hovnanian… you won’t regret it! Sounds cliche but truly felt like family was taking care of you.

When I relocated to Delaware I had decided that I will purchase a resale. After searching around I wasn’t happy with what I was finding. My son suggested that I build a new home like he did that way I can have the things that I wanted. I then contacted K. Hovnanian Homes they worked with me through the whole process. It was not hard as I thought it would be they made me feel very comfortable and addressed any questions and concerns that I had. Thanks again K. Hovnanian Homes !

We had a great experience and love our home.

The quality of the Home and the Caliber of these builders is just exceptional. I absolutely love love love my home. From the day the foundation was laid right up to move-in (and even now 4 weeks out) everyone has kept me informed, pleased and connected with me by phone, pics and in person every week along the build. Soo capable, soo nice and excellent at what they do!! I'll say it again, I love my home!!!

People with KV Homes were really nice. Very professional.
