We accepted a home that was started by others but had to leave the area because of a family emergency. We had previously toured the model homes and were impressed with all the available amenities. We began the purchase process and prior to moving in, we went examined the interior/exterior with a fine tooth comb. All our requests for repair, paint, etc. were completed within a very short period of time. The salespersons were very congenial, attentive and were able to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. There was no 'hard sell' as the homes spoke for themselves. The liaison for the repairs was in the area daily and when we had a question or request, he got on it right away, The entire Parkway Trails home sites are pleasing to the eye and are of the highest quality. High quality homes with attention to detail with great service!

Great sales center experience - Liz was helpful from the start and kept appraised of the home construction progress. Construction went as planned (actually, a week or two ahead!). Good selection of home plans catering to different user needs. Sal was detailed during the first walk thru and so was Kevin during the customer orientation. I would like to see KHOV accommodate individual buyer's preferences (beyond the available options and design center selections). E.g., converting lanai to a screened lanai, different indoor paint colors, crown moulding, etc.

Our experience with K. Hovnanian was amazing. Everyone from the salesperson to designers to construction manager to closing were really helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. Our new home is so beautiful. Thanks Khovnanian.

I had a very professional experience with K. Hovnanian from the time I first checked out the model home until my closing date. The staff involved also continue to be responsive to my post sale queries.

It was great working with the K Hov Team on building our new home. Kristen, Debbie and David did an excellent job through the sales process - they answered all of questions and were very great to work with. They made the process easy! Mike and Marty did a fantastic job on building the home! The craftsmanship was great - if we ran into any issues they were quick to addresses them. We love the new house - thank you for everything.

Whether it's your first home or downsizing, purchasing a home can be intimidating. Our purchase experience with K. Hovnanian went smoothly. Sales, mortgage, construction, to closing were handled by professional, helpful, kind people. Even now after 30 days of living in our new home, any questions are answered quickly and professionally by their support team. Their support and response means a lot especially since our Country is in the worse Pandemic in history. We are fortunate to have found this builder who provides excellent workmanship and support to his customers.

We couldn’t find any homes that fit what we wanted for the price point we could afford. We ended up building with K.Hov and it was an excellent experience. We weren’t pressured into purchasing a ton of options and were really helpful with everything from structural upgrades to paint colors. We are very happy with our home and look forward to the growing neighborhood.

Pretty straight forward on the costs, options, timeline, and perks from the community. No hidden fees or processes left out. They gave us a very personalized experience with care and attention to the little things. Would buy a home from them again!

In two words, we are happy. The buying process went smoothly. Everything was done in time. All minor issues we found during inspection were fixed immediately. Special thanks to sales team. They helped us a lot. Any questions we addressed to them were answered and resolved almost in real time.

I found the entire home buying experience to be great from meeting with the sales person to closing on the house. The sales person, project manager and finance company were very helpful in their guidance and recommendations and went above and beyond my expectations, which made the home buying process seamless.

We bought our new K. Hovnanian home almost 2 months ago and it was the best decision we have ever made. From finance to closing with the sales professionals, they made the process as painless as possible. The sales staff walked us through the home as it was being built, and we were very impressed with the quality and price we were able to get it for. The house’s HVAC, appliances, plumbing, and electricity are working great. It has been our pleasure working with the sales staff, finance and the construction manager who have been incredibly professional and friendly.

I love this community. Working with Shelby and Jake has been a wonderful experience. Jake is very thorough and professional. Shelby is so kind and resourceful. Working with them has been a pleasant experience! They make a great team.

The home is built to what I would consider to be high standards. Only a couple small issues appeared after closing but the company was quick to handle those issues and followed up frequently. I have to say the only problem I've had is a few too many weeds the new sod, but that is trivial at best.

My new home through K Hovnanian is beautiful! Very large open floor plan with high ceilings throughout the home! The entire process from start to end went smoothly, with the help of every individual included from the different departments!
