Mike was our sales person. He was very good with keeping in touch with us despite the long delay in the start of construction. He was very patient and answered all our questions / helped address all issues / questions with the title company. Alan kept us appraised of the actual build and was attentive to questions / requests we had along the way. Mike the Service Coordinator was very thorough during the walk through and subsequent service request we had. I feel comfortable that if anything comes up, the team will be attentive to our needs.

My first time home buying was an experience I hope is not the normal. I think it can only go up from here.

The house overall is nice but some issues with certain aspects of the home with dented window sills which were flagged in the final walk thru. They tried to repair them once but didn’t really fix the issues and said that they won’t fix them again. Talking to neighbors they don’t have this issue.

This Builder is second to none! Moving from FL to TX is a task in itself but it sure does help when you have a builder you can trust! From beginning to end my experience has been amazing. The customer service and quality of this company has definitely set a new bar and if I can help it, I will always choose K. Hovnanian homes above all else

Quality of work was terrible. It felt like a giant prank being played on us. The amount of unnecessary emotional and mental stress this builder caused us was ridiculous. Poor craftsmanship, poor communication, poor response time to fix and address issues. The entire process felt like a fever dream.

I was never told gutters were an upgrade, that is ridiculous the builder was to cheap to put on gutters! In my 60 years I have never seen a house without gutters. I do not see anything in my paperwork about gutters the builder should have put them on!

Best team ever. Sales reps were always available and team up together. Project manager keep me updated on everything through the construction. Quality control is amazing. Everything were outstanding. Congrats Team Hovnanian.

It was a great experience. Gary and the young fella was very patient and answered all questions. Having a starter basket for my new home was an awsome gift and very appreciative. I wish everybody well and Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.

Unfortunately it looks like the builder’s mentality is not provide a good customer service., I had to deal with all kind of personnel starting with the sales agent all the way to the construction’s manager boss who was very disrespectful towards me. The craftsman used is a very low quality I did ask for the workers license and never were provided to me. The quality of the material used to build the house is very low it is not what we paid for the house. I hope someone really addresses those issues because the houses are not cheap.

Overall, I had a pretty good experience with the whole building process.. There were some issues along the way.. Primarily communication regarding status updates and repairs.. I’m assuming due to job turnover… However, I just wanted to take a moment to recognize my loan processor, Ben B. He has been the best part of the entire building experience.. I say this because he was always prompt in informing me of any changes, he was always honest with me with good news or bad news (that awful interest rate spike), and he was always available to answer questions or explain terms I didn’t fully understand. He kept in contact with me every step of the way, and again helped me understand the how or why behind the decisions I needed to make financially. It is also very obvious that he stays privy to all areas of the process as there were several times I heard about construction delays or problems from him first.. Days in advance before hearing from the construction/sales coordinators.. Ben understood that communication was the most important aspect to me throughout the home buying process- as I could absolutely understand delays and hiccups that were inevitably going to occur- so long as those delays were communicated to me. Ben did a phenomenal job from start to finish, and I want to wholeheartedly thank him for his hard work and efforts that made buying a home with K. Hov a happy experience. The home buying experience with Khov was made very easy. Thank you.

Overall the purchase experience was smooth with no more speed bumps than was to be expected. I am unhappy with much of the finishing work (i.e. paint, trim, overall fit and finish.). Many of the light fixture, windows, outlets, and door knobs are not straight at all. Again overall very happy with the quality of work and layout with some disappointment in the finished.

The sales person Vicki made and continues to make the entire experience a pleasure. I cannot say enough great things about her. Now that we have moved in we are very pleased with the homes quality so far. The only issue is the gas fire place does not work and we are still waiting for it to be repaired or replaced. Other than that we are very pleased.

Our home was affordable and has quality materials! The timeline was spot on, and was updated for any changes by our KHov representative.

The process was very fast, the builder kept you informed weekly, the loan process was very detailed about what they was needed to process your loan. Overall you will enjoy your home.

To start off, Veronica was absolutely wonderful throughout my buying process! I love the experience I had throughout the whole process. I love my new home and everyone involved was wonderful and professional! Adrian has also been a great help and ensured everything involved with the build was to my satisfaction.

Building supervisors and Sales agents are very easy to deal with. We communicated on a daily basis and they were always open to suggestions. If I didn’t understand something in the building process they were very responsive and patient in their explanations. Lest I forget, our initial appointment with Rosa early last year was a very easy, albeit long meeting. She was terrific with some great suggestions.

The entire team were helpful. Delivered as promised . Quality enhanced and exceeded our expectations.

I’m a realtor and purchased a k hov home. The sales and building crew, Ashley & Scott, were more than helpful to any issues or concerns before and after move in.

Didn't lock in our rates before they were raised; didn't address issues despite being assured they would be fixed; model was deceptive on options available; poor craftsmanship, especially behind panels that you don't notice during walk through.

This was not a great experience for me and my family. If I had to do this all over again I would go someplace else. Double think before you sign.
