Quality was bad too many defects not happy at all.

all in al a very good and easy easy thanks to Tracy in the selling are and Joe as our construction head. They've always returned out emails and dealt with things and keep us abreast al throughout the building process

Very nice people everyone I dealt with through the process and timely closing was a bonus!

Joe is very attentive and truly seems to have a pulse on what’s going on in this new build community…professional, attentive, knowledgeable…Gary is courteous and ready to address concerns and/or provide acceptable explanations. The lady at closing was very friendly…however not a great representative for KHov. Pushed papers for signatures, didn’t want to provide time for me to read/review before signing. Didn’t have answers to simple questions. Seemed to be in a hurry.

The Sales Consultant (Becky) was very pleasant and awesome. She was always there to answer any questions / challenges we had, willing to help with our overall experience throughout the process. The construction manager (Blue) and the assistant (Ramiro) too were good. Ramiro is an awesome guy and friendly. Our friends love our house and desire to have something like this for their next houses when ready. On the Khov Mortgage side, we didn't have quite a good experience especially with the delay in getting rates on time which eventually led to higher rate from their side but we got our rate which is less from another provider. My homebuyer experience was great! Highly recommend! Everyone was available when needed and always let me stop by and check on my home when it was being built.

Bill was very informative and helpful. The questions he could not answer, he got back to me right away with a bountiful of information. He was honest, and candid about how Hovnanian operates, what was in scope or not but always went back to the team with our requests. This was one of my better experiences while shopping for a new home.

Great communication, follow up at once. Answer all my questions!

Home took more than one year to complete. While this is frustrating, I believe Covid has a lot to do with materials and timing. I did not get the lot I wanted because I was strongly encouraged to get another lot as the one I wanted was supposed to take a lot longer to complete--both mine and the lot I wanted completed at the same time. Such a huge disappointment. The model is misleading. IThe models make the backyard look significantly larger than the reality. Also, one of the building staff told me he thought the lots in the row of homes where mine is located are significantly shorter by about 5 feet which makes a huge difference since the yard is so small. The backyard is sooooo much smaller more closed in than I ever thought possible. Finishes were done very poorly at my walk through that I literally wanted to cry. I am not excited, rather I am left with a pit in my stomach as this was supposed to be a new chapter(our retirement) and an exciting one. Finish workmanship was done extremely poorly and appeared rushed; the reason given was, "we are having a hard time finding qualified and experienced workers." My response to K. Hov--Why am I still paying a premium???? I picked k hov because of the model and sales people. I feel like I was mislead. This may not be K.hovs intent, but this is now my perception. The thing is, I flew to Arizona numerous times as I am out of state. I spent a lot of time and money and since we are near retirement, our funds are NOT endless. ... More

First time home owner so did not know what to expect. Adrian, the Hovnanian agent, continues to be the best part of the experience. He walked the journey with me by staying in contact to be sure the process was progressing to my satisfaction. Austin, the builder, and his associate made sure any details from the inspections were corrected to my satisfaction. I now own a beautiful home at a reasonable price that is my forever home.

We are a satisfied customer of KHovnanian from beginning to the end of home purchase. They did everything in a timely manner. They were reachable for all our questions with proper response.We recommend KHovnanian to all new home buyers.

Let's start off by, any concerns we had were kicked down the road to close. The roof alone is not adequately vented. We had three separate roofers come out and state this with pictures and reports. Which we supplied. They did not use Starter Shingles on the edges as is code. There is not enough vents to release the heat from within, which will cause the shingles to fail. The vents that were installed were installed improperly. We were told it's within our thresholds or parameters. There is no threshold or parameters, It's either wrong or right. Carpentry on this build is a joke. Corners do not match, doors were installed not plum and trim pieces were used to hide the fact that the doors were / are not plum. The cabinet colors did not match. They tried to say it was the shadows. Then they put a meter on it. Guess what? Came back different colors. Baseboards are terribly installed. Corners are not sanded smooth. There are globs of caulk and paint drips throughout the house and on the floor. This was brought to attention at the first walk through to go to closing. Warranty lady stated , we should file the roof on our homeowners insurance. Really?! It's a brand new home. Lastly, the attention to detail is garbage. It's like, let's push everything down the road so they have to close and let the Warranty deal with it. As long as they meet thier qouta, it's all good. Needless to say, this is just a small insight into how this build is FAR from the worth of what we paid for our new house build. We are sure that this will be used as a teaching tool to help make K Hov a better company in the future. But, the future is now, and we are terribly disappointed in our future home build that we just bought. ... More

Our home is amazing and we couldn’t be happier! Khovnanian has been so responsive throughout the entire building process and even after. Bob the builder is always checking in on how things are with our home. There’s a super easy ticketing system so even after the home is built they’ll come fix anything that was missed or got damaged. Great experience.

My whole experience with Neesha, Claire, Kevin and Joe was the BEST I have ever had with the personnel of a home builder. I love the finished product! The detail into which I was totally involved with was a great experience!!

We had a great experience with K. Hovnanian. The people are great to work with, the quality of the home is excellent as well as top of the line features in the home.

This was a seamless process from beginning to end. The salesperson was phenomenal. He provided guidance, was always available for questions. The construction manager was great and was always available, The construction manger that assisted with the closing walkthrough was fantastic . and responsive. K Hovnanian lives service!
