Sales Person/Manager and construction Manager they are very helpful, friendly.

Super easy process. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of buying/buiding the home. My wife and I bought the first home we visited.

We are loving the staff here. They go out of their way and it makes us feel wonderful in our new home.

We have been so happy and impressed by our Home Builder, KHOV!! I will never forget the first time we walked into the KHOV office in Haslet and was greeted by Jordan! Our time line was at least 8-10 months but he sold us on the house the very first day. Our goal was of course to "shop" around but we didn't have to...we were so impressed with Jordan's passion that we didn't have to look anywhere else! His knowledge, passion and friendliness is what sold us! We are so glad we walked into the KHOV office first!! We have been impressed with KHOV from start to finish!! The weekly updates on the process of the home while it was being built was something we did not expect! We could not believe they would take the time to share every detail of the building process. Overall, we are very pleased with our Seabrook property. Our sales representative was conscientious and helpful, and we ended up with a great looking house. He was also diligent in following up to ensure we were not encountering problems. The construction manager was extremely thorough during the walk through process and quick to respond to any issues that arose. The only rough spot was the trip to the design center, which did not go smoothly. All in all, we're happy customers.

Don't be afraid to ask questions the construction managers (Kirk) will make sure that it gets taken care of.

This is our first time building and it was a dream. Between the team and the quality of the hone, I’ve been recommending k.hov to everyone.

We are overall very satisfied with our new home built by K. Hovnanian. There were a few bumps in the road - as expected with any new home build but the response time, solution, and quality we received from the team at K-Hov made it all worth it. We love our new home and would highly recommend K. Hovnanian.

K. Hovnanian Homes are beautifully designed, authentic homes. What attracts me to the K. Hovnanian homes are there diverse home construction designs. The homes are built from material of excellent standard. I should know, since I used to work in the Civil Engineering industry, and I know quality and standard in building construction when I see one. The homes are designed with energy efficient in mind. The backyard is very spacious, having a exterior 10 feet fence and perfect for hosting the holidays. Designed to create an ideal balance between being independent and for togetherness.
