We got a great value on our unit.

Always worked with us on a timely fashion as we lived out of state. From the phone calls , to setting up meetings, and the initial walk through. We worked with Lacy which was a joy in itself. We are excited to be living in a new home and neighborhood that represents such high standards. Having served on many public building additions and new builds this was a pleasant experience. Jeff and Skye made the final walk thru with us . We felt very welcomed, all questions were answered, and what little touch ups needed where taken care of.

I would never recommend anyone to buy this product

So far been in our place for less then a month and already finding many flaws. Doors uneven and not closing properly. Cheap paint that are chipping, stucco not filled around the exterior light. With a bunch of excuses with why certain imperfections around a brand NEW HOUSE that was just built. At the end of the day you get what you paid for. Quick build with cheap products and materials. A few great folks and some that will provide great service and care. And some that will initially show that they care, but once you close and you receive the keys it's "slow" to resolve issues. Really sucks to feel this way, but as a first-time home owner this was a great accomplishment. Unfortunately, it has been disappointing to have problems arise less than a month in BRAND NEW-BUIT HOME! If you want more customized options and better quality in a home I would suggest looking at other builders. You may have to pay a little more, but it would be worth the extra cost. ... More

We have had a disappointing experience from start until finish with LFH. During our initial contract signing we weren’t offered some upgrades that we later found out were offered. During the build, we worked with a builder who is thankfully no longer there but never communicated as promised, never caught any shotty work (which we personally did during the build and had them redo). We missed our close date by 3 weeks but only told days before we wouldn’t close on time. Two weeks into moving in, our dishwasher leaked which has resulted in needing new cabinets and flooring. We have been living with open subflooring (think splinters and stubbed toes) for weeks. Cabinets aren’t set to be replaced for another month. Throughout all of this, we have never once heard from a VP / higher up at the company even though we requested to speak with them several times. Every single person we dealt with from Khov was fantastic. I have worked in several service oriented businesses and the Khov family gets it. We really were blown away with the open and constant communication. Nia was our first contact with Khov and She was superb at reaching out making sure we had no questions and consistent updates throughout our buying experience. Craig also was always willing to answer questions reach out with updates and ensure we trusted our product. Adam has continued to keep up with that communication and knowledge about our home that we need. We also opted to finance through Khov Mortgage after comparing them to a list of competition they earned our business. Galina and Diane were great at navigating this crazy time to finance and made the process smooth and transparent. We have only had one issue with an appliance that was unfortunate but the team has done everything they could to make it right and we appreciate the effort put in by each of them. The team overall was very helpful throughout the home buying process. Brandon Rolko was very upfront & down to earth while advising us and Bob & Kayla did a stellar job communicating throughout the build process and addressing concerns. There were some minor issues such as door framing that did not get fully resolved but overall we were very happy. Wish we would have known more about options communicated upfront, but we came in with an initially lower budget than we settled on. It was not clear to us that we had design room visit ability which would have been nice. The home build was much faster than expected and we had a good experience getting graded. We were lucky to settle on a home of our price in the current market, but did find it a bit expensive. Great team overall, could have used a bit more cross communication but was glad to be involved in the process with them all! ... More

We enjoyed most of our experience with KHOV. There were some cons prior, in between, and after the build, but we’re glad they give that one year insurance.

This has been a lengthy process but Angelica has kept me update during the whole process. She shows such Enthusiasm and trustworthiness during the process. This has been a great experience and I am very pleased with my home.

The overall process was fabulous. As stated prior, the home construction industry has many challenges. The management of resources, manpower and supplies to deliver a new home in a timely fashion is paramount. The KHOV production team has done a great job staying on top of the issues and resolving quickly. The execution of the construction phase, being managed by Tom and Jeff has been excellent amongst the challenges. It's not an easy job, but their transparency and professionalism is a welcome sight.

Overall experience was great. Veronica was really helpful and Adrian really knows how to take care of all the concerns we had. He also was on point with the closing date. He made sure everything was completed on time had everything ready for us to move in.

I really like Khov houses. These houses are very big with very good construction quality. We feel so lucky to got the house with Khovnanian . The construction was completed on time. Design of the house is good with plenty of rooms for kids and guests

Disappointed in selections process, in project management and in responsiveness.

Mike was our sales person. He was very good with keeping in touch with us despite the long delay in the start of construction. He was very patient and answered all our questions / helped address all issues / questions with the title company. Alan kept us appraised of the actual build and was attentive to questions / requests we had along the way. Mike the Service Coordinator was very thorough during the walk through and subsequent service request we had. I feel comfortable that if anything comes up, the team will be attentive to our needs.

My first time home buying was an experience I hope is not the normal. I think it can only go up from here.

The house overall is nice but some issues with certain aspects of the home with dented window sills which were flagged in the final walk thru. They tried to repair them once but didn’t really fix the issues and said that they won’t fix them again. Talking to neighbors they don’t have this issue.

This Builder is second to none! Moving from FL to TX is a task in itself but it sure does help when you have a builder you can trust! From beginning to end my experience has been amazing. The customer service and quality of this company has definitely set a new bar and if I can help it, I will always choose K. Hovnanian homes above all else

Quality of work was terrible. It felt like a giant prank being played on us. The amount of unnecessary emotional and mental stress this builder caused us was ridiculous. Poor craftsmanship, poor communication, poor response time to fix and address issues. The entire process felt like a fever dream.

I was never told gutters were an upgrade, that is ridiculous the builder was to cheap to put on gutters! In my 60 years I have never seen a house without gutters. I do not see anything in my paperwork about gutters the builder should have put them on!

Best team ever. Sales reps were always available and team up together. Project manager keep me updated on everything through the construction. Quality control is amazing. Everything were outstanding. Congrats Team Hovnanian.

It was a great experience. Gary and the young fella was very patient and answered all questions. Having a starter basket for my new home was an awsome gift and very appreciative. I wish everybody well and Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.

Unfortunately it looks like the builder’s mentality is not provide a good customer service., I had to deal with all kind of personnel starting with the sales agent all the way to the construction’s manager boss who was very disrespectful towards me. The craftsman used is a very low quality I did ask for the workers license and never were provided to me. The quality of the material used to build the house is very low it is not what we paid for the house. I hope someone really addresses those issues because the houses are not cheap.
