Matt and Mikey were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Both are trustworthy and go above and beyond for their buyers. I moved from Florida and they were accommodating and followed up with me every week on the status of my home. The process from sales (Matt), to building (Mikey), to financing (Jennifer and Giovanna) was pleasant. I definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Could not be more satisfied with my home buying experience. Brandi was extremely helpful guiding us through the sales process. The builders, Jon, Christian, and Wyatt, were very good at answering all of our questions and keeping us updated on every step. They made sure that everything was built and installed to perfection, even down to the smallest detail. Even after we moved in, Christian and Wyatt continued to keep tabs to make sure no issues popped up. For the few issues that arose, that weren't even builder related, they still aided to get the issues resolved very quickly.

We were told new lots would open in the next phase but there always seemed to be a delay, Once construction was under way things moved along. Design and options selection was a big sticker shock and cost way more than we anticipated. Builder would not commit to a closing date until 2 weeks prior pushing out our loan lock in date. Because of the tight timelines the crew is held to and then needing to meet their commitment to us to close on time, the quality of the work suffered. The subcontractors this builder used not only need to care about the quality of their work but ensure their work does not harm prior work and cause re- work. Had multiple punch items at closing. KHOV loan team slow to follow up on documentation and we had to follow up multiple times to make sure closing would go smoothly. In the end we have a beautiful home for the money. ... More

This is my second time building with KHOV. I highly recommend building with them - 10++. Everyone was great from Brandon to Bob & Kayla. If you want a quality built home, you can trust them. I would build with them again! They responded always quickly and professionally. I love my new home!

our experience with Vicki our salesperson was great from the start. She was always responsive and friendly. Our construction manager Fred was also fantastic. He made sure that the punch list was completed. We did have some issues with electrical and hvac when we first moved in (things that should have been checked before closing) but Fred and Paul got the trades out quickly to fix these issues.

Konner and John were great with assisting us through each step of the build process!

House was built in a timely manner and with quality materials. Everyone at khov was professional and helpful from the sales person to the construction manager. They knew what they were talking about and were able to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend to others

This was an excellent home buying experience from initial down payment to closing. Khov made this experience stress free. So far I have no complaint about the workmanship or value. The building team was open with communication keeping me updated on a weekly basis. James was magnificent in keeping me abreast of construction from start to finish. Khov is open and transparent about the entire purchase and building process. Khov kept me updated on progress, delays, and changes in a timely manner. Excellent home buying experience.

Very efficient process, no issues with delays for materials, great design for house, easy to contact anyone with any questions, and I did not need to get a real estate agent because they made everything straight forward

Everyone was nice, professional, timely and honest. Any issue that they self identified was immediately disclosed to myself and was then quickly fixed. On many occasions I would send an email to the company and I would either receive a call or get a reply within a few hours. The townhome is amazing and was well worth it.

My home buying process couldn’t have been better!

The on-site sales staff were efficient and curtsey. The loan processor worked closely with me to iron out the few issues that came up regards to my credit. At first, I was concern that all of my financing was being considered long distance to another state but we found ways to work around the time difference.

From beginning to end Elizabeth made my very first home buying experience one to remember!! She was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and kept me informed every step of the way. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure that I understood all the information given to me, and always made it clear that I could reach out to her if I ever had any questions. She really does care! For that I am forever grateful! K. Hovanian is extremely lucky to have Elizabeth on their team!

From start to finish we had a good experience

From the moment we walked into the sales office & were greeted by Bill, we were pleasantly surprised at the attention we got. Bill was exceptional at helping us make decisions in choosing items for our new townhome. After the initial meeting we left for Fl & Bill kept us updated on construction & actually would FaceTime us, while he walked thru the model (which was not ready when we bought.). Construction was ready ON TIME which shocked us, with supply chain issues & weather in NJ, that sometimes doesn't cooperate! We moved in & as w/ new construction, little issues which we brought to the attention of Phill & which are addressed immediately. Phill is wonderful!!!! Sergio who was the builder or project manager to the build was what made this experience a truly good one. Very responsive, informative and educated in what he does. Very grateful for Sergio

The process with the mortgage lender was flawless. They were amazing and everything was super smooth and easy. The building process and our sales agent however were awful. We were initially sent to look at the house we built due to the fact that it had large closets, because we have 4 daughters and desperately needed closet space. Come to find out, they ended up taking in a very large portion of one closet due to HVAC which was not like that in the model home, that was was showed to us as their selling point. Secondly, we had to have inspectors out twice to go over issues that needed to be corrected. We were completely ignored when we would bring anything to attention that needed to be addressed. There was a poor excuse for everything. Huge gaps behind the window trim where you could see through into the house that we had ti fight to get fixed. Trash in the pex lines. I was told if it caused a problem later on I could feel free to cut the dry wall out and repair it! Numerous places with cracked hardi plank, drip edges not installed correctly, front door knob doesn’t work, numerous places where they had to go back in and cut huge pieces of dry wall out because the tradesmen weren’t scheduled in a correct timeline. The dry wall guys dry walled over all plumbing and then the plumber had to come back and cut numerous holes to find the plumbing. Also had to cut out our shower wall tile because they tiled over the plumbing and had no access to it. The amount of backtracking was ridiculous. Had to close on our house with missing appliances. No suite refrigerator, microwave or dishwasher. The kitchen dishwasher was defective and flooded our kitchen the same day we moved in. Took another month to finally get a dishwasher in the kitchen. A month after closing to get any appliances at all in the suite. Not to mention they kept coming to install them and bringing broken appliances and waking up my baby every time, as that room is the babies room. They ended up bringing one appliance that was the wrong color and doesn’t match the rest. We were never offered any type of compensation for their short falling or inconvenience to us. When we realized we were never offered grass, we inquired about it and initially we were told to purchase it separately because it would be thousands cheaper than purchasing from KHOV. That was false when we got the quotes the same day that we asked the sales agent about grass. So then we told her we wanted to purchase from KHOV. We were then told it was too late to purchase. Telling us it would be thousands more was her way of trying to cover up her mistake. After some back and forth she agreed to an addendum to add grass. My yard was left with and ungodly amount of razor blades, trash and nails. This was supposed to be a wonderful experience for my family and it was anything but that. My kids can’t even play in our own yard without shoes because of rusty nails and trash. KHOV has really gone down hill. They are quantity over quality and take zero pride in their work. It’s absurd to pay 400k for a home that was built so poorly and the employees have zero pride in their work. I would definitely not recommend KHOV to anyone. ... More

The walls catch every little thing. Not sure why they would use the paint they do but it’s maybe cost effective for them? I don’t know but I feel like they could put more quality products into their homes and make it worth the price

Our sales agent, Veronica, was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process and after the purchase. Would buy again!
