Unfortunately it looks like the builder’s mentality is not provide a good customer service., I had to deal with all kind of personnel starting with the sales agent all the way to the construction’s manager boss who was very disrespectful towards me. The craftsman used is a very low quality I did ask for the workers license and never were provided to me. The quality of the material used to build the house is very low it is not what we paid for the house. I hope someone really addresses those issues because the houses are not cheap.

Overall, I had a pretty good experience with the whole building process.. There were some issues along the way.. Primarily communication regarding status updates and repairs.. I’m assuming due to job turnover… However, I just wanted to take a moment to recognize my loan processor, Ben B. He has been the best part of the entire building experience.. I say this because he was always prompt in informing me of any changes, he was always honest with me with good news or bad news (that awful interest rate spike), and he was always available to answer questions or explain terms I didn’t fully understand. He kept in contact with me every step of the way, and again helped me understand the how or why behind the decisions I needed to make financially. It is also very obvious that he stays privy to all areas of the process as there were several times I heard about construction delays or problems from him first.. Days in advance before hearing from the construction/sales coordinators.. Ben understood that communication was the most important aspect to me throughout the home buying process- as I could absolutely understand delays and hiccups that were inevitably going to occur- so long as those delays were communicated to me. Ben did a phenomenal job from start to finish, and I want to wholeheartedly thank him for his hard work and efforts that made buying a home with K. Hov a happy experience. Great experience and exceptional service!!!

The home buying experience with Khov was made very easy. Thank you.

Overall the purchase experience was smooth with no more speed bumps than was to be expected. I am unhappy with much of the finishing work (i.e. paint, trim, overall fit and finish.). Many of the light fixture, windows, outlets, and door knobs are not straight at all. Again overall very happy with the quality of work and layout with some disappointment in the finished.

The sales person Vicki made and continues to make the entire experience a pleasure. I cannot say enough great things about her. Now that we have moved in we are very pleased with the homes quality so far. The only issue is the gas fire place does not work and we are still waiting for it to be repaired or replaced. Other than that we are very pleased.

Our home was affordable and has quality materials! The timeline was spot on, and was updated for any changes by our KHov representative.

The process was very fast, the builder kept you informed weekly, the loan process was very detailed about what they was needed to process your loan. Overall you will enjoy your home.

To start off, Veronica was absolutely wonderful throughout my buying process! I love the experience I had throughout the whole process. I love my new home and everyone involved was wonderful and professional! Adrian has also been a great help and ensured everything involved with the build was to my satisfaction.

It was a wonderful first time home buying experience. Kristina made it an easy Experiance for us. I still contact her to this day if I have any questions

Building supervisors and Sales agents are very easy to deal with. We communicated on a daily basis and they were always open to suggestions. If I didn’t understand something in the building process they were very responsive and patient in their explanations. Lest I forget, our initial appointment with Rosa early last year was a very easy, albeit long meeting. She was terrific with some great suggestions.

The entire team were helpful. Delivered as promised . Quality enhanced and exceeded our expectations.

I’m a realtor and purchased a k hov home. The sales and building crew, Ashley & Scott, were more than helpful to any issues or concerns before and after move in.

Didn't lock in our rates before they were raised; didn't address issues despite being assured they would be fixed; model was deceptive on options available; poor craftsmanship, especially behind panels that you don't notice during walk through.

This was not a great experience for me and my family. If I had to do this all over again I would go someplace else. Double think before you sign.

Quality was bad too many defects not happy at all.

Very nice people everyone I dealt with through the process and timely closing was a bonus!

Joe is very attentive and truly seems to have a pulse on what’s going on in this new build community…professional, attentive, knowledgeable…Gary is courteous and ready to address concerns and/or provide acceptable explanations. The lady at closing was very friendly…however not a great representative for KHov. Pushed papers for signatures, didn’t want to provide time for me to read/review before signing. Didn’t have answers to simple questions. Seemed to be in a hurry.

The Sales Consultant (Becky) was very pleasant and awesome. She was always there to answer any questions / challenges we had, willing to help with our overall experience throughout the process. The construction manager (Blue) and the assistant (Ramiro) too were good. Ramiro is an awesome guy and friendly. Our friends love our house and desire to have something like this for their next houses when ready. On the Khov Mortgage side, we didn't have quite a good experience especially with the delay in getting rates on time which eventually led to higher rate from their side but we got our rate which is less from another provider. My homebuyer experience was great! Highly recommend! Everyone was available when needed and always let me stop by and check on my home when it was being built.

Bill was very informative and helpful. The questions he could not answer, he got back to me right away with a bountiful of information. He was honest, and candid about how Hovnanian operates, what was in scope or not but always went back to the team with our requests. This was one of my better experiences while shopping for a new home.

Great communication, follow up at once. Answer all my questions!
