Awesome company from start to end.

Could not find a better Place!, My experience with KHovnanian was excellent!. from the moment we walked in, the treatment was super. gave me and my family a good feeling. Heba and Team are super friendly and helpful. I'm a first time home buyer and had tons of questions but the team helped us throughout the entire process. I'm really glad we crossed paths. The whole experience was excellent. I recommended KHovnanian to my family and friends and really recommend it to everybody else. specially first time home buyers. They can definitely help!.

The selection of homes was nice, and sales agents were helpful. What we didn’t like is that the house felt rushed. The backyard was sloped which was not explained to us, we would have never chosen this lot if that was the case. There was a lot of construction debris left (nails, wood, metal) on the front, side and back of house. Painting in the house was rushed there was lots of overspray left behind on door knobs, hinges, and floors. Would be nice if fence was coated rather than bare wood

I am fully satisfied with our home purchases especially with K. Hovnanian. The entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in was very easy. Our experience with the builder’s team was excellent. They were very responsvie to clear each and every doubt ours during the process of purchasing our new house. Also the quality of the construction is much better than other builder's.

Overall great experience- very few issues - minor in nature addressed quickly Surprised granite is not the standard kitchen counter- I have not had formica be the standard since the 1980’s!

My overall experience with the buying process was great, everything went very smoothly. I actually purchased a home that was originally built for someone else, so there were things that I would have selected that was very important to me (linen closets) but really no complaints about anything else. Any problems since closing has been addressed promptly.

Good experience as I am the first time home buyer. From detailed knowledge to walkthrough to going into all the details of the home, makes you more comfortable to move forward with your decision. Thing which is more satisfying is that after purchasing home you still have warranty for an year.

The home is nice, I can tell there the materials are not top notch and some corners were cut. But, we are here now and the things that are done poorly we will just update on our end.

The overall experience was excellent! Would purchase with KHOV again and again, and again and would recommend to family and friends.

Overall value for money without a doubt and great mortgage and sales experience but kitchen cabinets and craftsmanship is sub par. Overall it’s still value for money!

We had a good experience with Carl, he was very detailed oriented and explained everything to us.

The person/company has a great vision when they designed this community! Overall I am happy with this location. It is right on the golf course. The homes fit perfectly right next to it. I like the idea of not being charged for every detail. Khov already had the design in place and I just had to pick the color scheme. This makes the buying process much better!

We bought our home though Sage builders, Mike and Samantha- sales reps for for sage were amazing through the entire process! Alex has been wonderful with any questions/concerns we have had and service has been prompt. The HOA community is wonderful, faculties are well taken care of and we love the area!
