Tracy, Kenny and Logan were fantastic

This house is not worth the amount we paid for! We still have many touch ups/going over old jobs that these “workers” did. The level of professionalism was at a 2! When we first came in we were told weekly updates/pictures. That didn’t happen! Please make sure before you sign what you are getting in to

Jody, Laura, bob and everyone else we had the pleasure of working with was great and helpful through out the whole process. We love our new home.

I know KHovnanian from New Jersey they are one of the known builders so I have full trust on them. I buy my home online I never been in Texas before I purchase my home, but my sales manager Ms. Lacey made it easy she provides every information that needed, and I am happy with her service until now. I move to Dallas sub since work started in my building, so I am well aware each and every work progress and quality of materials used for building my home. Building material quality is good but the appliances what they provided are the poor quality I am hoping they should improve in this area they provided GE appliances of least quality not sure how long it last but not satisfied with it. Other than that, I have not had any issues during my home building and even after. I finance my home from them which makes my closing very easy also Warrant team so responsive I got very quick response and most of things fixed very quickly. Floor plan Vs actual construction: during the sign up there are no windows on one wall in living room. when they started building the house we see windows on the wall. This is a serious gap between the design Vs Development. When we ask about this they said sorry. We are really upset.

Having Khov is amazing! Jason was so helpful and made our first time purchase so easy. I got weekly updates from him and he made this experience like a dream! Our home is beautiful, and I would recommend Khov to any and everyone who wants purchasing their home to be stress free!!!

A lot of turnover with construction managers throughout the build, but our last one, Joe, was very good. He was attentive, followed up, and diligent. Our experience with Joe was a good one. Our sales reps (Elizabeth and Tracy) were excellent. We had a great experience with Elizabeth and we'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy from K. Hov in the area.

Our home is beautiful. I wish we could have picked some of the items in our home, but overall it's very nice. The sales person lacked significantly in communication, and the guy we walked through our new home with made a bunch of promises to fix things that haven't been fixed yet. He hasn't provided a date for when these items will be fixed yet. We did submit the issues through the email provided. Everyone seems nice, no one seems to have authority or follow through. The community is beautiful overall, and we're thankful to have our home.

Overall it’s good experience, I would recommend KHOV builder to my friends.

My home buying process couldn’t have been better! From start to finish every Khov representative I had contact with was amazing ! Kisha provided me great customer service from start to finish and kept me updated the entire time of the building process. The loan officer Galina and Dianne was amazing! They made sure closing day was a breeze for me! I am so happy I choose a Khov home! The quality of the build is phenomenal!

Sales and construction manager were super responsive and problem solvers. I would buy a house again with them any day. The options set up by KHov were also straightforward. Not having annoying extras charged for "power plugs that should already be there in the first place" as Pulte does is a big bonus.

Elizabeth and Tracey were there for us every step of the way. The customer service was excellent. Elizabeth kept us in the loop on the progress of our house from day one. She is like a member of our family now. We could call her for anything at anytime. Our assistant construction manager Joe was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. This team is outstanding.

Our overall home buying experience with KHOV was not as great as we anticipated. We have been understanding that the current industry norms has impacted the builder’s ability to deliver homes more timely. With that being said, for our community (New Post in Fredericksburg, VA), the issues were compounded by lack of communication and accountability with regards to issues with the home, quality of the craftsmanship, and not to mention we went through 3 different project managers for this community, causing added constraints to the timeline of home delivery and further breaking down the lines of communication. I’ll also mention that we had both a pre-drywall and pre-delivery private home inspection, where many different concerns were brought up and yet, the builder never took the time to thoroughly go through the report and give us feedback on the items. Additionally, we requested some things be given a written explanation about what the builder did address or wouldn’t or didn’t think would need to be addressed in the report, including a concern about mold in the attic. They left a lot of it up to their contractors, even though they knew that they were having some trouble with reliable and quality workers. The list of problems that arose with the quality, range from questionable practices of the contractors to attention to detail and thoughtfulness. A major disappointment is the poor installation and treatment of the lawn sod prior to us moving in, which has resulted in many dead grass spots and more out of pocket costs to address the situation. I find it to be very unprofessional and unethical to have someone move in with their lawn in that condition, in addition to some of the conditions of other areas of the home. Many of our neighbors are having similar issues. The builder made verbal promises to follow up with our sod, and even though we have been investing a lot of time, energy, and money into our lawn care, they have yet to do their part or due diligence to correct the issues with the sod/yard. These “broken promises” and disappointments have seemed to be a resounding theme amongst those of us who already moved in! For instance, one of our neighbors incorrectly had two different types of stone installed for the wrap around of their front porch and the builder still has not fixed this. Another neighbor had a huge hole in their subfloor and had their flooring installed right on top of it and they still have a list of items that are yet to be addressed. All of us were delivered a dirty/dusty home, including some of us having dirty carpets, and we are all still waiting (collectively over 2 months) for the cleaners to come back. First never use Khov’s lender, you will see the reason why they give you incentives to use them, they are very incompetent. Home quality has reduced compared to when Khov’s integrity mattered to them. Everything in the home looks and feels cheap!

I fell in love with the sales model home and the community the first time I visited Harbors Edge at Bayside. The Khovnanian sales and construction staff have been outstanding to work with as I made my decision to buy there and during the construction, settlement and move-in phase. My sales rep, Tracy,, worked closely with me from my first visit, thru closing—answering all my questions, sending me pertinent information, reaching out periodically, sending me photos of the various stages of construction (a feature I really valued), and even after I went to settlement and moved in has continued to keep in touch to help me—answering questions, giving me information and recommendations. And the construction staff has been great, especially Joe, who conducted my walk-thrus and continues to come by periodically to see if I have any problems and makes sure any issues are resolved. I especially appreciated the walk-thrus so I could see the various stages during construction. I love the house and the community. And I would recommend the Khovnanian builder to other prospective home buyers. ... More

Becky, Blue and team were very responsive to my questions and concerns. They genuinely cared about every aspect of the process as though it was their home. This was very much appreciated by my family and I as we purchased during a pandemic!

Our home closed on 4/29/2022. However, there are a lot of things haven’t completed. Your site manager pushed us to close the house and promised to fix all of them in couple of days. Unfortunately, there is not too much has done in the month.

Received great service when trying to find a home and also after we closed for a few issues we had.

Overall experience was awesome. It was above and beyond of our expectations as first time Home Buyers. So Grateful for everything as the end result is exactly what our Dream House was. We love our new abode and so proud to say the you all made it possible. Highly recommended to all future Home Buyers.

Unfortunately, I wasn't the original buyer so I didn't get to pick out any of my home's features. Even though only the frame work was up and nothing else, I couldn't add or subtract anything. I paid a higher price than the original buyers without any of the "perks". Thank goodness I liked what had been picked out as far as the coloring of the flooring, paint and exterior. However, it would have been nice to at least add some features like toilet paper holders or exterior lights over the garage. All the staff understood my frustration and could only quote back that to me that I wasn't the original buyer. : ( ... More

Professionally built and good quality.Sales agents,loan officers,title officers were all very accommodating and gave help and assistance throughout the process.Some minor repairs are needed and homeowners service are always there to fix.

Excellent home buying experience! It was a pleasure working with Iman and the rest of the KHOV team. Iman was very professional and went out of her way to accommodate our requests and got us the best deal possible. I will recommended Iman and KHOV to all my friends and family.

There were lots of offers. We paid for changes and upgrades for our home; however, Tyler never gave us the opportunity to pay for an office door and a deck which we really wanted. Since he did not offer us the opportunity to upgrade or select those options, we believed it was included in the price of the house. We were very specific and clear to him that we wanted our house with the same options as the model home. That’s why we asked for the upgrade of the guestroom with full bathroom, the Sun deck with the a lamp and the office . Exactly as the the model house. That did not happen. We were left with an office with no doors and what bothers us more is that our garage was used to store office doors for one of our neighbors. During the construction of our house in our garage was a door for the office. That is the reason why we did not say anything earlier because we thought those doors were for our office. When we were told that our office came without doors and no deck, it was too late to cancel our contract resulting in never trusting a salesperson again. We felt tricked and even complained and asked Tyler if he thought we did not have the money to buy upgrades. There should be no reason to trick people to buy your houses. ... More
